Last Line Tag
Thank you for the tag @gracehosborn
In all honesty, I haven't written much on The Legend of Bolyra, The Legend of Huisong, or any of my short story collections in a while. I've been busy with art things, recovering from burn out, and other things that affected me last year. 😅
But the last line I wrote in what is dubbed Sparktember Document was:
Before Mirtil could utter a word Enhis started wailing on him with a combination of Frost Magic and fists.
Maybe this along with the comic I'm revamping, it'll get me back to my stories.
Tagging: @kiraofthewind @amarajlynn and @author-audrey-simmons but anyone can play along!
Last Line Tag
Thanks to @rachaellawrites for the tag!
I haven’t actually written anything substantial for The American Icarus: Volume I as I’ve been busy fleshing out outlines and doing research for later in the series, but here’s the last line I wrote:
“Found rope!”
That’s not all exciting but maybe this’ll motivate me to go write 😂
Tagging @kaylinalexanderbooks @my-deer-friend @nightfoxproductions726 and @sunset-a-story however anyone can play along!

Art WIP
Even though these are prototypes at the moment. Currently revamping a Slice of Life comic that fleshes out more of my Legend of Bolyra story and the Kaeyama itself.
And I kind of, sort of abandoned this comic due to burn out and other things at some point last year. 😅
BUT this year I want to do better with it as I did see an art style and art improvement while fussing with these characters. Also, this might be the kick in the pants I need to return to my writing. As that's been put on hold for way too long.

Find the Word!
Tagged by: @gracehosborn
My words: observe, hitherto, destruction, death, and throughout.
Your words: moon, scar, kiss, laugh/laughter, and love
Tagging: @authorandreamariejohnson and @audasaurus-rex-creates but anyone can join in.
Now onto the excerpts:
From The Legend of Bolyra: Observe
“According to Nym, he noticed you took a journal and an emerald green crystal looking orb. What was that all about?” Thornton Sr mused as he attempted to get his mind off his idiot son. While stroking his chin, questions flowed.
“Heh, despite him getting into it with Thornton Jr. He still managed to observe what I was doing. Anyway, I came across the Forest Core.” Aerilaya said as Thornton Sr let out a groan.
N/A: hitherto
From The Legend of Bolyra: Destruction and Death (this is probably cheating, but this is how the prompt went. 😅)
“My sisters were actively looking for my children and I when we were taken after the destruction of our childhood home, the death of our Ren and Mothers, along with the death of my husband. I should say my sister, Asami, was doing most of the work since she has the ability to command the God of Death’s Messenger Butterflies.” Kimiko said with a hint of sadness in her voice. He could tell she was going to break at any moment.
From The Legend of Huisong - Throughout
How could she? Their dearest friend had just admitted to working for one of the worst criminals in the land, who was second to the Emperor and Empress. Sairi let out a sigh as her mind screamed at her to get back home, but what was the point? Lord Amida was going to be upset with her. His minions were going to do whatever to her throughout the day for not showing up on time.
This was a fun little prompt. Thank you for the tag.

Night
She spotted her father before he saw her. Wang Kun had driven his old car—the one that had his contracting company’s outdated logo on the side, just as glaringly red as she remembered. He got out of the car to help her put her things in the back. In turn, she slid into the stuffy cabin whose worn leather seats had long since absorbed the smell of old cigarettes and felt as if she was in high school again. Most of the time, she would study late into the night in the library and her dad would swing by to pick her up on his way home from work, handing her a lollipop or a stick of gum that her mother would never know about. In the same vein, Wang Kun would smoke in the car and blow puffs of white out the open window.
Fright
N/A :(
Sight
She opened her mouth to say something, anything to break the silence, but a familiar clacking noise got there first. The door to the garage slammed open, revealing Yaling with two overflowing grocery bags in her hands. She stopped short when she caught sight of what was happening in her kitchen: her daughter and the man she hoped to be her daughter’s suitor standing on opposite sides of the table. Mason was as close to tears as he had ever been, and Ruby was lost at sea. It was probably the last thing on Earth her mother wanted to see.
“Oh,” was what came out of Yaling’s mouth. Then: “Huo guo tonight?”
Light
“Ruqing-ah!” Yaling bellowed over the cacophony of freeway traffic. Even if Ruby was expecting it, she still jumped at the sound of her Mandarin name. Her originally light headache suddenly drove its elbow into her skull at the frenetic string of tones and syllables that followed. “Meimei just told me that you lost your job again. What did you do this time! Did you remember to compliment your manager every day like I told you! And bring them food; people love food! Did you remember?”
A pause, followed by a colorful Mandarin curse at what was most likely a BMW not using its blinker.
Bite
“I’m saving your career,” Ruby retorted. “You’re going to drop those and dent them, and then your clientele will never buy from you again.”
“See that, you do care!”
“Shut up.”
As Adi went back to rifling through the box, though, Ruby stared at a mosquito bite on his back and thought she might have made a mistake. While he still had some odd ideas, Adi Prinslow certainly didn’t seem very vacant at all.
Flood

Answers
It had turned him on his head. She’d seen the look on his face, probably assuming that it was some trivial response to the argument, but it wasn’t just that. It was an upending of everything he knew to be true, which was really only one thing: that Ruby Wang had the answers. She was the only person who had ever really known him, and the one person he thought might be able to fix all of…this.
Nothing
With that ring on his finger, he would have married the most beautiful, kind, gentle woman he’d ever met. The thought should have made him happy. After all, he’d never regretted being with her, even now. Sometimes, when he was alone, he reminisced over their cozy before-work mornings, her in her satin white pajamas, swirling hot cocoa with a peppermint stick while he scrambled his eggs with salsa. They chatted about anything and everything—work, shows, some article one of them had stumbled on the night before. Mason wanted nothing but happiness for her until the end of his days.
Pass
“Well, maybe I didn’t roll, but I did have to walk. And then I had to carry you all the way back up because you said you were too scraped up to use your feet.”
“I was.”
“I know, I know.” He laughed. “You told me.”
“At any rate, it wouldn’t have happened if those idiots hadn’t dared me to do it. I was already fully prepared to go home. I had my bus pass ready. But then Michael Ferrara of all people had to say that my legs were too fucking short to run up those stairs in 10 minutes.”
“He never said you had to kill yourself trying. You hate exercise.”
“I hate being doubted,” Ruby snapped.

An introduction:
Hello, good day. This introduction of me (not my story's world) is something I should have done when I first made this account, but completely spaced and wanted to do a worldbuilding intro over this. Anyway, no time like the present.
My name is Elyse or if you want, you can refer to me as Night Fox or Fox. Whatever is the easiest to remember or you are comfortable with. Pronouns are She/They.
I'm just your local Bi, Nonbinary, Disabled Adult Fantasy Writer and Art Doodler.
My current writing projects. My main projects are a loosely connected series. Set in the same world known as the Kaeyama, but has different MCs and Countries in each book. The side stories/spin offs are usually set in the same country as their main counterpart, but as I'm going to explain there's an exception to this rule:
The Legend of Bolyra - This story follows a Magic/Physical Disabled, Bi, Polyamorous Snow Elf Thief, who's a Princess in hiding, named Aerilaya Lithrina (later Likuri - a combination last name of her husband and her wife's). Who stumbles upon a sacred orb belonging to the LifeBlood Tree and a journal from a High Priestess who served Two Twin Goddesses during an investigation to make sure a local greedy noble isn't hoarding extra wealth at a seemingly abandoned temple at the edge of town.
The Legend of Huisong - Follows 3 misfits, who try to find their place in the world, while dealing with one another's dark and potentially dangerous secrets. A Runosu (a humanlike being with Iridescent Glowing Skin, Light Purple Eyed, and Natural Multicolored hair) named Sairi, a Kayosei (a humanoid butterfly person known for having beautiful purple wings) named Murasaki, and a nonbinary, trans Kitsune named Hiraku.
The Legend of Iecruinia - Follows 4 dragonborns who end up on a quest to find their kidnapped parents and the sacred crystals their parents were guarding. Before the floating islands of their lands come crashing down and watch their country being thrown into destructive chaos.
Side stories:
A Winter's Dance (tentative title), a novella that follows three human nobles who live in the oppressive monarchy dictatorship country known as Helina. Thornton Sr, his wheelchair bound cousin with Time Magic Luciana Nightwork, and Fire User Nym Andronicus. This story is a play on Romeo and Juliet (but none of the three MCs dies. Yes, yes, you can boo me and throw your tomatoes. 🤭) This is a prequel back story to these three characters, how they wound up in Bolyra, and started a Thieves' Guild. This also gives insight to the Slave Trade and how people - regardless of status feel about it (I do a lot of characters who are in high positions of power and reject their status at one point or another.)
Short Story Collection 1 and 2 - These collections take place about 100 to 200 years after the main events of TLoB (haven't finished this, but the muse wants semi cozy stories at the moment and wants me to build up some characters that makes appearances in TLoB.)
Art Projects:
I'm currently working on some printable bookmarks and digital (which can be printed too) stickers for my Ko-fi Shop. Also, for funsies and to improve my art skills is doing fan art of video game characters for both Ko-fi and Patreon.
Anyway, that's enough about me. I hope you enjoy my content, if you have any questions about my stories, my art, my Ko-fi or Patreon, please feel free to ask, and I hope to see you all soon.
Sharing my Ko-fi and Patreon links for anyone interested.

I said on another social media website that I suck at drawing people and people-like beings.
Currently doing a redraw/update of my current pfp and I'm 🎶eating my words, eating my words, eating my woooords🎶
But in seriousness, outside of the issues that I am seeing/that'll be fixed when I update this in the morning. This really shows how far I've come since drawing my original pfp.

He's the husband of Aerilaya and Kimiko. His goals are the same as his wives - putting a stop to the Slave Trade and Droinyon and Ilythyrra. He knows of Fayaris and his antics, but he's more interested in putting a stop to Droinyon and Ilythyrra. As he and Aerilaya know he's nothing more than a pawn. They know he's irredeemable due to his actions and behaviors, but in the same breath they know he's being used and abused.
Kimiko Likuri (nee Rijio): Kimiko is a Bi, Polyam, 202 Zephyr Kitsune Woman who is introduced as an indentured servant/seamstress who's trying to reunite with her missing children after they were taken during an attack on her home in Huisong. She helps Aerilaya and Alosrin take down the Slave Trade.
Exiled Prince Fayaris Lithrina: Fayaris is a 107 Snow Elf Prince who is mentally ill. He's used and abused by Droinyon and Ilythyrra (his Great-Great Grandparents). He was brainwashed by them into thinking his family hates him due to being mentally ill. He's also aroace.
Droinyon and Ilythyrra Nerivaris: Droinyon and Ilythyrra are a Moon Elf couple, King Biryor's Great Grandparents, and Fayaris and Aerilaya's Great-Great Grandparents. Ages unknown. These two where granted immortality by two Ancient Corrupted Goddesses who's magic can still be felt even from their Tree Prison. This was intervened by Morrigan the Goddess of Death and Ophine the Goddess of Life and Fertility, but they could only partially stop it as the magic they were dealing with was far stronger than theirs.
Aerilaya Traith (nee Nerivaris) and Jiuyni Traith: Aerilaya Traith is a Moon Elf Woman who was a know warrior and hero of her time along with her Drow husband, Jiuyni Traith, and Vernmer friend/fellow Healer Warrior, Anureneth Lunarsage. She and her husband, along with their daughter and their son-in-law where murdered by her parents, Droinyon and Ilythyrra. While the Aerilaya and Jiuyni are dead, they do make appearances through storytelling, and in Soul form to assist the MCs.
King Biryor and Queen Merialeth (nee Rocan): King Biryor and Queen Merialeth are a Snow Elf couple, who currently rule over the Snow Elves' Clan. They are Fayaris and Aerilaya's parents and bio grandparents to Nura, Kede and Niraneris.
Nura Likuri (originally Lithrina): Nura is a 10 year old blind Zeniron Snow Elf. She's Aerilaya's daughter.
Kede and Niraneris Likuri: Kede and Niraneris are Alosrin and Aerilaya's twins.
Author's notes on last names: The norm on the Kaeyama is for newlyweds to do a combination of the first initials of their last names. But there are some exceptions to this rule. There are some who take their spouses last name. These reasons can vary, but for many it is to shed their past and move on from said old life (e.g. Aerilaya Nerivaris and Merialeth Rocan.)
Where else to find me:

Delphitida and other worldbuilding lore
Some Worldbuilding lore - This was brought to you by a prompt post that simply asked 'what is the prettiest town in your WIP?' And I decided to make an in-depth post on it. 😂
In TLoB, there's a city known as Delphitida. It is Zeniron settlement and is referred to as the City of Light or by some the City of Gold and Jewels as buildings and the roads are made of gold and gems.
The Zenirons don't use money like other races. They don't like it and have this belief it'll corrupt them. So, due to people (not listening) giving them gold and gems and couldn't give it away to their Dragon allies (they closed off their borders after one too many attacks and the Slave Trade running rampant at the time). They decided to use it as building material.
Yes, using gold and gems as building material doesn't make sense, but for this race they had to do something with it. As they had a lot leftover even after giving it away to countries in need*.
*While there are organizations such as the Healers Association and the "Churches**" of Dinir the God of Light, Terinea the Goddess of Wellbeing, and Ophine the Goddess of Life. They don't accept money either. These places run on donations for food, blankets, beds, etc.
**Church is a strong word as they aren't real Churches. They behave more like Safe Houses and Orphanages. They also have programs that help the Disabled. So, while they do have these Deities on the name of these places, they aren't a place of worship.

Old Art vs New Art Comparison - April 2021 vs November 2022
Tumblr media
This picture here is an old Kaeyama Emblem that I drew on my phone (which was a miracle all on it's own. Knowing how my hands operate with its lack of strength and known for going AWOL if I overdo it on certain things. Especially when griping things) in late April of last year.
Tumblr media
While far from perfect (because still in the sketching phase), but here's something that I'm working on. For me, I can see where things have gotten better over the last year and where things need to be improved upon. And in joking this proves to me that I'm better at drawing animals than say people. Still working on that.

And It Turned Out Fayaris Was Neurodivergent This Entire Time... (This also nerfs something I wrote the other day on this character)
Ok, on Twitter I recently answered a WritingQ if we had any neurodivergent characters.
One character I knew of which is Kailu. He has ADHD. This is something I've always known since the beginning.
Now, with Fayaris, he's a "villain/antagonist" character. He hasn't really had much screen time as other characters. And when he does get his moments, they are mostly to be a pain in the ass to the MCs.
But after answering this WritingQ, it has gotten me to think about the times this character when he's been alone with his thoughts (and this is making me want to revisit a chapter that was just with him and him only.)
The thing that I've noticed after writing out my answer to this question:
He's extremely skilled in weapons, poisons, planning, and tactics
He struggles with his emotions. Now, that I'm thinking about it, he's the real him when around certain people (e.g. Alosrin.) But will mask a majority of time (just like Kailu, but there are different factors involved with this character and will be discussed another day.)
Fayaris is known to be impulsive (especially if his emotions has been bottled for too long.)
He's known to struggle with orders, especially if they are to harm people he cares about.
This guy was manipulated at a young age*. *I know this doesn't mean anything because any child can be manipulated regardless of being neurodivergent or neurotypical. But with this character because of this, it made the real villains, Droinyon and Ilythyrra job easier mold him to do their bidding. Or so they think (hey, he does wise up after a point, but it takes a while and this still doesn't excuse his behavior. Even he admits that.)
Which makes me hate Droinyon and Ilythyrra even more. They are known across the Kaeyama for their abusive and manipulative behaviors. These characters have no regard for anyone or anything that isn't wrapped in their plans or each other. After realizing all of this - I am going to enjoy their deaths even more when I jump that hurdle.
And as for the mental health bit I've mentioned. I'm sure he suffers from something along those lines too. But needs to be explored more. Which will be soon!

The Lost Civilizations and Races of the Kaeyama and the Planet Tamesis - Part 1
The Planet Kaeyama’s Lost Civilizations and Races - Part 1
Tumblr media
The Dwarves of the Nundorth Forest (called the Shaenathaes’ Forest in the present timeline): These Dwarves were once known for their carpentry skills and helped build the neighboring human/dwarf town once known as Faenkadi (now called Stoneguard - a human settlement with various different races living among them.) When the Twin Goddesses Aletha and Nephele became corrupted they mysteriously vanished. While there are Dwarves still around no one knows for sure if they are descendants of these dwarves.
Tumblr media
The Desert Orcs, The Desert Dwellers, and The Nirumon Shifters of the West of Bolyra and the Grim Desert:
The Desert Orcs were the original dwellers of the West, especially in Taedmorden, Fayacre, and Brinestall. They were known for their ruthlessness towards other humanoid races, humans specifically were hated the most whenever they entered their territories without expressed permission by the leaders of the tribes.
Some Archaeologists have come across Elven weapons, clothing, and instruments in glass cases, which have led some to assume they did get along with one or more of the ancient Elven clans of either Helina or Bolyra. Historians have questioned for centuries as to where they came from and where this specific race of Orcs went. Some speculate they migrated to Uthal or the one of the deserts of Namaru due to both countries having the similar environment after an unknown plague swept through their strongholds. But no one, not even the natives of those countries have been able to confirm or deny these claims. Others, who believe they were on good terms with either the Moon Elves, Drow, or Vernmer, were betrayed by one of them, became enslaved, and were used in their armies.
Desert Dwellers, a strange humanoid-like race with squid-like faces and tentacle arms, and a small group of Humans used to live side by side in the harsh desert environment. The Dwellers, who weren’t in relationships, lived more on the outskirts of these towns with the Nirumon Shifters, who were Giant Elemental Horned Lizard people. The Desert Dwellers used to worship at Nephayh’s Temple, the Goddess of the Desert’s home. The Nirumon Shifters and Desert Dwellers when they were still around used to hold Rites of Passage and strictly for Nirumon Shifter males, held contests for a maiden’s hand if two where after the same one in a tower known as the BloodStream Tower.
Tumblr media
The Planet Tamesis:
Tamesis was once the home of Water God Cyresis and his people, the Lunar Oceanids and several other aquatic beings, but after an invader species called the Cirein-cròin, a destructive silverfish like being that can grow into monstrous portions as it feds on people and wildlife, came and tainted the pure waters, which forced them to flee to the neighboring planet, the Kaeyama. Not much is known to what happened to the other aquatic races of Tamesis after the death of the planet, but Cyresis, despite being one race’s God hoped they managed to get off their dying home before it was destroyed.

The Gods and Goddesses of the Kaeyama
The Gods and Goddesses of the Kaeyama
This list is about the major deities that are currently known in Bolyra and parts of the Kaeyama. There will be a part two to this over time. Also, there are Demigods and Demigoddesses as well as Lesser Gods and Goddesses known as Guardians. These deities will get their own special blog post in the future.
Corrus: Corrus is the void God of the galaxy, the creator of the planets, and the starting deities of those worlds. He’s also known to destroy planets when he sees fit. Or he’ll destroy a planet, if a deity or the mortals of said world has done something to upset him. While he’s somewhat known to the planets, he’s not known to have worshipers by any of the mortal races.
Twin Goddesses, Aletha and Nephele of the Kaeyama: While Corrus is known to create planets, he doesn’t breathe life into said worlds. This is where his daughters, Aletha and Nephele, come into play. They are the ones who created the Kaeyama Cores, the Nundorth Forest, and the LifeBlood Tree. These two are currently sealed away in the highest Punishment Realms due to becoming corrupted and nearly destroying the Kaeyama with their wars.
Tovldir the God of the Night and Dreams: Tovldir, his brother Dinir the God of Light, and his wife, Oelia Goddess of the Twin Suns where the first deities of the newly formed planet to emerge from the soil of the Nundorth Forest near the base of the LifeBlood Tree. Tovldir is known for being the creator of the stars, raising the Twin Moons, and creating some laws for the mortals. He and Oelia besides a few select Gods and Goddesses are the only ones known across the Kaeyama and worshiped.
Oelia the Goddess of the Twin Suns: Oelia is the second known deity outside of a few select Gods and Goddesses known across the Kaeyama. She’s the one that raises the Twin Suns and collaborates laws with Anise the Goddess of Lands.
Dinir the God of Light: Dinir the God of Light is known for bestowing nonhuman races with the Light Magic ability and creating the Zenirons with Terinea's help through some special clay she had created, a race that is known specifically for wielding Light and Healing Magic. He’s also the one that created the Light Magic system in which it doesn’t affect a user unless they use Light Magic for Healing or their body has lost the ability to use magic (e.g. cursed).
Anise the Goddess of Lands: Anise the Goddess of Lands is known for keeping an eye on the wellbeing of plants, nature, and fertility of the grounds. Her spirit animals, Silvercrest the Barn Owl and Selene the Snowy Owl, assist her in ensuring the lands are safe. She’s also the one that breathed life into the countries.
Maaos the God of Time and Magic: Maaos is the master over time and magic. He has control over time and issues out who can use magic or not. This God is part of the reason why only 8% of the human population can actually use magic.
Auna the Goddess of Waters: Auna the Goddess of Waters and her Dragonfly Nymphs along with the Lunar Oceanids and their God, Cyresis, are known for keeping the waters pure to ensure plant growth, clean drinking, and bath water. As a way to keep waste down, Cyresis and some of his Lunar Oceanids, have agreed to dealing with the waste within the waters.
Akbris the God of Truth and Knowledge: Akbris the God of Truth and Knowledge is the one who bestowed the mortals with knowledge and to be truthful towards others. Since he’s been sealed away by Demon Lords, the people have forgotten about him, and his teachings.
Ophine the Goddess of Fertility: Ophine the Goddess Fertility is the one who’s in charge of ensuring safe births with her Midwife Healers and also watches over the Churches and Sanctuaries that are in her name. She’s known as the Mother Goddess to orphan children, who pray to her to ensure they get loving homes.
Levtar the God of Justice: Levtar the God of Justice is known for being judge, jury, and executioner when it comes towards crimes against humanity. He as well as Tovldir are known to give special people premonition dreams, but this is only utilized if it affects that person or the country.
Terinea the Goddess of Wellbeing: Terinea is known for assisting those who cannot be helped by her Healers. Which ranges from severe injuries, unknown diseases, and helps those with mental illness. Now, when it comes to the mental illness portion, she’ll alleviate symptoms and act as a therapist.
Zinas the God of Flames, Blacksmith, and Hearth: Zinas is a God who has control over flames and protects people in Blacksmithing. He’s also known for hospitality and hearths in ensuring they never harm mortals.
Umbra the Goddess of Shadows: Umbra is known for bestowing the Shadow Elves with their abilities when Maaos could not. She’s also the daughter of the late Krolenta and has her right wing Shadow Phoenix, Nite, at her ‘command’ and the wife of Umbra the Goddess of Death.
Laeyr the God of War and Battle: This God is known for watching over those during times of wars and battles. He either assists them in fights, take those who have perished off to the side to let Morrigan and her crows deal with them, and gives advice on how one can proceed against an enemy.
Morrigan the Goddess of Death: Morrigan the Goddess of Death and her crows are known across Bolyra for collecting souls. Or in rare cases bodies and souls of the deceased, if they don’t have loved ones to perform death rites. She’s also the wife of Umbra the Goddess of Shadows.
Other Worshipped Deities:
Cyresis the Lunar Oceanids' God: Cyresis and his people, the Lunar Oceanids originally lived on a water planet called Tamesis, but after an invader species called the Cirein-cròin, a destructive silverfish like being that can grow into monstrous portions as it feds on people and wildlife, came and tainted the pure waters, which forced them to flee. While attempting to find a new home, Auna the Goddess of Waters of the Kaeyama, offered them a home at the Eternal Abyss, the Rosecier’s River, and the other various water locked areas. They agreed as they promised to assist her in keeping the world’s waters pure as a deal.
Nephayh the Goddess of the Desert: Nephayh resides in the Grim Desert at a Temple on the outskirts of Taedmorden and used to be worshipped by a group of tentacle-faced people called the Desert Dwellers. But after their corruption at the hands of those of illegal brainwashing magic, she just roams the halls of her temple to keep intruders away who attempt to bring back the Twin Goddesses. Since her temple is a portal to the highest Punishment Realms.
Ra’sa the Tigris’ Goddess: Ra’sa is known to outsiders as the Goddess of Revenge as she punishes those who do terrible things to the Tigris. She’s also known to bestow spells that are considered illegal across the Kaeyama. But to the Tigris, she’s called Their Protector or Mother to some.
Anurnel the Divine Spirit of Love, a Forest Elves’ deity: Anurnel is a Divine Spirit who goes by they/them pronouns and keeps an eye on the growth of the Shaenathaes Forest along with Anise and her Spirit Animals. They are also worshiped by the Forest Elves for happy loved ones, crop growth, and family.
Deities who have passed, but still remembered and worshiped:
Krolenta the Goddess of Shadows and Death: Krolenta is a Goddess who hails from Helina and was highly respected as well as worshiped in her time. She’s also the mother of Umbra and Firn, who is a Shadow/Ice God. Krolenta is still worshiped by small groups in Helina and is still widely worshiped in Namaru. Krolenta died along with her Shadow Phoenix Army, except for Nite, while trying to stop Aletha and Nephele’s fighting.

The Healers’ Association, Healers’ Guild, and Ophine’s Sanctuaries
The Healers’ Association:
The Healers’ Association was originally a collaboration between Anise the Goddess of Lands, Ophine the Goddess of Fertility, Terinea the Goddess of Wellbeing, Auna the Goddess of Waters, Dinir the God of Light, and Morrigan the Goddess of Death. This group was created during the Twin Goddesses, Aletha, and Nephele, wars as innocent lives were being lost at a rapid rate and putting stress on the Afterlife and Resurrection Realms as well as Morrigan and the other Death Deities of the time.
During this time the original healers of the old world were the Priests or Priestesses of Anise, Ophine, Terinea, Auna, and Dinir. Over time as they trained others who had enhanced Light Abilities, the Healers’ Association flourished across Bolyra and to the rest of the countries who were in need.
In modern times, the Healers’ Association doesn’t train people anymore since the Healers’ Guild was founded. But the function is still the same as it was in old times - keep an eye on those in need during disasters and the like.
The Healers’ Guild:
The Healers’ Guild was founded by five demigoddesses:
Aonani, a Zeniron Demigoddess, Dinir the God of Light’s daughter
Persephone, a Lands Demigoddess, Anise the Goddess of Lands’ daughter
Renata, a Fertility Demigoddess, Ophine the Goddess of Fertility’s daughter
Ninurta, a Wellbeing Demigoddess, Terinea the Goddess of Wellbeing’s daughter
Zarya, a Water Demigoddess, Auna the Goddess of Water’s daughter
These Demigoddesses created the Healers’ Guild to ease pressure off the Association and the Gods and Goddesses as both were stretched thin at the time from the fighting. After the Twin Goddesses were sealed, the Association turned their focus on assisting the various countries and monitored potential problems/threats to life. The Healers’ Guild has two functions - healing and training those who want to become Healers, Head Healers, or Grand Healers.
There are 6th Healer Crosses/Branches. Each Branch specializes in certain areas. The 5th and 6th Branches are exclusive to one race and the other is currently defunct until towards the end of The Legend of Bolyra and is revived.
Green Crosses Represents - Animal Healers and Anise the Goddess of Lands
Pink Crosses Represents - Midwife Healers and Ophine the Goddess of Fertility
Purple Crosses Represents - Healers (human/humanoid doctors) and Terinea the Goddess of Wellbeing
Dark Blue Crosses Represents - Aquatic Healers and Auna the Goddess of Waters
Gold Crosses Represents - Zeniron Healers and Dinir the God of Light
Turquoise Crosses Represents - Mental Health Healers aka Therapists and Terinea the Goddess of Wellbeing. This branch was around from the time of the Healers’ Guild inception, but over time as more and more severe cases became apparent; Terinea took over and causing this branch to quietly be forgotten until recent events.
There are also spirit animals and flowers who correspond with these branches as well.
Animal Healers - The Barn and Snowy Owls
Midwife Healers - The Lily Stargazer
Healers (human/humanoid Healers) and Mental Health Healers - The Butterfly
Aquatic Healers - The Water Lily
These animals and flowers are usually in the center of the cross to show 'proof' that they are official Healers, Head Healers, and Grand Healers. Healers who do not have these emblems signal that they are in training.
Ophine’s Sanctuaries
While the Goddess of Fertility’s Churches and Sanctuaries are separate from the Healers’ Association, they are run by the Association, and function as a place for those in need. These places are for those struggling to find work and act as adoption/safe havens for abandoned children or children who cannot be looked after or cared for. The second option of this statement rarely occurs unless someone is in dire straits or there is a safety concern regarding the child, which usually ends up being a safety concern for either the father or mother and child. Even then these places do what they can to keep families together.
