Sometime during ME3, Raph and Ash are fighting through some Reaper Troops.

Raph: Hey, if we both survive this war, do you want to get married?

Ash: (laughs) What, to each other? We're in the same unit, that'd be a problem.

Raph: Not if I retire the second the last Reaper drops.

Ash: Aww, you want to pursue being a trophy husband?

Raph: If it's yours, I would consider it a dream job.

Ash: You know you'd need permission directly from the Council to retire from being a Spectre, right? It's in the manual.

Raph: There's a Spectre manual?

Ash: (laughs) Yes, Shepard. If we both manage to get out, I'll marry you.
