Beast Boy Profile part 1.

Full Name: Garfield Mark “Hunter” Logan Nickname(s)/Alias(es):Gargan, Gar, Arnold “Bob” Hunter (his Alias should he ever be able to assume a fully human form or at least technology capable of disguising his hair and skin tone) 'Animorph' (his first choice for a name, would not be used due to copyright reasons). Age: 14 Gender: Cis-gender Male, he/him, theoretically able to assume a female form and willing to explore that possibility with his girlfriend. Species/Breed: Metahuman (Homo Metasapien) polymorph. Voice: Greg Crisps Birthdate: October1988. = PERSONALITY= Personality: BB plays the part of the jokester on the team, as a result, he, in turn, is plagued by pranks, humorous mistakes, backfiring jokes, and Raven's deft wit and sarcasm. He is playful, animated, and often and more chart like when his inner thoughts might suggest. When the other Titans are focused on important details he is usually the first to speak his mind with a bizarre or humorous idea or a joke to break the tension. Sometimes these attempts come as out-of-the-box thinking or contain an idea or observation that the others find useful. Due to this his teammate's, enemies, and the general public often perceived him as immature, thickheaded, and cumbersome.  This perception changed somewhat after the defeat of Trigon and his leadership during the Brotherhood of Doom crisis. On one hand, he's glad his enemies underestimate him but he also wished but he would be taken seriously by his teammates in the public. However, he continually proves his worth with his kindness, ability to lighten up tense situations, his creativity knowledge of animals and their environments, his slowly but steadily increasing use of Battle Tactics regarding his shape-shifting abilities. For a short time, he was the team medic and still takes care of minor injuries and broken limbs when Cyborg is unavailable. If he knows there's a poisonous creature of the group might come into contact he will transform into it so Raven can give the others immunity to its poison. He is fairly good at mimicking The voice, speech pattern, and body movements of others.  However, he is never particularly satisfied with his perfect is mimicry and is something of a perfectionist on the subject as he hopes to be an actor one day like his uncle, Garfield Hunter, who he was named after. 

Out of the team, he is probably the most imaginative and that creativity comes in hand her handy when dealing with bizarre situations or when finding unique ways to rescue civilians or spy on enemies. Although he jokes most of the time, Beast Boy can be hot-headed and serious when pushed to his limits. During the teams multi-month battle with the Brotherhood of Evil, he slowly became more focused and involved teams missions and even became the team's de facto leader towards the end of the conflict. However, he happily turned back the role back to Robin as the burden and anxiety of leadership was starting to wear on him. He thought Raven would probably make a better secondary leader then he would do to her calm and collected attitude. He was pleasantly surprised when Robin agreed with him much to Raven's slight embarrassment.  

Regardless of his partly negative experience with the leadership he is not opposed to creating his own team of Titans and would love to start his own tofu restaurant. He is contemplating going into business with Cyborg in order to create lab-grown meat as an alternative to tofu and vegetarianism. Some people, such as Raven and Slade, believe that Beast Boy wears a mask of laughter and happiness to disguise his sadness at his sometimes tragic past and his desperate need to be loved and accepted by his peers. This means he likely carefree around his teammates because they act as a surrogate family and because they're his age he feels confident enough to entertain and protect them. He has great willpower when in a battle that borders on pure stubbornness and can display a righteous fury that rivals Starfire's. This was likely true as he didn't like to discuss his past with the Doom Patrol and played it off as being more mysterious and tragic than it actually was. If his backstory is to be believed when it makes perfect sense why he has abandonment issues. 

There have been a few instances over his career with the Titans where he showed the boy behind the mask to appear. Over the course of his battle with the Brotherhood, he slowly became more sincere about his feelings. He would love to be a comedian but he has stage fright and he doesn't feel that his jokes and are up to par with the comedians and actors he idolizes. He enjoys playing the part of the fool and the entertainer but has also come to recognize that there are a time and a place to be serious. Particularly when it comes to empathizing or comforting others. his recently renewed relationship with Tara has helped him on a journey to find a balance between his darker emotions and memories and the goofy prankster he often pretends to be. As time went on he became the mask he put on but still has to deal with negative emotions, the consequences of his actions, and trying to be a light of hope and humor in an often unforgiving world.
