I still adore OFMD but i had to take a step back from fandom bc once Jenkins said it was over, I had to avoid getting sucked into unfounded hope for renewal. Now that I’ve processed that, I’m going to get back into fic. And if it ever happens there’s more story then that will be a nice surprise. And if there’s not, I can still enjoy what exists.

Ngl I think the fandom peaked before I even played Outlast for myself or used Tumblr LMAO. I won't be going anywhere from this fandom unless god strikes me down but I guess my major flaw is I mainly just reblog things rather than make my own posts. Like I saw some of your art/ posts and they're so funny, I wish I could make posts like that and like help the fandom out if you know what I mean. Hopefully Trials full release will bring some more people in

i want to love drawing sirius so bad but he only pops up corporeally in my head when i read a fic of him with really good characterization or randomly when im doing something else and cant sit down to draw lmao also no reference/fancast has felt 100% spot on yet so i don't have much to base him off of feature-wise,, all i got to work with half the time is drop dead gorgeous and messy hair lolllll

oooo this one is a canon compliant take on morax and xiao’s first meeting

His work on this young xian was, he thought, sufficient considering the situation, but the resulting style left much to be desired, hair falling in uneven choppy bangs, cropped short in most areas, but owing to his promise not to cut any more than necessary, an asymmetrical impression was given by two haphazardly placed locks which were almost twice as long as the rest.

While Morax put the blade away, he noticed the small xian touching his new hairstyle experimentally. The sight was a little amusing, and almost endearing, although a part of Morax cringed at his shoddy work. Well, no matter. Hair could always be fixed later.

The power of everyone thing was very cute. Nice to see Lemon again. Had a good laugh at Lance and Dot just hiding behind Finn instead of helping. Overall, a very emotional experience. Solid chapter.

I really only have the character i draw to represent myself!! No real OCs beyond a very literal interpretation (I write and have characters I make to convey a narrative, but like, as much as the Bogatyr is an object of mental rotating, it is more a prop for the Game than a character in and of itself).

No fursona either!! :[ not really a furry meself, but that doesn't mean I can't support folk who are :] peace and love on planet earth furries and therians ans what not in my experience have been some of the kindest and most understanding folk for just about anything I approach them for, and i think it's only decency to offer the same kindness to them (it's just good manners to do it anyway, but i fink they appreciate having their fursonas doodled)

I was rewatching clips from the later Angus era hignfy and it got me thinking again, why did Ian and Paul come down on Angus so hard than they usually did in the earlier series just for doing his job lmaoo they rarely had any problems with him reading out the jokes (which he also wrote) back in the earlier series but then out of the sudden they started ripping him for doing it?

I sometimes think that this show makes him look like a talentless git (even tho he did radio and comedy writing for years before hignfy) lol

Obviously resentment grew the longer the show went on, he was paid more, Ian and Paul (maybe selfishly) thought he was doing an easier job because he didn't have to come up with his own jokes and got credit for things that yes he had involvement with but was also backed up by a whole team of writers. And like, it was funny when they attacked him lmao. It was sort of safe ground to go after him, they knew the audience wouldn't be against it and it's always nice with a target. Also it's always more fun to go after the person who is supposed to be in power. I feel like either people give Angus way to much credit, like they don't realise that he has a script to read off. Or then like you said he gets miscredited like because he reads from a script he has no talent and puts no effort into it at all.
