Einfache, aber leckere Nussmakronen Hier folgt das dritte Rezept für Weihnachtsplätzchen. Sie haben die beiden ersten Rezepte gestern sicherlich aufmerksam verfolgt. Vielleicht haben sie Sie animiert, die Plätzchen für die Adventszeit auch zu backen? Dieses Rezept für Nussmakronen ist sicherlich sehr bekannt und verbreitet. Es sind im Grunde nur gemahlene Nüsse mit Eischnee, dazu noch etwas…

(my partner is. very. passionate about baking. so christmas cookie season is a very serious happening) these are most of the different types/flavors we made this year (tbh only made three or four! I’m a supporting character in this venture lol).

idk the names or translations but I gave it a try -

from left to right: 1) cinnamon-chili-chocolate with selfmade orange marmalade 2) Pfeffernüsse - lemon glaze with pepper 3) Nusstaler - something with nuts (I think almond, hazelnut & walnut) 4) Vanillekipferl - vanilla...something 5) plain chocolate. but I love this little dude shaped cookie cutter 6) Marzipankekse - something something marzipan 7) another vanilla flavored cookie 8)  Nussmakronen - hazelnut and almond 9) these are just plain cookies with lots of sugar. I had an alpaca shaped cookie cutter in my advent calendar this year (NICE) 10) First try at Spritzgebäck (didnt spark joy). You have to press the dough through a thing (christ idk an baking vocab. you know the thing I mean), but it was A Challenge. but they taste really good, with white chocolate and pistachio. 11) rolled in white chocolate and coconut flakes with an almond center 12) something with nuts again 13)  orange-cardamom with chocolate (my favorite!!) 14) again, plain, with sprinkles put all over 15) Christ-Taler - candied orange- and lime peel, raisins soaked in rum 16) something chocolate-y 17) cinnamon stars - no flour in these at all lol, this is just powered sugar and nuts. BEST 18) lemon flavored and covered in powdered sugar

Not doughnuts, I know. But delicious Nussmakronen! I bribed him with new leather pants and a pretty belt, so Richard had to do something in return.
