Percy Velaryon is second son of Poseidon Velaryon the Lord of the Tides, Master of Driftmark, and the head of House Velaryon.

Poseidon Has two wives, Lady Amphirite Targaryn from House of Targaryn and Lady Sally Tully from House of Tully

Amphirite died after she gave birth to her first son Triton Velaryon and five years later Poseidon remarried Lady Sally Tully and gave birth to his second son whom he named Perseus Velaryon

.

Percy is a dashing handsome young knight who has a strong love and obsession with the sea and ships.

.

Unlike his Half-Brother, Traiton Velaryon who has white hair and purple eyes, Percy has black hair with some white streak and aquamarine eyes just like Poseidon.
