Understanding the “Law of the LID”

One’s leadership ability is determined by his or her level of effectiveness. The lower an individual’s ability to lead, the lower the lid is. Therefore, the greater the desire to influence through leadership, the greater the effectiveness and ability to increase growth and direction.

The takeaway here isn’t that you have a “lid.” Rather it’s to challenge yourself in determining what steps you’re going to take towards lifting that limiting and restrictive lid? It's critically important to understand you cannot lift the lid on your own, using the same mindset, which created your current situation.
