Northern Venture Group's Services Under the terms of the Agreement, Northern Venture will provide a range of services. These services include research and sector reports, video creation, and digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, there is flexibility for continuation on a month-to-month basis after the initial period. This continuation is subject to either party giving one month's notice.
Termination of Previous Marketing Services Agreements
The company also disclosed the termination of its marketing services agreements with TD Media dba Lifewater Media and Outside the Box Capital. These terminations initially announced on April 3, 2023, and March 13, 2023, respectively, are effective immediately.
Ambitious Supply Chain Strategy
Graphite One's ambitious vision revolves around establishing a comprehensive U.S.-based supply chain for advanced graphite materials. Currently, the United States is heavily reliant on imports for all its natural graphite needs, but Graphite One intends to change that with its innovative approach. Anchored by Graphite Creek Resource Central to their plan is the Graphite Creek resource, which will serve as the foundation for the entire supply chain. The company plans to locate the manufacturing plant for advanced graphite material and battery anodes in Washington State as part of its proposed Graphite One Project. The facility's integration with the development of the Graphite Creek Property is also planned. A Circular Economy Strategy In a bid to further bolster sustainability and environmental responsibility, Graphite One's strategic blueprint includes the addition of a recycling facility. This facility will be designed to reclaim graphite and other battery materials, with plans to co-locate it at the Washington State site. By integrating recycling, the company aims to establish a circular economy strategy, reducing waste and ensuring a more sustainable approach to battery production.
