d-ne is a lesbian who lacks any sense of identity for herself and struggles to get close to anyone. she falls deeply in love with b-ko, who she deems to be perfect. when she finds out b-ko's "perfect" act is just a mask she puts on, she just falls for her even more. she doesn't care about anyone other than b-ko or what anyone but b-ko thinks of her. she puts b-ko on a pedestal and devalues herself, believing she could never be on b-ko's level. when the group finds the "bookmark of demise" and strange deaths begin occurring, b-ko gets scared and d-ne wants her to be scared so she can be the one to comfort her. d-ne then steals b-ko's first kiss! when the "demise game" starts, d-ne is given the monkey's paw which allows her to wish for anything, but at the cost of taking that thing away from someone else. she immediately starts making wishes that would allow her to "become more like b-ko". when she wishes to have eyes like b-ko's, a random girl who had earlier pointed out that her eyes match b-ko's gets in an accident where her eyes get taken away and magically transferred to d-ne, and d-ne just laughs and blushes over this. d-ne goes to visit b-ko, who won't open her door because she's so scared over the demise game, and when d-ne finally gets in, she hears b-ko calling out to a-ya (another character) for help. in a fit of delusion, d-ne decides the b-ko in front of her, who called a-ya's name, "isn't b-ko" and murders her, in the end, deciding to fully become and replace b-ko, believing she's "protecting b-ko" by doing this. then d-ne wishes for all her misfortune to disappear, which works, but since she's b-ko now, she dies at the hands of b-ko's doppelganger (the misfortune that b-ko had been dealing with during the demise game). honestly we need more girls like d-ne in the world

alright hear me out for this kaf x reader idea…

R is an ipc investigative journalist/reporter who was tasked to investigate the stellaron hunters and who eventually becomes the head of the biggest ipc propaganda campaign against the SH… R is making themself semi-insane trying to piece together the SH’s Big Plan and their ties to the finality, elio’s role in it and how his ability might work, what planet/group the SH will hit next, etc. since it’s a big ask they’re in on private and sensitive information that most people dont know about the SH, like how jade was aware that they were following the path of finality. R is the kind of person that thrives off solving puzzles, whose work usually gives them a rush whenever they find themself at a dead end, so they’re very analytical and loves to put themself inside their opponents heads in order to predict their next move.

ipc journalist who is so obsessed with putting together the SH puzzle that theyre not afraid to get their hands dirty and show up where they think the SH will pass by, and maybe their moral compass is not quite in the right place because they’re more concerned with solving something no one has solved before than the actual lives at stake… they understand the human mind and their propaganda tactics are working wonderfully so on top of the general public’s preconceived notion of the SH as criminals they get painted as a bigger threat than they actually are through posters, ads, social media platforms, etc in order for them to eventually be unable to hide in the shadows and be brought into the spotlight, right into R’s hands. and maybe theyre sooo focused on the big picture that they don’t care to keep their guard up because they dream of seeing the SH in person, after a year of studying them and their M.O. they ironically fall for some of their own propaganda, where the SH become this legendary and mysterious group that only works in the shadows which creates a lot of anticipation within R— where are they going next? what are they doing now? would they hit pier point again?— they’re masterminds, and in R’s head they become bigger than the human beings that they actually are.

R uses their (carefully fabricated) knowledge on the SH to rally worlds and organizations heavily influenced by the ipc against the SH so that they get tipped off whenever one is out and about and you know who loves to shop everywhere she goes… to walk around without a care for a disguise….. essentially, between kafka and R it’s an elaborate game of chess if the pawns were chasing each other. kaf purposely leaves behind little clues she knows R will be the only one who cares enough to pick up on and sometimes (lots of times) they’re simply red herrings to let them know they’re also being watched. kaf would find it so funny to fuck with them like the luofu quest was us chasing her while she left these clues around to distract us and she’d do the same to R purely for the love of the game. she’d give them something small to keep them hooked and then plant more red herrings and subliminal messages that mean nothing (if anything, they’re a testament that she thinks about them more than she probably should). she reads the morning paper with a big ass smile whenever she recognizes their work in the media. she takes note of all the lies they spread about her and the subtle hints they communicate to her through their campaign. she’s having the time of her life. she loves being chased and she loves being in control even more; R is good but not good enough to be an actual threat even if they do sometimes predict their next move, they’re working against destiny after all.

it goes on for months and after so long of this little game kaf personally sneaks up on them to confront them abt all those lies they’re spewing about her in the media and delights in the flurry of expressions that passes across R’s face at the sight of her— shock, confusion, interest, anticipation but interestingly enough, no fear. she’d corner them on their own turf, perhaps even pier point itself to really send the message that she can do whatever she wants. they stand there in shock while she takes a look around at all the plastered journals and handwritten notes, printed text messages and the likes on the office walls. half of it is meaningless but she does get a better understanding of what R knows and what they don’t, and they know more than she thought which is pretty impressive. what’s even more interesting is that R makes no move to report her, she can see the questions they long to ask and the excitement in their eyes and it’s ridiculously endearing because from afar they seem a lot tougher. still, underestimating their wits would be stupid, so she doesn’t.

she pulls off a piece of newspaper from the wall and tilts her head as she reads, an amused smile on her lips. “A high-end clothing store collapsed. What a shame.”

“Are you saying it wasn’t you?”

“I’m saying I love velvet coats.”

i think what would get her most excited is that R is a good judge of character and that they’re not easily fooled when lied to in person, and she can see that in the way they’re looking at her. despite their excitement now that they’re meeting face to face their guard is up and her words are quietly scrutinized (which she loves) but so is everything else about her. her mannerisms, her walk, the clothes she chose to wear that day, how she styled her hair, what attracts her eye first and for longer. their mind is quietly working and she preens at the attention. ughhh she gets off on being deeply ingrained into someone’s thoughts and R’s well and truly obsessed. there’s so much potential here am i crazy, tell me yall see it </3

Who is Beck:

Beck's romance might be good for someone interested in a will-they-won't-they sort of romance. It will bring up a lot of feelings for Beck that they don't know what to do with. How do you let yourself fall in love with someone when the sheer thought of being in love is terrifying? They want to be with MC...nearly as much as they're scared of it. All in all, they're one of the harder ROs to pin down...for better or for worse.
