Yes, they met when Daniel was 17. I was imagining an au sort of semi- parallel to canon so Cobra Kai still exists but it's not so cartoonishly over the top. (I say with love)

Daniel, like many people his age doesn't quite know what he wants. He wants it all, but he has to make a choice. So in that way he is lucky that he has John to force his hand because the inside of his head is a messy, stressful place. But John makes it simple.

Is it the healthiest? Lol. No.

And that is something that would be interesting to address, but I left out for the sake of fun kink. The toll the constant pregnancies take on Daniel. As much as he loves his kids that's still a lot to put a body through. Even for omegas, who take to it naturally. That's why most people don't have litters the size of Daniel and John's.

John is definitely extra sweet to Daniel while he's pregnant. You mentioned the barefoot in the kitchen tripe. John definitely gives Daniel lots of foot rubs. Especially in the last trimester. And yes he does get off on it. He's intensely proud of both himself and his omega.

Not all of them show up though I less Daniel and John actually get alone time. But they still help out because even with two babies strapped to him that means there's still three to chase after.

I think also some of the cobras may have had crushes on Daniel before he was mated to John. And this gives them a way to sort of live vicariously, still being around Daniel and his pups.
