I have a feeling this guy just collects toy car(specifically hotwheels) and just has a collection of them somewhere but he let's you play with them

He really really loves car rides I think, he loves taking out on late drives while you too listen to music (and maybe get ice cream and a happy meal from mcdonalds ^w^)
