The training grounds were suspciously empty but she wasn't going to complain. She had the place to herself and could do whichever training she wanted to do. She took her place infront of a dummy and started her usual boxing routine bouncing from toe to toe keeping herself light and airy. There was ease and rythm to each hit as the powder she had used on her hands plummed outward everytime her fist made contact. She shifted gears and started practicing her kicks going for the knees, groin, chest, face and repeating on the other side. Once she was ready to take a break she took a breath and stepped over to grab her waterbottle. "So you just gonna watch?"
