it really is so FUCKING crazy that like less than a month after they met buck and eddie were already chatting about why eddie Doesn't Date (they weren't his type) while their shoulders went BONK BONK BONK with every step and then eddie made fun of buck for his thing with the woman maddie (and the narrative) suggested he was a replacement for uhhhh and then buck drove him to the hospital for some reason where eddie's aunt randomly waxed poetic about how hard eddie's life was and then ummmm well buck was like let me insert myself into that life and relieve some of his pain and change everything and stand in his corner in a way nobody had ever done until then. HUH??????!!!!!!
