About Claire

Claire worked at a bookstore prior to being taken to the palace. Upon her arrival, she was told that she would be known as "Belle" and must select the future king from a group of eight princes.

Appearance 

Claire has shoulder-length hair in a taupe shade, styled into two braids, and bright blue eyes. She has a fair complexion. Her attire consists of a dark green blouse embellished with a ruffled beige collar, a satin beige bow, and sleeves with ruffled edges. Additionally, she dons a knee-length green skirt with two layers, paired with a beige apron that parts in the middle and is detailed with white embroidery. A petite green bow adorns the apron's top center.

Personality

Claire exudes an aura of cheerfulness and friendliness wherever she goes. Her presence is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day, lifting the spirits of those around her. She possesses a natural curiosity, always eager to delve into new concepts and experiences. At times, she indulges in playful antics by teasing others. 

Furthermore, she demonstrates exceptional intelligence, effortlessly tackling any challenges that come her way. Her sharp observational abilities allow her to pick up on even the most subtle hints and responses from those around her.

Occasionally, she displays a stubborn streak, standing her ground without yielding.

Background

Claire was born to a father who was a magician and a mother who was a baker. She was brought up in a loving environment where she learned how to bake and practice magic. As a young girl, she developed a passion for reading fantasy and romance books, which sparked her love for literature.

She lived a peaceful life, adored by the townspeople for her kind-hearted nature. 

However, tragedy struck when her mother fell gravely ill and passed away. Her father, consumed by grief, found it difficult to take care of Claire alone. In his despair, he turned to a friend, Akatsuki, for help, feeling he couldn't give Claire the care she required. As a result, she was taken in by Akatsuki.

Years later, as an adult, she began living on her own and working at a bookstore. During this time, she found Rio and helped him recover from his injuries. Even though he was harsh towards her at first, she remained kind and compassionate.

Three years after that incident, she was brought to Rhodolite Palace to become Belle and select the future king.

Trivia

Claire enjoys making sweets like cake and macarons.

She performs magic for the princes whenever she can, delighting some of them. 

She likes cute things and has a small collection of plush animals in her room courtesy of Yves and Rio.

She has a habit of humming or singing to herself when deep in thought, though she is self-conscious about her singing voice.

She hates waking up in the mornings.
