My Favourite Noodle Recipes

Recently I have two. They're going to be as short as I can possibly make them since mostly the instructions are up to interpretation and preference and the guidelines are there to be broken.

Cheesy Hot Geki Ramen (Veg)

I usually do this with the Hot Geki Ramen but it's worked with all noodles I've tried so I'd take the name as a description more than a rule. You could add all sorts of other things to this (vegetables, proteins, more spices, soy sauce, etc.)

Fill a pot with some water (250ml per noodle cake)

After it boils, add the noodles and boil until it's cooked (I keep snacking on the noodles as they're cooking to see when they're done.)

Add a spoon of water and a cheese slice in another dish (bowl if heating in microwave and pan/pot if heating on stove, you can take the water from the cooking noodles)

Heat it until melted and add the seasoning packet.

Drain the noodles and add it into the cheese sauce.

You're done!!! ฅ^>⩊<^ ฅ

Soupy Noodles

This is even simpler than the last one, since it's mostly packet instructions.

Take any instant noodles (my preference is Top Ramen)

Boil as much water as you're willing to drink as soup, and a little more. (like 250-300ml)

Wait for it to boil and add the noodle cake.

I add a spoon of Schezwan sauce and soy sauce to the water for spice but this is not necessary.

Wait until cooked.

Add vegetables directly to the water if you want (I recommend mushrooms and carrots) (peas in noodles should be illegal).
