This is how Chernobyl happened to me! 34 years ago. That was FAKE! The consequences of the Chernobyl disaster are still present today. Nobody knows what actually happened and even how to protect themselves from radiation in case of a sudden emergency. Even those who live in Kyiv (in the 100-kilometer zone of the world's largest man-made disaster) do not know the first means of radiation safety. In addition, since 2013 our country has been in a state of hybrid war. Therefore, today, the attitude to information and media literacy issues must be of great importance for correctly defining one's past. After all, this will be an important foundation for the future of for everyone.

Technique of execution:

We, two artists from Oleg Kharch Group, ran to the Holosiivskyi Forest every day. We tried to hide from the COVID-19 attack there. In the woods, we had ghosts from the beginning - reminders of the same virus. A pandemic panic was circulating around the city. In fact, Quarantine was not so severe for us. We have avoided unnecessary contact with others. This has brought about results through nature's solitude. Yes, other people sometimes happened to us in the forest. They met us silently, mostly looking past the face-worn protective masks. All communication with the outside world was through the Internet, social networks and telephone. But we didn't need more.

Looking at the trees around them in isolation, the artists from Oleg Kharch Group came to the conclusion: the most important thing in the trees is the root system.

All those artwork was done during quarantine. This is a real, modern story. These are real tree roots, over a hundred! And that's right now. This is our Quarantine we are going through. Hiding in the forest from a new pandemic today.
