i legit have no idea how emeric sounds canonically but hc wise i kinda imagine her to sound a bit like this. squeaky, whimsical, kinda raspy, british (im british too!!)... i initially got the idea from the japanese mario paint commercial + how yoshi sounds in it ^__^
