Enjoy this old-fashioned fudge recipe's rich and creamy goodness. It's as smooth as silk and tastes like chocolate. Great for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Cover a square 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second increments, stir the mixture in the microwave until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla extract and salt and mix them in well. If you want to add nuts, mix them into the fudge. Spread the fudge mixture out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. Use the extra piece of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan once it's hard. Cut it into squares or rectangles by putting it on a cutting board. Enjoy your old-fashioned FUDGE that is as smooth as silk!

Enjoy the nostalgia of this classic Old-Fashioned Brown Sugar Fudge recipe. It's rich, creamy, and perfect for sharing with friends and family during the holidays or any special occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups brown sugar. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup evaporated milk. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan and set aside. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, and unsalted butter. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches the soft ball stage about 235F or 118C on a candy thermometer. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped nuts if desired. Quickly pour the hot fudge mixture into the greased baking pan and let it cool at room temperature for a few hours until set. Once the fudge has cooled and set, cut it into squares or rectangles. Store the Old-Fashioned Brown Sugar Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature.
