Headcanon time! Hero worked as a kindergarten teacher for a brief period of time to get some money in the city. When he gets the kids off the bus, he would say "Say byebye to the bus!" and the kids would wave and say their bye. Sometimes he would accidentally say it to the gang when they got off a bus, and they all did it without hesitation since the first time Hero did it.

You don't have to agree with me of course, but this is the best game ever made. Nearly three years ago now, I wasn't even allowed to even mention this game in my household, now I can say I have an extensive collection and had the opportunity to attend Gallery Nucleus, my dream event. I understand not everyone has these privledges and opportunities, so I will continue to make art for fans who dont have access to these things. Or kids who were like me, who weren't allowed to play this wonderful game. Those kids are my reason to pursue these comics. You must have hope, and believe that good things will come to you eventually!

I am eternally grateful for all that this fandom has done for me, whether it be the memories I cherish, timeless jokes, or breathtaking fanart all around. Thank you for sticking by my side for so many years, and hopefully many more to come. But more importantly, thank you for playing OMORI! I may not have met so many amazing people like you if we hadn't.

Thank you Omocat and team for making a masterpiece over the course of seven years. And finally, thank you to the fans for carrying on that legacy. This game belongs only to those who truly love it.
