Giovanni walked down the hall, a suitcase in each hand, and counted down the numbers on the doors as he passed them. “2100, 2102...” he whispered, before stopping in front of the door with ‘2104′ written on it. “Eccoci qua,” he said, as it slowly began to sink in that he had just walked up to the door of his new... home? This was the beginning of his new life. No more reporters around his house, or fancy dinner parties his father forced him into for good press. No more housemaids or private chauffeurs. No more leaving the club from the backdoor so no one would see the Prime Ministers’ drunk son with a black eye and bloody nose. Giovanni tilted his chin up and took a deep breath in- he had never felt so ready yet so unsure in his entire life. He remembered the text from his roommates saying they’d leave his key under the mat so he could let himself in when he got there. He had no idea if they’d be inside or not, but he hoped he’d have the place to himself to shower and take a nap before having to socialize. He turned the key in the door and swung it open, then stepped inside and set his bags down. “Hello?” he asked calmly, looking around to see if anyone was home.

This picture is due to my recent work on one of my stories called Absence. My character, Niclan (the blond), is thought a mentally crazed criminal due to a bunch of crap. Basically he murdered his whole Settler Ship...er....'allegedly murdered'. Just kidding, he really didn't.

Anyway, my sister's character Aoly is a coward and whenever she meets Niclan, it'd go very poorly. This picture was as a joke of how innocent he really is and how people view him.

“It’s opened!” Leo called at the sound of knocking at his door, hands carefully washing a handful of basil. He had been preparing the dough for his homemade cavatelli pasta when he decided to text Nic and invite her over for dinner. After all, it was only fair considering that she was the one to introduce him to the market where he now found himself going almost daily. “Ciao bella!” he exclaimed as she walked in, “you came just in time to help me make the pesto. Vieni, vieni!” He waved her over, drying his hands on the dishtowel he had hanging over his shoulder. “I’m making cavatelli con pesto fresco e ricotta,” he smiled, proudly.
