This sad reality leaves many feeling worthless, as if their very essence is diminished.

🧠💔 The demand for mental and emotional strength is relentless. A man is expected to hold it together, to be the sturdy rock, never faltering in the face of adversity. But what if he's battling his own demons? What if he's overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Society's harsh judgment can make him feel like a failure, as if his struggles make him less valuable in the eyes of those around him.
