This is a really unlikely situation because 1.)Axe doesn't really let you leave the house too much after the initial kidnapping unless you're fully "trained" and 2.) I mean come the fuck on who would see this Goliath by your side holding your hand and willingly approach and start flirting with you.

Well some dumbass actually decided to try their luck today when you and Axe were out grocery shopping for the house.

Axe had left you alone to walk further down the isle and not even a few seconds later this dude comes up and starts flirting with you.

Axe doesn't notice at first until he turns around and notices the dude standing awfully close to you. He narrows his good socket and stalks over picking up on the words the dudes saying only fueling his rage as the person shamelessly flirts with a very clearly uncomfortable you who's telling him you're already "happily"taken (literally). He stays silent as he's stands behind the person and looks over their shoulder at you. You sort of pale and go silent tensing up and the person notices and follows your gaze slowly turning around. Jumps and lets out a holy shit at the sight of the massive skeleton behind them. Axe's grin grows manic wide and his eyelight is the tiniest you ever seen it while vibrating in his socket. He tilts his head and simply watches the person taking in their scent and appearance.

The person is quick to abscond and Axe watches them go noting what direction they flee in. He pulls you closer and lets out a deep rumbling growl as his phalanges sink into your skin harsh enough to hurt.

You calm him down with soft words and reassurances and he huffs before dropping whatever he had to retrieve in the cart and dragging you and the cart to the checkout. He can still smell the dude almost like a trail of his scent which makes it easier on him to do what he needs to.

It was a mistake letting you out you're to perfect for this world of course someone would see that and want to get in on the action.

He growls as he imagines all the lewd things the person might've been thinking about you in the moment.

You guys pay and he sends you on ahead of him on the walk home with the groceries. You hesitate having an idea of what he plans on doing and shoot him a pleading look and all he does is pet your head and gently push you in the direction of home. He's trained you well enough at this point you know he'll just hunt you down again if you try to escape plus Willow is expecting you by this point and will alert Axe of your absence if you're not home in a certain amount of time.

You start walking and Axe heads off on his mission following the disgusting scent he had latched onto earlier.

He follows it to a little shop and hides in an alley next to it waiting. He stalks the person for a good bit and as big as he is he's pretty good at it from all the experience of hunting people underground.

Eventually he follows the person to a bar and he hesitates on going inside not wanting to deal with the crowded small space so he leans against an alley wall with his eyelight trained on the front door waiting for the person to leave.

He stands out there for hours waiting for the person to be finished and it's late in the night when he watches them stumble out of the bar.

They're talking to someone and he waits patiently as they yap and then go their separate ways.

He lets the person stumble away a bit before he leaves the alley and starts walking behind them at a decent pace.

Eventually they make it to a desolate street and Axe strikes rushing forward and grabbing the person before bringing them into an alley way. His grin grows and his eyelight shakes as it contracts.

The person is obviously struggling but isn't doing too hot at it in their intoxicated state as they slur their words and shout at Axe to let them go.

He does and they fall to the ground with a groan as Axe stands over them menacingly only gazing at them with his shrunken eyelight. His hands clenches and unclenches by his side and the thought filters through his mind that he wishes he had his axe.

How dare this person threaten the peace of his family, to come along and try and steal away the piece that makes him whole. They have no right and Axe will make sure they never get another chance.

He growls lowly not even knowing he's doing it as he steps forward and the person shouts for help.

He quickly grabs them again this time by the neck and squeezes as he lifts them off the ground.

The person's shouts turn into wheezing and then silence as their throat is constricted by Axes grip.

He smiles manically as his grip continues to tighten and the person flails their legs trying to kick him and beats on his ulna and radius bones.

Over time their movement starts to become sluggish and their attempts at fighting back against the monster choking them out more and more pathetic as Axe just watches them lose consciousness.

He doesn't let go even as they go limp continuing to squeeze until the body soils itself by emptying it's bladder and bowels letting him know they're dead.

He drops the body and watches it fall to the floor limp and sprawled out in an awkward angle. He doesn't bother cleaning up and instead simply stares at the body for awhile as he pulls on his dead socket.

He tells himself he had to and that the person was a threat to his family and continues to repeatedly tell himself that as he walks home. Once home he checks on his brother and you immediately, the two of you both working on dinner.

He walks over and nuzzles his skull into the top of your head taking in your scent which calms him. He stays behind you arms wrapped around your waist as you cook with his brother content to simply bask in the presence of his loved ones.

The brain worm is back with more demigod dbd au (part one for anyone interested). To sum it up, I have a desire for the boys to be born in their respective eras and for them to stay alive to meet the girls.

What I have so far is a cursed Edwin stuck in the fields of punishment - alive but unable to die. Or something similar - he is essentially blessed like the hunters. But without the sickness immunity.

If the blow is killing, the poison deadly - he will die. But the thing is, the butchered spell has a lot of gaps in itself (Simon really didn't do his reading. No worries, he will catch up :)) and the fields of punishment exist to torment the people in it for all eternity - something this boy lacks. The fields fill in the cracks in the spell, and now: Edwin dies and gets reborn. The torment continues by design.

The Hell Years, baby.

(I re-read the PJ and Hades' Sword - fun stuff very PG-13. The descriptions of the tortures are so awful, they are unspeakable. Since I didn't have the time to do more thorough research into the actual mythology - I shall make them incomprehensible as well. (Ineffible even.))

The fields are.. well, fields but also separated by hills. Everything is covered in ash and sounds of terror echo all through them. They are in segments - and Edwin will have to run the gauntlet to find his way out.

The fury-like monster that took him doesn't keep him - it's in question if the main furies - the trio of sisters - are aware of Edwin's presence there but after the first time he dies his soul gets chained to the fields as a whole and all Erinyes view him as a convict.

Edwin gets a restart point, but also an invisible leash that connects him to it. The point changes to the sector of his latest "owner". (All monsters under Hades' employment that work there have a fair shot of winning prisoners if they gamble well enough. Edwin of course joins the roster.)

It's torture time from here, and since my imagination is flagging something mighty, I will go back to why he can't escape easily.

His stasis curse fused with the fields, marking him as a resident, and until one of the original casters releases him from it, the fields themselves would try to hinder his escape. The "prison" guards are excluded in the sense they are not compelled by the fields, they just felt like it (and is technically their job).

On some of his many attempts, he meets people from myths with individual punishments and groups of people lumped together. The worse you were the more detailed your punishment will be. Sysiphus is particularly chatty as long as Edwin comes to push his rock uphill. Melinoë as the goddess of ghosts and terror, guarding one of the more semi-permanent unsanctioned exits, makes more than a few cameos in his struggles.

A fun canon thing is that punishments suck you in - giving you the mindset that if you try one more time you will succeed. It's like a drug, and Edwin had to try so many. Has to keep that number to a minimum - he had to develop some iron-clad will or else he'd get dragged down until someone decides to throw him back into his own ditch.

At long last, some 70 years later, he comes across a familiar face - Simon covered in ash, tear streaks cutting white lines through the grime. Edwin blows his fuse - Melinoë has shown him every last one of his ghosts so many times to the point that's the only way he remembers them - Simon was one of them.

The fields leave their tormented a bit more aware of their status as dead than Hell does so Simon gets a bit of a wake-up call. Ripping a magical book over and over leaves a person with a lot of time to think - no one likes being left alone with their thoughts for so long.

Simon read.

He asks for forgiveness. But he also tells his crush, the boy who has been tormented and torn apart without the reprieve of death and fair trial that he, Simon, son of Hecate, releases Edwin Payne from the bindings of this soil.

And just like that Edwin has a fair shot. The stakes are raised, but the cards are finally sort of in his favor.

He of course escapes, and now we can get to Charles, son of Ares and how he ties into this. (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, TBC)

seeing people genuinely complain about the deaths in the acolyte and throwing around words like cruel and sadistic just once again has me thinking people need to actually sit and ponder on where a story is going and if it's something they can handle watching. nothing about the acolyte has implied it's anything besides a murder mystery, and features an entirely new cast of characters — something that, the last time we saw this in live action, ended in them all dying. just because something belongs to a franchise you love, doesn't mean you have to watch it, or that it has to be your cup of tea. It also doesn't make it bad storytelling if it's too brutal for your liking. The internet gives you every opportunity to make an informed opinion on what you consume, ultimately it's your responsibility, not the show's, to cater to what you can handle.

all i have been able to think about today is that silly little knife game where you stab the spots between your fingers and try not to hurt yourself and how that silly little game is SO horrorkiller. i cant explain it it bothers me so much that i cant explain it but it just does its so them

they play it when theyre bored. because when in doubt bodily mutilation and the risk of hurt and pain is always an appealing one. and when i mean they i just mean killer because horror wouldn't wanna just hurt himself on the fly like that for funsies. he likes to see others hurt because hahaha FINALLY some damn entertainment!!! but hurting himself???? nononnno hes already got enough body pain as it is oh and killer has already grabbed his hand and started playing (and now horror can't back out because killer's got him sucked in the game)

they sing the silly little song. horror has all his fingers the knife goes chop chop chop if killer misses the spaces in between horror's fingers will come off! and they are both enraptured and both captured in this childishly morbid game. it's so anticipatory because they both know its all up to killer to decide if horror gets hurt. hes more than precise enough to keep the game going for hours long without ever hitting horror but would he want to keep it going for that long? horror doesn't know how long killer would want to wait before getting to see him react to getting hurt

and killer does eventually do it even after theyre sung the song over and over countless times and tried different harmonies and finally killer decides to end this little song and dance and stab into horror's hand. maybe he decides to do a finger. maybe the palm if he really wants to piss horror up. its sudden its surprising and GODDAMN is it painful!!!! horror's trying not to show it but with all the sweat and the way his fingers are twitching killer can see that it hurts him. it's a bit amusing :3

and then horror grabs the knife from killer and they do it all over again but this time horror's the one doing the stabbing. he's not as precise as killer. he hits him a lot more than killer hit him but goddamn it he is in PAIN and wants to let it out because hes annoying and irritated and goddamnit would killer just stop looking at him with that blank smile while he's bleeding out from his hand???? yeah horror's pissy

horror's annoyed and trying to get some form of petty revenge on killer (he likes it when he finally manages to get that stupid smile to falter just a little bit) and killer's watching horror desperately try not to just stab the knife through his oh so very exposed soul that he could very easily hurt if he really wanted to hurt killer. anyways the game finally ends when either one or both of them get bored! but thats fine!!! killer will get bored again and horror will end up escalating it to a messier point than it was before and the only thing that'll get hurt is the surface that they use to stab between fingers. oh and eachother of course :p

ok i have a theory that the amenity numbers correspond with street numbers. so it's called amenity number nine because it's on ninth avenue. that way the numbers also still correspond to the quality of the toilets.

so the cops would have jurisdiction based on where the amenities are. that way it makes sense that they're the only two cops, because they only have jurisdiction in that particular area.
