present mic is unabashedly the most "fandom man" character in the series like canon gives this man hardly any screentime relative to how much fucking fan content exists of him. this is THE blorbo fanon character and i'm sick to death of it because it's literally only propogated for "old man" (he's 30? lol?) yaoi reasons. this character would not matter to people if he weren't friends with aizawa.
there are characters that are much cooler and more interesting than his scraggly ass that get cast to the side because they're not shippable yaoibait (ryukyu, thirteen, ectoplasm, snipe, rock lock, honestly yeah jeanist is cooler than mic at least as a character, lady nagant (not really a categorical match but i want more of her.)). it doesn't, like, exactly matter that present mic is popular so much as it is that i have not once seen a characterization of him that wasn't based at least somewhat on the fanon version of him. if people were writing a bitter, closed-off, somewhat close-minded man who just wants to move past his trauma by playing up an act (that he enjoys, crucially), fine. but no one is fucking doing that. they're making him a kind, supportive, maybe kind of eclectic once in a blue moon, blank-slate "dad/husband" character because god forbid the yaoibait man have a personality and beliefs? christ.
it's possible that good writing surrounding mic exists and i just haven't seen it, but the thing is that the bad stuff is all i end up seeing because i'm not even seeking mic out in the first place. somehow, i get the feeling that good writing about present mic probably doesn't center around deku, but i want to read about deku, and for some reason the topic of deku attracts bad mic interpretations like flies.
the whole "'zashi" business doesn't help lol. 1, because if i'm not mistaken aizawa calls mic "yamada", and 2, because "'zashi" isn't a sensible nickname in the japanese language (do your own research on how japanese nicknames work. short version: don't cut off the first syllable of a name). honestly do you really believe aizawa is the type for nicknames anyways. be serious this shit is so annoying
really tired of "dadmic"; present mic's character in the story has very limited direct contact with students. he has a less important relationship to the students than fucking thirteen (a character conspicuously absent in nearly any fic you'll click on, especially teacher-student focused ones) and the most memorable interaction between the students and himself on an interpersonal level was him questioning class A for sympathizing with aoyama. can we please be serious.

FET3588-C SoM based on Rockchip RK3588
Forlinx FET3588-C SoM inherits all advantages of RK3588. The following introduces it from structure and hardware design.
1. Structure:
The SoM size is 50mm x 68mm, smaller than most RK3588 SoMs on market;
100pin ultra-thin connector is used to connect SoM and carrier board. The combined height of connectors is 1.5mm, which greatly reduces the thickness of SoM; four mounting holes with a diameter of 2.2mm are reserved at the four corners of SoM. The product is used in a vibration environment can install fixing screws to improve the reliability of product connections.
2. Hardware Design:
FET3568-C SoM uses 12V power supply. A higher power supply voltage can increase the upper limit of power supply and reduce line loss. Ensure that the Forlinx’s SoM can run stably for a long time at full load. The power supply adopts RK single PMIC solution, which supports dynamic frequency modulation.
FET3568-C SoM uses 4 pieces of 100pin connectors, with a total of 400 pins; all the functions that can be extracted from processor are all extracted, and ground loop pins of high-speed signal are sufficient, and power supply and loop pins are sufficient to ensure signal integrity and power integrity.
The default memory configuration of FET3568-C SoM supports 4GB/8GB (up to 32GB) LPDDR4/LPDDR4X-4266; default storage configuration supports 32GB/64GB (larger storage is optional) eMMC; Each interface signal and power supply of SoM and carrier board have been strictly tested to ensure that the signal quality is good and the power wave is within specified range.
PCB layout: Forlinx uses top layer-GND-POWER-bottom layer to ensure the continuity and stability of signals.
RK3588 SoM hardware design Guide
FET3588-C SoM has integrated power supply and storage circuit in a small module. The required external circuit is very simple. A minimal system only needs power supply and startup configuration to run, as shown in the figure below:
The minimum system includes SoM power supply, system flashing circuit, and debugging serial port circuit. The minimum system schematic diagram can be found in "OK3588-C_Hardware Manual". However, in general, it is recommended to connect some external devices, such as debugging serial port, otherwise user cannot judge whether system is started. After completing these, on this basis, add the functions required by user according to default interface definition of RK3588 SoM provided by Forlinx.
