What would Rescue team 08 like for gifts if they got any would they take a gift?
Also I hope that you have a wonderful day/night.^^
It’s hard to satisfy the entire team at once, as every squad member has their own unique tastes and preferences.
Sawmus is passionate about heavy metal and hard rock music. Iconic bands like X Japan and Metallica are his favorites, and he would treasure having vintage albums from these bands.
Axel spends his leisure time taking care of succulents. He has a collection of them in his little greenhouse in his shared living quarters with other members of Rescue Squad 08.
Fannel and Fannar share a mutual fascination with marimo, in other words — moss balls. They keep a tank of these aquatic cuties in their living quarters. And Fannar, the more hands-on of the two, usually takes on the responsibility of the routine cleaning and caring.
Veisky appreciation for classical electronic music, and Daft Punk is his favorite band. He can be chill when he’s on his own. But when others are present? Not so much.

April Fool's special - Sawmus' Build-day
Happy B-day to the 40-year-old bachelor & single dad.
Bonus: In Japanese culture, 4 is an unlucky number because it's sometimes pronounced as 'shi', which is a homophone to death in Japanese.
It also applies to Chinese culture since 4 and death are homophones in Chinese.

Welcome to Combat Medic 101
(Where you learn about the responsibility and expectation of a combat medic)
Combat medics are very different from the non-combatant medics, because we are expected to do much more than just fixing soldiers. When you are given the tools and opportunity to succeed and are expected to assist in battle and life saving in the same few minutes …then you know what being a combat medic means. It’s nothing like being a doctor.
You will see the most terrifying side of a war. You will see more death and destruction than your peers. And you will have to cope with that for the rest of your life. Everyone will expect you to act calm and know what to do without hesitation. You aren't just a healer and a fighter -- you are a source of confidence.
You don’t get to rest like everyone else does. Combat medics would need to go through regular training like other soldiers and more. Because this position requires a certain level of physical agility and endurance as we need to carry heavy equipment, move quickly across difficult terrain, and physically assist injured soldiers.
You need to be confident, and you have to be dangerous. Confident enough to give others faith, but always remember: you only get one chance to help someone in a critical moment. You need to earn the respect of the soldiers you serve with, even if it requires force in order for them to cooperate (shoving your tool up their @$$ included).
If you get emotional easily, skip combat medic, try other positions that don't have as much detrimental effect on your mental health.
And lastly… DO NOT REUSE THE PARTS OF A FALLEN SOLDIER UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY EMERGENT! HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THE DECEASED GODDAMN IT!!!!

What items are inside Sawmus's medic backpack? This is the inside of my OC H.264 medic backpack :3
In here we have:
Basic repair kit
Some replacement parts
A large battery
wires
lots of insulating tape
plastic drawstrings
voltage meter
coolant
thermal paste
screws
a hand drill
rope
glue
soldering iron
machine oil
As for Sawmus’ backpack (or rucksack in military terms), he has similar equipment like H.264. But there are differences: he has no need to bring repair tools. He was designed to be a military engineer back in Japan, therefore he has built-in mechanics tools.
If you ask how he repairs large units or regular units with serious damages, without wrenches or hammers, he simply doesn’t, since he prefers to send those units back to base rather than repair them on site. He only brings essential equipment to maximize efficiency, and he always think these units deserve some rest and proper treatment after intense battles.
Also, due to the fact that he is a combat medic, he has a shotgun with extra shells for emergency self-defense. His accuracy may not be as great as Polaroid, but it's sufficient.
And I just noticed something, H.264 has extra replacement parts among his equipment. He isn't taking parts from other units anymore? Did he take Sawmus’ lecture? If that's really the case, now I can’t get the image of Sawmus scolding H.264 in front of other medics during the lecture.
Also medic OCs Ray, Clark, and Spark belongs to @synth-operator

what if sawmus got infected with a parasite?
it probably won't happen but what if it does?
how would polaroid react?
If Sawmus ever gets infected, Polaroid would disinfect him as soon as possible. He would probably feel guilty for not fulfilling his duty as a medic chaperon and scared for his parental unit, but he always focus on his objective no matter what happens.
It might be a tough task for him to take on Sawmus one on one, since Sawmus is physically superior to him in literally every way. Sawmus is stronger, faster, has a larger attack range because of the length of his limbs, and high tolerance to physical damage. The best option for Polaroid is to snipe the parasite down, or take on Sawmus with a large unit’s assistance. Otherwise, Polaroid would be at a great disadvantage and would get seriously injured in the confrontation.
So far, we haven’t seen any mediccams being infected in the official series yet, probably because the parasite is unable to break through the frontline with the disinfection tech. But due to the fact that they have the simplest neck mechanism in the entire alliance, they would be extremely vulnerable to parasites. It would be something that only happens in Polaroid’s worst nightmare.

What would everyone do if Polaroid got infected by the parasite?
Also if you don't want to you don't have to answer.
If Polaroid ever gets infected, either Sawmus or the film industry will try their best to disinfect him without causing life-threatening harm.
[His actions were guided by pure bloodlust, as he intended to disassemble every single unit in sight. Even when his teammates try to restrain him, he would struggle fiercely to the point that he would dislocate his own joints.]
Sawmus would go for the least damaging solution first. But if the situation gets out of hand, he would even saw Polaroid’s legs off to immobilize him before taking the parasite out.
Foley would be the first one to confront Polaroid in order to minimize the amount of casualty. Even if Polaroid attacks him, he would take it and distract him from harming other units.
Styrofilm could easily disarm or restrain Polaroid if he gets infected, however he may not be fast enough to catch Polaroid if he decided to run away.
Gaffer would be the one to disinfect Polaroid when he gets distracted, TV faction’s signature teleportation ability would always come in handy during these kinds of situations. However, she would not be confronting Polaroid, because he would be too much even for her to handle when infected.
Also, everyone would return the favor to that parasite ten-fold.
Polaroid: [Dad, where are my legs?] Sawmus: [Don't mind it, you can always get new ones. At least you are safe from harm now.] Polaroid: [Also I feel like I got ran over by a bus...]
Gaffer: [That wasn't a bus, that was Styrofilm]

What does Sawmus do when he's not working? what are his free time activities?
As a combat medic and a rescue squad leader, Sawmus doesn’t get much leisure. He is constantly on the clock with his rescue missions on the battlefield, as well as medical treatment for the soldiers off the battlefield. The only times he’s free is when there are no emergent missions and he’s off shift. During these times, he would try to spend most of his time with Polaroid, like playing board games, pool, or simply teaching Polaroid engineering stuff. Once in a while, he would do some readings or practice his dance steps.
Polaroid usually takes over the games in pool or cards, but Sawmus is absolutely indomitable in board games and rubik’s cube competition, sometimes it even gets to the point that Polaroid questions his own intelligence.

Polaroid opens the present and the scent of fresh herbs and spices fill the air the moment the present is opened. It's a handmade leather and brass spice box! There's even a note from the human fastened to the inner roof of the box. "Hiya, Polaroid! I hope you are currently safe and had a great time these past few days, even if we couldn't meet up this past holiday season! I hope you like your present! I remembered a comment from one of your coworkers that you enjoy drinks and comforting teas while you work, so I decided to make you a spice box to give your drinks a little zest! Courtesy of Elise and Hypnos's farm out in the countryside, these spices are very fresh and were packaged with great care for your enjoyment months in advance! The top drawer even has packets of tea leaves from Elise's greenhouse (green, lavender, camomile, pumpkin spice, and even peppermint!) and the lower drawer comes with a small mortar and pestle and a spice grater! The showcase spices are hazelnuts (Your favorite!), star anise, nutmeg, cloves, crushed peppermint, ginger powder, pulverized mint, and ground cardamom! I hope you enjoy your drinks with a new spin on them and enjoy the seasoning to go with the festivities for all your soups and drinks! Cheers to your safety and to a new year!! ~ The Human - Infantry and Mimic Division"
