"Hello," she responds with sleepiness in her voice. You restrain yourself from chuckling, opting to hand her a cup of coffee.

"Here, to start the day." She sits down on a stool, taking it in her hands. She smells the aroma of the coffee and grins.

"Thank you Liebling." She takes a sip and she closes her eyes. "Just as I like it." She continues to enjoy her coffee while you watch her enjoy this simple cup. You've learned your way around making Angela's favourite coffee.

The beans, the right temperature to brew it, how to do it exactly, if any sweetener has been needed. It's been lots of trials and errors but you can confidently say you've learned how to perfectly make them for her. Before long, she has finished her cup and she's rinsing it. You accompany her to the door, kissing her forehead as to say goodbye.

She gently places her right hand right above your heart and she leans in to kiss you back on the cheek.

"Have a good day." She lingers a little bit more before breaking the kiss. She looks at you one last time, giving you a slight nod. Her hand leaves last.

"Thank you, have a great day as well."

D.Va - Arms

🐰 Hana loves it- LOVES it when you put your arms around her. She feels safe when she senses your warmth spreading to her body. Of course, please put your arms strategically or you'll be at the receiving end of Hana's shouts. It's better to do this when she's on the console rather than a PC because she has more freedom when she's with a controller. You know best than to bother her right now. She's well focused on her game. It's in the slight straightening of her spine, the little squint of her eyes, a controlled breathing pattern and of course, the sound of perfectly hit buttons at the right time. Still, you lightly increase the grasp of the hug and you see the concentration is broken for a little moment.

Once she defeats the boss you've been struggling to fight for the past hour, she hands you back the controller and it becomes chill again. The heavy atmosphere evaporates as it never existed to begin with. You continue the game but it's starting to get late and you're both quite tired.

One, more than the other. You hear her little snores and decide it's enough for today. You close the game and switches off the TV screen. You grab the two blankets behind the couch and place it on you two. You kiss the top of her head before closing your eyes as well.

Thinking about posting my writes here, so I'm gonna start off with this! A little thing focused on Venture and some lore I have for a story I wanna try out :]

Venture's chest heaved, the drill weighing heavy in their hands. They stared at the impressive display of bloody and bruised bodies. It shook them to their core knowing they did that much damage in the span of seconds. They steeled themself, shutting down their thoughts. They came here for a reason.

Venture turned to the Queen, who sat upon her throne. Her almost orange eyes bore into Venture, burning with the intensity of a hunter staring at her prey. Venture didn't allow the Queen's stare to unnerve them.

"Ma'am," Venture began, their voice more pleading than they intended, "you have to listen to me! You can't just keep ignoring wh-"

"Shut your mouth," the Queen snapped, her voice laced with venom. "You aren't gonna tell me how to rule my people."

"Your people could die if you don't listen!" Venture argued. Their hope for co-operation was fleeting fast. "Something bad is going to happen soon, and everyone n-"

Venture's voice was cut off by a knife flying by their head. Their skin stung. They instantly put their hand on the side of their face, checking for bleeding. Venture looked back at the Queen, who now stood at the ledge of where her throne sat. Her eyes were blazing with fury and distaste for Venture.

"I said get out of my town, mole," the Queen growled out through gritted teeth. "I don't want to see your face around here again."

The knife darted past Venture's face again, sticking to the Queen's palm. Venture opened their mouth as if they were about to argue, but nothing came out. Defeat stole their voice. Venture's head lowered, but their eyes stabbed daggers into the Queen.

"Don't come looking for help when your people are hurt," they warned. An axe was thrown at their head, but the axe came into contact with nothing but rocks from where they once stood. The ground was disturbed and cracked, making a trail that followed where the archaeologist's path headed.

Finally away from the throne room, or whatever it could be called, Venture resurfaced with a dark expression. They walked silently through the busy streets, their drill making grating noises as it dragged across the wounded sidewalk. Frustration and hopelessness made them drag their feet. How were they supposed to help someone who wouldn't listen?

'She wasn't thinking about how many lives were at stake, she was just thinking that I was threatening her power! Which I wasn't!' Venture thought to themself, groaning audibly with exasperation. They ran a hand through their hair, ridding it of the pebbles and sand that were dusted in it from their burrow earlier. They stopped walking for the moment to take a deep breath and let it out in a sigh.

Venture's tired eyes wandered over the street and catwalks. Countless people, countless clueless people, were walking about without a care in the world, not knowing of what was to come. Their lives would be threatened, and even taken, if nothing happened before they arrived. They all had no clue what was going to happen. Venture didn't know what to do. They couldn't make a scene; that'd just make everyone think they were a nutcase. That didn't go so well in Numbani, when they had taken the focus from a speech to warn the city of the oncoming onslaught. They thought Venture was crazy! ...Until the onslaught actually came. Lives were lost, more were damaged. Who was to say the same wouldn't happen here in Junkertown? Venture needed something convincing, someone with some level of authority over the wastelanders to help them with their cause, but there was no one. There was nothing they could do.

Something in the corner of their eye caught their attention. Venture glanced over and was greeted with a wall covered in wanted posters. There was another poster with the same men on them, labeled "DO NOT ADMIT", followed by "SHOOT ON SIGHT" with the words in red and underlined twice. Venture recognized both. The pig-faced man was a big fella named Roadhog, and the other was a much smaller fella called Junkrat. Venture knew them both from previous expeditions where they had run into each other. They knew how rambunctious and rowdy the duo were, and how much attention they could draw to themselves…

An idea sparked in their mind.

- He knows when to be serious though, if you were to have a panic attack, he’d drop everything and just hold you close to him.

- He’d reassure you that everything is okay.

- However, compared to Cassidy he fails in the comforting department.

- how he learns you have anxiety?

- Hanzo likes to people watch,

- it’s a habit of his.

- He noticed right away, just by the way you held yourself up.

- He is so lost on what to do with this information.

- he wants to help, he really does.

- But he has no clue how to approach you about it

- he’d rather die than ask for advice, so he decided to man up and question you on it.

- his suspicions were correct.

- Hanzo may not be the best at comforting, but he is an extremely good listener.

- You won’t ever have to worry about rambling, or getting lost in thought.

- He is very patient, he will listen to all of your worries.

- Although, it isn’t always the best. At times it feels like he’s brushing you off— it feels like he’s uncomfortable.

- He really isn’t!

- He was never a people person, speaking to people and offering words of comfort— it wasn’t his forte.

- he grows more protective of you— but not in an overbearing way.

- now admittedly, I firmly believe that Genji will be the most helpful in these situations.

- After Hanzo carried out the assassination attempt against him. He had suffered for a long time trying to accept his cybernetic body, accepting that he is man and machine combined, overcoming his feelings of hatred for Hanzo, overcoming his depression, waking up in cold sweats due to anxiety, his PTSD and nightmares intertwined, forgiving his brother, everything.

- all of these men have been in very dark times in their life, they are no stranger to the overwhelming rush of thoughts bartering in their heads.

- But despite all of that, Genji understands.

- Not that the others don’t, Genji just gets it on a deeper level.

- He truly feels you from the bottom of his soul.

- He can see you, he knows it hurts.

- “It’s not just a feeling, it’s physical.”

- There used to be nights where he threw up from how anxious he felt.

- Nevertheless, he overcame the hurdles life threw at him.

- With the help of his master, Zenyatta, of course.

- He picked up many healthy habits, and he knows how to put them to good use.

- It wouldn’t take long for him to find out about your anxiety.

- He is a great person to go to when your overwhelmed and upset.

- Genji never fails to lend you a shoulder to cry on.

- He’ll stay silent when you vent to him, he understands that all you need is somebody to listen.

- “Everything is alright.”

- “I’m here.”

- Definitely invites you to meditate with him.

- Even if it’s a short resolve, he hopes that silencing your thoughts —even for a little while— will help.

- In the situation where you cry or have a panic attack, Genji definitely resists the urge to envelope you into a hug. He doesn’t want to overwhelm you.

- He sits beside you and helps you control your breathing.

- He knows this method, and he used it a lot when he felt that he was losing control.

- It was called the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. Find five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste.

- It was a great technique for grounding yourself. It was a good reminder that your okay, and once you deviate your focus away from what is plaguing your thoughts — it’ll be alright.

- He will stay with you for as long as necessary.

- Afterwards, he will steal that hug from you !

- He is willing to help you with whatever concerns you have.

- Need water? He’s already filling up your water bottle.

- Do you want to vent? He’ll listen to you with all his attention focused on you.

- Do you want some peace and quiet? He understands. Just remember that he’s here, and he’s not going anywhere.

- Despite his understanding nature. There are times where you can’t tell if he’s messing with you or if he’s being serious.

- He is being 100% serious.

- He definitely drops random pieces of advice at different times.

- You could be in the toilet and he’ll just be like…

- “Y/N, I understand what you were upset about yesterday— your desire to take action is present and well-intentioned, however, every time you move, anxiety tightens it’s grip and-“

- now if we’re talking about Gabriel.

- I feel that even though he may not fully understand your feelings, it didn’t mean he didn’t sympathize with you.

- your somebody special to him, and he doesn’t want to see you suffering.

- he tries his best to help, even if it’s not as extravagant as the others.

- he crouches down next to you, and holds your face in his hands, cradling you steadily.

- he murmurs reassuring words to you.

- he asks you if there is anything you need, and once your feeling better he’d go get it right away.

- he’d probably offer to go on a walk with you. he’ll buy you a snack and drinks along the way.

- as you two walk, the gentle breeze brushing though the two of you gives you pleasant shivers down your spine. It’s therapeutic really.

- definitely also enjoys going on rides in his car, it helps him center and ground himself when he needs to blow off steam.

- ‘it might have to the same affect on him.’ He thought.

- he’d take you with him, and you’ll both just be driving in his car. he’d play music of your choice because he isn’t very big on listening to music himself.

- a hug? his arms are wrapped around you in a second.

- he’s quick to tell you how proud he is of you.

- you are his number one.

- Gabriel probably heats up a nice, warm bath for you later on.

- his bathtub is quite large, so there’s room for him to join you if that would make you feel better.

- I feel like he’d try to encourage you to try to overcome something your anxious about.

- For example, if your scared ordering alone in a restaurant.

- he’d be behind you for support, and if he saw that you were struggling he’d swoop in to save you.

- he won’t force you of course.

- he just wants to help you feel more comfortable doing things.

- he’d definitely introduce you to his overwatch buddies if you’re comfortable.

- he values his work, and it’s extremely important to him, but he’s willing to put it aside occasionally. just for you!

- he’s always holding your hand.

- at first, your confused why everybody is so shocked that your dating him.

- until you saw the way he acts with his subordinates and trainees.

- he is one strict commander!

- your his soft spot, as much as he’d hate to admit it.

- your one of the only people who get to experience the soft side of Gabriel.

- He loves you a lot.

Reaper (sad :( feel free to skip !)

- now, this one might be a little painful to hear, but I really don’t think reaper is capable of comforting or truly showing love for someone at this point in his life. (Feel free to skip this part!)

- He isn’t the same Gabriel he was before.

- he was always confident in himself and in his actions

- he’d experienced anxiety a long long time ago, when he was still…Himself.

- but now? All he experienced was perpetual pain, the constant feeling of the cells in his body splitting every second, no ending in sight.

- It does not mean he didn’t experience guilt.

- but that wasn’t exactly the same, now was it?

- I’d imagine that he wouldn’t be the best to go to.

- no- actually, he’d be the worst to go to.

- reaper is a hard shell.

- he has zero idea on how to deal with emotion.

- how could he? he couldn’t even understand his own, or even fathom how to deal with it.

- if you were to cry, he’d stand and stare at you for a couple of seconds before walking away, giving you space— even if your fingertips yearned his touch.

- he isn’t much of a physical person anymore.

- if you were to hug him, he’d immediately go stiff before pushing you off.

- physical affection really freaks him out.

- he just isn’t affectionate in general.

- rarely, he’ll force himself if you really need it. but he isn’t a kisser, a hugger or any of that— not anymore.

- The extent his affection will go is giving you attention, stroking your head or letting you sit on his lap.

- it isn’t a fun time.

- he has grown into a cruel, and merciless man.

- but he isn’t heartless.

- I feel like, if you ever found comfort in wearing his clothes, he’d definitely leave them out for you. (his old clothes, like his beanie, or maybe even his hooded cloak that he mainly wears)

- checks on you, but you barely catch him do it.

- his footsteps are extremely quiet, it’s as if there’s a ghost in your house.

- definitely gets SO pissed when he finds you crying because somebody hurt you.

- that’s something he will not tolerate.

- he stays quiet when your crying but…

- the minute he has the chance, that person will meet their demise.

- “um…gabe, i just heard that…that the person went missing last night, did something happen?”

- it really doesn’t seem like it, but he still cares about you deep down.

- However.

- work comes first, and unfortunately, you will be the second choice in his eyes.

- that fact doesn’t stop him from getting you small trinkets or souvenirs that he thinks will amuse you or keep you calm for a period of time.

- he wants you to move on from him.

- he feels that you’re just wasting your time continuing to stick around and wait for him to reciprocate your love.

- he knows your in a fragile place, so he will push himself to be more supportive.

- all that he can muster.

- (which isn’t a lot 😧 but at least it’s SOMETHING.)

- yeah…It’s upsetting, but that’s my best guess on how he’ll act as reaper.

backstory: a paleontologist that discovered a warehouse hidden beneath a mile of dirt. upon finding a way in through a long cave system, she found a left behind armory, covered floor to ceiling with scattered blueprints and weaponry. she picked up one of the blueprints- there was no port for gas or any oil. multiple solar panels were on all of the artillery- could they really be powered by the sun?

how is she a support? how does her attack work?

-her weapon, a simple light blaster, is filled with mirrors and lenses, able to amplify any form of light, especially the sun, into a deadly beam. her healing does not work through her weapon, though she can still use it at the time of healing (with slowed attack speed).

her healing can either be a close range ability that can heal up to two nearby allies, and its intensity increases due to the number of Light Particles she currently holds. Light Particles are obtained through her standard attack. the maximum number is three, which will fully heal one ally and heal another for half of their hp, regardless of character. her ultimate is a burst heal, much like zenyatta’s, with beams similar to mercy’s ultimate, but for a shorter duration and with more limited movement. a beam of light flows from her to each of her teammates and progressively heals them, decreasing with distance. during this period of time, zarifa’s attack is slightly increased, and the generation speed of Light Particles increases, though they cannot be used until her ultimate is over.

how does this all work?

through her repeated experimentation with vishkar’s tech and assistance from a friend, zarifa implanted a number of altered solar chips in her skin. said chips would react with the weapons, and solar power gathered from one could charge the other further (see: Light Particles). the implants are in her left cheekbone, right wrist, and at the top of both of her shoulders. due to the process used for putting them in and the occasional overheating, all areas are scarred and marked by a small raised pink square. due to the chips absorbing and transmitting solar energy, those areas tend to be warmer, and overheating of any for any duration of time could be lethal. small chips, along with a larger, central command implant in her chest, allow for zarifa to conduct solar energy and power, and thus power her healing and blaster.

what about her demeanor?

zarifa prides herself strongly on her work, but also on the saying to ‘love life, because what else is there?’. though she may seem off putting at first, especially when absorbed into a project for days on end, zarifa enjoys simpler things such as tinkering with a broken remote, or befriending a cat on the base. though she holds herself strongly in battle and training, she does not like to think that she is intimidating.

how does she fare with others?

she believes that respect should be earned, and not freely given. though she respects all members of overwatch, should they do anything to break it, she isn’t above failing to repair a personal belonging or triggering the fire alarm in their quarters only. her trust is not easy to earn- given her line of work, that is to be expected, but after she was nearly manipulated into imprisonment, zarifa rarely works outside of her quarters. unless special equipment is required, she refuses to let anyone see her working out of fear that they’ll take it back from her again—

and after the threat that had been made- that they’d rip her command chip straight out of her chest. she has protected her work with her life, and refuses to let it be taken from her, whether it be by physical means or by making her reveal how she makes it work.

The constant rolling disaster that is Overwatch's game development aside, what really perplexes me about how Blizzard is handling the broader franchise is their continual insistence that a canon narrative exists in spite of their equally continual refusal to tell anyone what it is.

Like, okay, the events of the games aren't canon. Fair enough: the games are multiplayer-only, and you can't account for player actions.

Oh, and the animated short films aren't canon either – they're properly understood as in-universe propaganda, not depictions of actual events. That's a little high concept for you guys, but fine.

But surely the comics are canon, right? Well, no; some of the comics (we're not telling you which ones) were canon at one point, but the writing team has decided to go in a different direction.

That is where their soul was now bound to wander until eternity, losing their grip on mortality yet unable to pass on like the rest.

With time their flesh rotted away leaving nothing but a husk of sand and bones. Before sealing, their sight was blinded as they weren't worthy of looking onto the royals that rested within these tombs, not even in death, and to ensure that Sloane wouldn't try to escape.

For centuries the guardian remained asleep in their designated chamber. That was until now. Until you and your crew of explorers too curious for your own good uncovered the entrance to the temple, awakening the guardian from their peaceful slumber in the process.

The guardian now awake had one goal in mind.

With a torch in hand you scanned the golden walls upon entering, lightly tracing your fingers along the carved paintings. Sand and dust coating your fingertips. For a moment you swore you could feel another presence there with you. Another pair of eyes watching, lingering on you while your crew stayed behind. The room suddenly felt cooler, as if a draft of cold air passed through you making a shiver run up your spine. This spooked you even further but you were determined to continue onward.

I'm currently unmotivated to write anything long and especially after the devs did us so dirty for the PVE announcement so here are some headcanons, imagines- whatever you want to call this to comfort me from the fact we're not getting the PVE we were promised 4 years ago

Overwatch crews

Slumber party whenever a mission is accomplished. Don't matter if everyone's weary as hell, with Lena and Hana running around you are sure to get yourself a slumber party every month. If said mission isn't a success though, it's more of  a chill hangout with the members of the team Hana, Satya and Angela will bring your ass to a shopping spree. Whether you like it or not so be prepared because with them, you're gonna spend the whole day out there. Honestly though, if you don't like it Lena, Fareeha and Brigitte are by the arcades or the sport terrain near the shopping alley. So whenever you feel like it, you can go there to play with them There’s another tradition going around, twice a month, a member of the team cooks for the rest of the crew. It started with Mei, Aleksandra and you talking about your culture’s food. Mei offered to cook for you two to taste Chinese cuisine which you gladly accepted. In return, you two would also cook your culture’s food. With time passing by, other members joined the tradition and now, Echo chooses who would cook for this month’s tasting food session It turned into a competition when Lena decided to vote for the best month’s food Mei, Ana and Brigitte for the moment are on the podium sharing the first place Lena and Hana have zero points. Lena almost burnt the kitchen once. Luckily, you were there to put out the fire She doesn’t have the patience to wait for things to cook For Hana, ever since she entered MEKA, she didn’t have the time to prepare food. The best she could do is boil water and put it on her noodles. Though, ever since she joined Overwatch, she has had a little bit more time so she takes lessons from Mei and Brigitte. Lena watches but never fully join because else, it’ll turn into a mess Every week, Vivian holds a shooting session training. The best shooter of the week gets a gift from her and is exempted from chores for the week Ana has been exempted from participating in this shooting session ever since she won five times in a row

Talon crews

Olivia doesn't stop her pranks, so either you decide to team up with her to prank the others or you go against her. If you prank her, she will at least remind you this once a  week. "Amigo/amiga, how could you do this to your best friend in the world?" sighs dramatically while placing an arm on her forehead "Can you believe this? My best friend, betraying me..." Or "oh no, the betrayal. Who could have foreseen  such an event?" Amelie is more often than not the victim of Olivia's pranks. It's gotten so bad one time Olivia and you couldn't set a foot near the base or she would snipe you from afar She's "kind" Enough to not use real bullets but let's say you had bruises for the following weeks Moira is a target you two don't prank because you've been under her wrath and let's just say, it's not pleasant at all Olivia does try to get all of you to enjoy some vacation time. She does separate Amelie and  Moira, because she knows Amelie is showing more and more emotions and she doesn't want her to return to that cold emotionless assassin Talon turned her into. So for her sake, she keeps Moira away from her When Olivia, Amelie and yourself are out for a mission or a vacation, Amelie will make sure to make at least one comment on the food. She grew up with the finest food so she knows what good food is or not. You once bought her a baguette from a supermarket, she did not appreciate it. She could have stopped if not for  Olivia's intervention "It's just a baguette, how bad can it be?" And that's how you all three didn't get any sleep because of Amelie's monologue on baguette Olivia is a lot more laid back so she takes you sightseeing and if she trusts you enough, she takes you to her hometown. She even lets you meet up with Baptiste.

Kiriko is dragging your ass across the city and showing you the finest spots If you're dating, it's one of your monthly dates to walk around the city and discover new paths or stands/shops. Even if she knows her city like the back of her hand, she's still pleased you're enjoying showing her shops you like She also practices her kunai throwing with you. It’s a lot of fun for her to see you mess up so many times. Although, you get closer to the target with each training session and she holds great pride in seeing your progress She trusts you enough after some time spent together, as well as some missions done together, to show you the group in which she belongs: The Yōkai You spend some fun times with them and seeing as they all have some masks, you decided to craft one for Kiriko. Of course, it’s a fox one. Kiriko loves it so much she doesn’t wear it, in fear she breaks it but she places it in her apartment.

Junker Queen

Odessa doesn't get out of Junkertown a lot, if not at all since she got her Junker Queen title. So if you're travelling fairly often, you give her pictures of your travels. "Oi! You should take me out here, sounds lots of fun!" "I tried, you say you were too busy ruling things around here." "Ey, doesn't mean I can't get to travel from time to time with me partner." Every time you come back from your travels, whether it is for business or for yourself, you always tell how you trip went down. Of course, with pictures to accompany your story. Odessa finds it easier to follow if she has pictures in front of her

Ashe

Liz loves to experiment with her outfits, if you have any good idea she’s going to bring it to life. If one of your ideas doesn’t please her, she’s going to give you interesting feedback. She is a firm believer in constructive criticism She often asks BOB to watch over you when she’s gone for a heist but sometimes, it does seem like you’re the babysitter You teach BOB about some customs he might not have been aware of. It’s a lot of fun watching him learn new things

When you swat him away he is taken aback for just a moment

As fiery as you were he was positive he hadn’t done anything to cause conflict with you in a while

It took one look to notice you were focused on a game on your phone

Regardless of the outcome he pulls the phone away from you and guides your face to his

All in all probably the calmest about it and plans to get what he wants when you’re available rather than risking a fight by overplaying his dominant role

Reaper

Not necessarily being the forgiving-type, Reyes narrows his eyes at you when you dodge his affection on his way out

He notices that your movements were frantic as though you were looking for something. When he questions you on this you give him enough of an answer for him to help you

With a roll of his eyes he snatches whatever you were looking for in seconds and presents it to you

He almost scolds you for your forgetfulness as he does so

When you reach for it he is quick to swipe it from your grasp and peers down at you with an expectant look

With a roll of your eyes you grant his wish and give him a smooch before he relinquished the item to you

He milks the moment by pulling you closer to him 

His expression slightly softens for the kiss before he bids you farewell with a pet name and a small peck on your forehead

When it comes down to it he would hold it against you just because he isn’t that big on displays of affection in the first place

Gets over it rather quickly though

Moira

With one of her experiments showing great promise Moira begins to feel celebratory. The next time she sees you she greets you with a tender smile and a beckoning hand

However when you raise a hand at her in a “Just a minute” gesture her face melts into an unimpressed expression

She easily closes the distance between you to look over your shoulder

You’re doing some form of paperwork; perhaps filling some report from the latest mission or something

Whatever it was kind of kills the mood for her anyways

‘Just busy work’ she would think to herself before she strokes the side of your face and turns your head towards her with her index finger and thumb gently holding your chin

“Don’t keep me waiting long,” She would finish with a pet name before granting you a lingering kiss and leaving you to your work

By the time she’s gone you well have forgotten what you were even writing

Anyways she's pretty understanding, but it isn’t everyday that she wants to spend an intimate moment with you outside of your home so it's up to you to get in on it before the window closes

Sombra

Probably had just finished a rather difficult job as she plops down next to you on the couch you shared with her

Almost out of habit she leans over to wrap her arms around you to pull you towards her with your head on her chest to pepper kisses on your face

When you move away she is immediately confused and dejected on a smaller scale

You show her the cleaning supplies you brought out and mention that you were just about to get started

With a quick scan of the room she could tell it wouldn’t take very long

Despite this she gives you a bored look and pulls you back in anyways explaining that you could get started later and that she’ll even help out as well

But for now she really just wants to unwind with you and cuddle while you watch a movie

You knew this meant you two would probably take a nap instead but you allow it as it's usually a good excuse to give Sombra some much needed rest anyways

She isn’t the biggest fan of rejection and usually plans to get what she wants even if it means pulling on a heart string or two

She does it out of love of course

Mauga

It’s a calm day with nothing but the mundane scheduled ahead of you

After polishing Gunny and Cha-cha, Mauga leisurely makes his way down to the kitchen where you were preparing something sweet and light

He greedily sniffs the air and compliments your skill before leaning down towards you, lips first and eyes closed

When nothing happens he opens his eyes to see your back facing towards him as you offer him nothing more than a “thank you”

There you leave his beautiful lips pouting at nothing

His face turns into a mock hurt expression despite how you don’t notice him waiting behind you

“How about a little sugar my way?” He’d ask with a cheeky grin

If that doesn’t get your attention he would resort to smearing whatever confection you have onto your cheek to get you to stop working 

Honestly by then he usually steals a kiss so good it leaves your head spinning

Out of all the members he’s probably the most immature about it and will always find a way to get you to look at him

Will always charm his way through anything and everything

Widowmaker

On the rare occasion that she’s feeling unbearably affectionate is on a beautifully rainy day

She starts by waltzing up behind you as silent as a mouse then proceeding to wrap her arms around your waist, trailing one hand up your throat to push your face towards hers

When you don’t allow her to court you in her arms she scoffs as she is appalled by your rejection

You apologize profusely as she stands back with her arms crossed. What could have your attention so much so that you couldn’t pay her any mind

You explain that you desperately needed to add some finishing touches before she saw anything

“What are you blabbering about.” She raises a brow at you. When you show her the gift you’ve been preparing for her, her cold stare turns into something warmer

She rolls her eyes and accepts the gift before allowing a smile to grace her features. She hides it in your kiss as she pulls you towards her by the back of your neck

She will accept your apology this time, however next time she won’t be as merciful 

That aside she doesn’t take it too personally, but she does find it annoying unless you truly didn’t consent

So expect some empty threats until she gets her smooch

Sigma

After a long day of testing he floats into your room where he finds you laser focused on the tv screen

His shoulders relax at the sight of you despite how you hardly offer him a greeting as he enters

‘You always did love your shows,’ he chuckles to himself. With that he makes his way towards you to greet you with a proper kiss

Unfortunately he had gotten in the way of the screen with his rather tall frame causing you to quickly dodge to try to catch the ending of your show

Feeling a little embarrassed Sigma seats himself next to you and apologizes silently as to not cause anymore distraction

It doesn’t hit you until the end credits start to play that you had just been unbelievably rude. In your attempt to apologize Sigma raises a hand in defense stating that he didn’t mind one bit as he knew you didn’t mean it

He only chuckles as you snuggle up to him to try to make it up to him. Things only settle down once you give him a darling peck on the cheek

Literally the sweetest guy about it out of the whole team when he's of sound mind

Honestly finds it endearing when you’re deep in thought anyways

He's in my arms. Bleeding out. I'll be yelled at for taking the field but I don't care. My friend needs me and I'm not leaving him. I stay by him while he's patched up. He's unconscious. I wait. When he wakes, he has this faint smile as he thanks me. My heart flutters. He has a wife. I have a girlfriend. I forget for a minute.

He's laughing and celebrating. I can't remember what anymore. He was always celebrating something. He's as loud as ever. I don't mind. I love when he's loud. He hugs me. His hugs are the best I've ever had. I feel his muscular arms around me. I feel his heartbeat behind his sturdy chest. I have to remind myself of her to keep myself from faltering.

It's late. I can't sleep. I decided to make myself some tea. He left his office door open. I can't help but peek inside. When I look, he's asleep at his desk. Overworked again. I always admired how hard he worked. His face is... Cute? I touch his cheek. He smiles. What am I doing? We both have someone waiting for us at home. I leave.

It's my wedding. Happiest day of my life. Of her life. All three of them congratulate me. A pat on the shoulder with a winning smile. A hug so tight I might break. An awkward smile and a nudge on the shoulder as if he didn't know what else to do. All three times, I have to remind myself who I'm here for.

I try not to look at any of them anymore, but they still catch my glance. Each smile, each flex, each stupid joke. They all catch my heart.

I wonder if she knew.

She had to.

These were far from the only times I faltered. Many were in front of her eyes that only saw me.

Maybe she thinks that's why I didn't save her. That I was happy she was gone. That I thought I was free.

I can't think about any of them anymore.

I falter again and again and again as I search for her. It's hardly considered being disloyal anymore, so why not end up in a new bed every night? Besides, I don't have money for my own place or even a motel. Every time, I disappear in the morning. I can't let myself fall.

I want to see them again.

I found them. By chance I found them.

I go to them. But someone's missing.

It hurts.

He's long gone. I'll never see that winning smile again.

They both hold me as I cry.

For the first time, I let myself love them.

did this a while ago but spent too much time on it for it to not be posted. this is just a personal opinion and personal ratings based off lore and bias tbh. this will be updated with every hero (if I remember to lol)

Tanks:

D.VA: 6/10. Caring and loving, fun gaming dates, but gets recognized a lot, and if it came down to it she’d choose her job to protect south korea over her lover

Doomfist: 4/10. He’d be a gentleman but probably only in it for sex or to be a sugar daddy. He’d treat his “lover” with respect tho so not a total loss i guess.

Junker Queen: 7/10. After the shit she’s been thru i think she doesnt really want a partner cuz shes afraid they’re just using her to get to the throne or that she’ll lose them. She’s protective and caring but also a bit overprotective to the point where it’s like okay calm down. Also might get into a few fights but eh.

Orisa: 0/10. she thinks it would be cute to be in a relationship but knows she cant be in one due to being the “protector of numbani”. so no.

Ramattra: 8/10. Deadass depends if it’s an omnic or not. If his lover is an omnic he will cherish them and take care of them, knowing that they’re one of the few things he loves in this life. If it’s a human then theres some. Problems. He doesnt open up easily and while he’s still protective and caring he can sometimes get very distant towards them because he fears that they only got close to him to use him or kill him.

Reinhardt: 9/10: Perfect gentleman. Treats you with respect and love, and cherishes you no matter what. -1 is because he can be really loud sometimes even when he doesnt mean to be

Roadhog: 5/10. I think of him as aroace but he would try and give it a shot just to feel what it’s like. Hes very quiet but also very calm. He would listen to his lover and do his best to help them, but he moves around a lot thanks to junkrat now and might cut off communication with you just to keep you safe when he's on the run

Sigma: 5/10. A real gentleman, would treat his lover with respect and kindness and love. Only downside is when he has one of his mind breaks and breakdowns. He forgets who he is and just focuses on violence. Also his control of gravity in that state is very fucky so if he’s having a breakdown his lover might get throw to the ground. He feels like jackshit afterwards and probably realizes it’s best not to have someone he cares about so close to him

Wrecking Ball: 0/10 no. he would simply not even if he wanted to. Aroace hampter 

Winston: maybe a 1/10. i feel like he doesnt want a romantic relationship with anybody and just wants friends (aroace monke)

Zarya: 6/10. Protective and caring but would focus too much on her job. would also pick her country over her lover if it did come down to it

Mauga: 8/10: Would treat his lover right and give them anything they asked for. Free beach house, gifts, and a loving, protective, obsessive bf. -2 because slight yandere vibes and can get too possesive-

Damage:

Ashe: 6/10. Partners in crime kinda thing but if you’re not really into that stuff she’s probably not that into you. She has BOB watching you when she cant during a fight but shes always next to you when she can be.

Bastion: 0/10. Dude just wants to live in the woods with his bird he doesnt want that stuff.

Cassidy: 8/10. Southern sweetheart. Treats his partner with love and respect. Only downside is that he’d be out a lot doing his job, but he would let somebody else do it to be with you if it’s a special occasion or if he really wants to stay with you.

Echo: 2/10. Not big on romance but would try it out for science. Sadly in the end it’s not real love so. Oof

Genji: 9/10. Probably doesn’t want a relationship at first because of his body but he gets used to it and opens up his heart. Honestly very good boyfriend would be there to listen and help you with stuff. -1 cuz he might be out doing overwatch stuff a lot and also might not be the most exciting person to be around if you're a hyper person.

Hanzo: 6/10. Can’t see him getting in a relationship after everything thats happened but if he did he’d be kinda bad at it but you could tell that he’s trying his best.

Junkrat: 5/10. I love him but i cant really see him *staying* in a relationship for long. He doesn’t know how to stop sometimes and can get really annoying really quick but he loves making things for his lover and would do his best to keep them away from the dangerous bombs. He loves them a lot but doesn’t know how to turn the love down. Really clingy so if youre into that cool.

Mei: 9/10. Absolute sweetheart. Loves you to bits and takes you out to her favorite restaurants and stuff. -1 cuz you had to have a long distance relationship due to her being in Antarctica and the fact she slept for years with no communication with her lover-

Phara: 4/10. Cares about her job more but would be an okay girlfriend, doing the basics.

Reaper: 1/10. He’s done with love and would probably just just be a sugar daddy or just be there for sex. Even if he did find himself feeling something he’d ignore it and move on

Sojourn:5/10. Not interested in dating or finding love but if it finds her she’ll go for it. Pretty nice girlfriend, makes sure to take care of her lover but does focus on her job a lot more sometimes.

Soldier:76: 0/10. Not interested and has made sure to break off any past relationships. Doesn’t want the people he cares about to get hurt. So he still cares but doesnt go see them.

Somba: 7/10. Would be a pretty good girlfriend if she wanted to have a relationship. She keeps all people she cares about far away and unaware of her deeds at Talon. So a long distance relationship until she can take some time off to go see her lover and vibe.

Symmetra: 3/10. Doesn’t know how to even start a relationship and doesn’t really want to. Her job is important to her so she wouldn’t want distractions from it.

Torbjorn: 6/10. His wife and him had a few children and have been married for a while so he’s probably got the whole love thing covered.

Tracer: 9/10. Probably one of the best on this list. She’s loving and caring and makes sure to spend a lot of time with her partner. 

Widowmaker: 3/10. Last partner she had was um. killed by her so. +3 if you could break down her walls and see the real her but very low chance

Venture: 8.5/10: Would talk to you about rocks, fossils, and everything else they can think about. They’d even let you name rocks around the house. -2 cuz they’ll talk your ear off about rocks n stuff while also bouncing around everywhere. They can also be gone for long periods of time but always makes sure to call. If you can deal with the infodumping and adhd then 9.5/10 for you

Baptiste: 8/10. Great boyfriend, lovers needs always come first and he’s very open and always has an ear out to listen. -2 because he’s constantly on the run and the relationship could get stressed.

Brigitte: 5/10. Mostly focused on her work but would make a pretty good girlfriend if she finds the right person. The relationship would mostly be a test one because she lowkey doesn’t understand it.

Kiriko: 4/10. Would love to be in a relationship but protecting her home is more important than finding love to her.

Lucio: 9/10. Actual sweetheart. Would make music for you and would cancel shows last second if something came up and you needed something. If you need anything he’ll be there to help.

Mercy: 8/10. She’s really focused on her work but no matter what would take time to come stay with you for a while. -2 because sometimes too focused on work and sometimes doesnt have time to see you for a long time.

Moira: 0/10. Not looking for a relationship and would probably lie just to get you strapped to a table and butchered.

Zenyatta: 7/10. Would make a decent boyfriend but he can’t have relationships due to being a monk. He’d be there to listen and to give advice when you needed it.

Lifeweaver: 9/10. Perfect boyfriend in every way. Like no competition. -1 cuz he's on the run from multiple governments so he won't be able to talk all the time or be with you much to his dismay. multiple texts a day tho

Illari: 4/10. Tbh I can't see her getting into a relationship after everything. She's too scared that something will happen with her powers again and hurt her lover
