My take is that you owe others exactly what you owe yourself and no more. Love, care, respect, kindness, help, and acceptance. When you give someone all you can give, you're not giving it away, you're spreading it. Kindness is not coin, it's heat. The bigger your flame, the warmer those around you will be in this cold world. Keep this fire in your heart.

love inspires

Who inspires you?  My answer is many different people in my book.  Often these are people very close to me, but at times they are people from history or stories I have heard.  Each story or person has left a mark on me by being an inspiration.  We need to be inspired.

There are people who stick out because they loved me and others sacrificially.  Then there are people like Mother Teresa or Billy Graham.  Move on to the sweet little lady at church that serves faithfully or a friend that few people know but has made a a huge difference in many lives.

Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good.

Loving the way Jesus loves is incredible.  It is inspiring.  To love like like Jesus loved is a high calling and stirs up confidence as you help someone know they have value and are loved.

John 15:13  NIV

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Watch out…when you say that you love someone, love them.  Love acts like love.  Love responds in loving ways.  Love follows through even when it costs you something.

Love inspires others in ways we might not even realize.  

We owe people love because God first loved us.  His love inspired us and inspires others through us.

Think about the people who have inspired you through loving you.  Do what Jesus did.  Follow His and their example.
