one kid (Kakeru) stayed out in the woods with nothing but his car (possessed by the soul of a sabertooth tiger) for at LEAST a year

the line "do you ever chill?" being said completely deadpan

Raiga assuming what Joe would be like, and then Joe quite literally being EXACTLY what he assumed

Mach Go's "i've finally become an Earth Granner like the kids so now I can protect them better, but I'm not gonna tell them that it's me because i want to do a cool identity reveal" thing

"mach is a dialect, this Mach Go you speak of must be from the same town that i'm from"

"oh my god our ritual to summon aliens actually worked??" "you idiot those are the evil aliens we've been fighting this whole time" "oh. right."

"i forgot about the plan" said by the guy who made the plan

none of the cars with cat souls can handle water even though they're cars

the red and blue pterodactyls that are a comedy duo and used to be a comedy trio with the t-rex as their "straight man"

Kakeru doesn't read instructions like ever. he remains totally chill in the face of not knowing how to operate the phone the aliens gave him

in the later episodes, close to the finale, Raiga and Kuga sneaking the bad turned good aliens into their house like one sneaks in a stray animal

Mach just. posing and reciting cool lines in the middle of the desert as practice to be cool in front of the kids

Joe literally breaking bones with hugs and lassoing Mach when he tried to get out of getting one

Kakeru muttering "where in the world did he get that from..." when Joe spontaneously pulled out a whole bbq set

them spending 6 hours trying to crack a safe (going to the point of using ridiculous things like how many followers Mach has on twitter) only for the safe to still be on the factory setting of 0000

the chaos of them all fighting over the remote. not a single braincell in sight.

them doing a practice training simulation and Joe quietly complaining about how everyone else paired up into duos so there's no-one for him to spar with, only for EVERYONE to turn to fight him immediately

the silly little reversal mambo dance that ended up being key to saving the day in the finale
