James Kenton, a roofing contractor from Mount Juliet, Tennessee, has been wrongfully mistreated by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. The events have left him with tremendous harm to his reputation, hurt to his business, and general distress. In light of this injustice, James has initiated a lawsuit against the state of Tennessee and ADA Chadwick Jackson for constitutional violations in order to hold responsible parties accountable for the wrong that was done. In an admirable step to ensure transparency, all depositions related to the case will be posted on YouTube. We need your help to bring justice to James' case. I am inspired by the young man, Itzcuauhtli who is using silence to bring awareness to an issue a lot of people are choosing to ignore.
