Where were the other Papas??⁉️? It isn't right that they had a combined thirty seconds of screen time!! 😡😡 If it wasn't for them Then copua wouldn't even this opportunity would he?🚫?

Papa Iii is much more handsome 🧛and would look much better in the hd4k surroundsound big screen then HIM SO papa iiI deserves a film more and they should bring jim back just to show everyone this😏 and go show the people what its like to see songs sang. YHE ONLY THING that is good is that it accurately shows what a rude SELFish self absorbed man this cOPis is(although the old man deserves no respect 👍🏻👍🏻) just tonight he ate the last cannoli without offering to aNYONE!!! ELSE‼️‼️ SO this i do think the film does right

BUT....

The door slams open and he almost drops his phone in surprise. He was sat where he had been sat all evening, collapsed into this chair in the clergy commons after his disappointing dinner, thinking. His expression soured even further now it seemed another one of his brothers was here to ruin his day.

"Are you reading reviews of the movie again, frattelino?" Secondo asks, squinting at him across the dark room. "There is steam coming from your ears."

"I am not reading them no," he smirks a little, pushing the glasses he usually pretends not to need up his nose before continuing to tap away at his phone with his pointer finger. Secondo flicks on the light switch disrupting him once again with the blinding light so he shoots him a quick glare before resuming his somewhat frantic yet stilted typing.

"I do not like that look," he accuses, pointing at him as he crosses the room. "What are you doing then?" He circles the armchair in which Terzo is slouched, leaning around to look at the screen over his shoulder.

"None of your business," he pulls the phone to his chest to hide the screen. "Why must you stick your big old nose where it is not wanted eh?"

"Let me see!" He tries to wriggle away from his brother's seeking hand, tustling each other like they used to when they were children. He almost slides free but his escape is thwarted but his stupidly large brothers hand clamping onto his shoulder and pulling away his phone with the other.

"Give that BACK!" He struggles out of the squishy chair pushing his glasses back up into his hair so he can glare uninterrupted at his brother who is now scrolling through his review, shaking his head and tutting like a stupid old chicken.

"Terzo this isn't very nice," he says it so patronisingly he has to resist stamping his foot in frustration. Why should he be nice! He never got a moment like this and if he had he knows he would have done more, done better. And shouldn't Secondo be mad too?

"I stand by what I said," he huffs crossing his arms indignantly. "Aren't you annoyed? That we barely got a mention? Just that we were dead?"

"Well I would say I got about twenty of the thirty seconds we were on screen so how can I complain?" He expects the typical reaction he usually gets when he teases his brother but when Terzo instead, visibly deflates before flopping back into his chair he realises this might be a bit deeper than he thought.

"Terzo, come now, what is really the matter?" He moves to perch on the arm of the chair, handing him back his phone. When he doesn't respond straight away he reaches over to mess with his brother's habitually pristine hair, ruffling it into a birdnest as he used to before whenever Terzo got in his head and needed a distraction.

"Ay!" He shouts batting at his hand but at least he is glaring at him again instead of pouting dejectedly.

"I am happy for Copia, I suppose," he starts hesitantly smoothing his hair back into place. "It's just, we all worked hard too, and yes we may have not been as successful but without us to lay the ground work whose to say he would be 'rite here, rite now'." He waves his hands around, air quoting the title of the film dramatically.

"You are not wrong frattelino," he pauses before continuing trying to decide how to best console him. "But that is not what this story is about. It is about truly experiencing the moment you are in now, and not letting the times of the past or the what ifs of the future ruin it." His shoulders drop with a sigh so he wraps an arm around him squeezing him firmly.

"I just never got to..." He trails off but they both know what he was about to say.

"I know," he squeezes him again. "And none of that makes what they did to you right but that is in the past. People still love us no? We still have many praising us and screaming our names no matter what Copia does. We all have a place. Ours was over there, back then but who knows what the future will bring?" He stops when he sees his brother finally perking up.

"You are right I suppose," he shoots him a sideways glance. "This time at least." He picks up his phone and repositions his glasses on his nose. "I better delete all this then" He starts to tap away at the screen but Secondo stills his hand.

"I didn't say that," He says with a smirk. "You should add one about how his wig looks terrible."

"But Copia doesn't wear a... Oh!" They are far too old for this, Secondo thinks as they giggle like children coming up with more and more ridiculous complaints about the film. But right here, right now, he doesn't care.

This nephilim gets along with you very easily, as he does get along with most of his female friends better then people of the same gender as him. Though he finds it very cool you happen to be a giant, as you remind him of his aunt Diane. Sometimes he ends up riding on your shoulder, flying is fun for him too, but he likes riding on your shoulder so he can converse with you. Tristan can never hear the end of the latest food fads, he knows the latest information and about food itself all because of you, he thinks it pretty useful though for certain situations.

You and Tristan on certain days take time to yourselves to go out and enjoy yourselves, the very first place you go to though? The forests for hunting, you may be a foodie but you also enjoyed the thrill of the hunt, it is a reward. Tristan will never understand, but he likes to make it fun by racing you for how many animals you can hunt down.

Most likely you finish your; breakfast, lunch and dinner way before he does, you simply love it too much not to wait. You are patient however, waiting for him to be done so you can move on to the next thing in your day.

Though despite eating food as a hobby, you always saved the food you liked best for Tristan so you could offer him some to try. You always get a beaming grin and a thumbs-up in the end, you can't tell if it's just him being nice though.

It was in meeting you to be one of the unexpected things in his life so far, but he got used to you pretty quickly. Lancelot thought your hobby for food was very endearing, so he ends up taking a lot of your suggestions about restaurants and other recipes to heart, he always remembers them.

Somehow it becomes like clockwork, he actually somehow always has a snack for you if you mention that you are hungry (his ass does NOT do that for anyone else).

Despite your being as a giantess, it doesn't really bother Lancelot that you are. He thinks of you the same and normal he would anyone else, Lancelot knows full well how it feels. So he never brought it into question, just treating you the same.

Lancelot makes it a challenge always to race you for how many ingredients of live animals that you can gather whenever you come across a densely populated forest, you two always do this and it's become a thing of habit. Or more so something just for the two of you to do, a comfortable routine of familiarity.

Even if he doesn't express it, he thinks its really cool that you are a giant. Lancelot is envious that you can get somewhere quicker then he does in just a few steps, and even asks to ride on your shoulder from time to time. Albeit subtly however.

Sherlock: Am I right to assume asking the girls to just… spend less time in the bathroom would result in murder, as well?

August: Right. Sol and Ange together never caused any problems.

Geralt: Sol and Ange don’t cause problems because Sol doesn’t take forever in the shower.

August: Right. But Angel is a nightmare, and so is Elena. Those two alone are enough to cause traffic.

Sherlock: Correct me if I’m wrong, but ‘Elena and Anjelica together, or either of those combined with any two others, or neither of them but a minimum of three others’ sounds like the kind of rule that will ensure we won’t even need it for the foreseeable future.

Sy: It also gives me a headache.

Mike: I don’t think I even understood enough of it to get a headache…

Sherlock: Minimum of 3, then ask me and Angie to not occupy both bathrooms at the same time. 🙄🙄🙄 Problem solved. You’re all still in trouble for even talking about this ❤️❤️❤️

Ange: They’re giving us what now???

Ange: And that stuff needs to sit in your hair for like 15-30 minutes

Ange: Same! If I’m paying like 30 dollars for a hair mask that’ll barely last me two weeks, I’m gonna at least spend some time with it 👀✨

Sol: So that’s teeth and face wash in the shower. Then rinse that conditioner.

Ange: Which — again — takes a while if you have curly and/or a lot of hair.

Ange: Also, before I rinse my hair, I spend an ungodly amount of time detangling it with my fingers, which I have to do while the mask/conditioner is in. So…

Marshall: And at this point you’re finally nearly done, right?

Sherlock: … please, for the love of God, let it almost be over!

Ange: Oh, my precious little babies ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lexi: At this point we’re slowly considering getting out of the shower, yes.

Dani: But the rest of the bathroom is cold, so we take our time gathering the courage to get out.

Sherlock: The entire bathroom is hot enough to steam salmon at this point!

Mike: And yet, they manage to emerge from Mordor absolutely freezing…

Sol: When we do finally manage to make it out, we wrap ourselves in the biggest towel we can find…

Ange: By the way, ladies, you can thank me and Sol for the presence of the big towels in this house.

Sol: Oh GOD I remember the first shower I ever took here.

Geralt: The towels were fine.

Dani: We’re left with the rest of our skincare. So; toner, 1-3 serums, moisturizer. Sunscreen or oil, for me, depending on the time of day.

Ange: But the mirror is fogged up from the shower, so you have to deal with that…

Leon: YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR FACE IS, DON’T YOU?

Ange: Yes, but it’s also very pretty so I wanna look at it. Thanks.

Lexi: How can I meticulously study all the imperfections in my skin if I can’t see my face???

Dani: Exactly! (To both of those things, simultaneously)

Dani: So, after that, it’s time to moisturize everything you’ve exfoliated and/or shaved.

Elena: Which is… pretty much everything.

Sol: Cue deep sigh because this is where you find out you actually did miss a spot somewhere.

Ange: And then it’s back to the hair for the curly girls!

Elena: Leave in ❤️❤️❤️

Marshall: What?

Sy: ??

Mike: Wut?

Ange: It’s like conditioner, but you don’t rinse it out.

Sherlock: @Elena the stuff that smells good?

Messy Christmas: The Perfect Hallmark Christmas Movie Fanfiction

(so sugarsweet/crazy you might want to rethink what you’ve done with your time)

(aka a pretty realistic summary of all Hallmark movies as a whole)

Pairing: Bucky Barnes x reader, Ransom Drysdale x reader

Summary: imagine all Hallmark movies but then with Bucky and a little bit of Ransom...I seriously don't know how to summarize this. Just sit back read, and let the magic of Christmas flow through you.

You had forgotten how small the town was. 

You had left 10 years ago for a reason, you needed to get out of there. Spread your wings and have opportunities you'd never get there. Sure, you loved your family, but you could do that at a distance, only a phone call away. Besides, they weren't going anywhere, no one was down here. Except you. 

Sometimes you felt a little guilty, it wasn't your fault you were amazingly talented at business, unlike the rest of your town, but you realized they just missed you, because you were a really nice person. No one in your new town thought so, because everyone else was also busy with business, and not busy with people, but luckily you had met the second love of your life, Ransom.

Ransom and you had met at his business, when he tried to make a deal with yours, and it was love at third date. He was a little boring at times, with the routine he kept at all times, but his hair and clothing sense was spectacular! You really fell for *insert haircut* and his perfect white teeth. In return he liked your work ethic and your cozy but clean apartment that didn't have any personal decorations.

It all went perfectly, he had even proposed, just before the phone rang and informed you of an emergency in your old town. It was a shock to find out your dad got sick/your family tree business was failing/cookies needed to be baked for charity/the Christmas Parade needed to be handled, and only you had the skills to pull it off/you got fired at your job and had to go home to lick your wounds/your parents lied to trick you to come back/you needed something from someone else to succeed more at your current business. There was barely time to say yes to your now fiance, before you booked your ticket and went straight to the airport.

The trip only seemed to be about 10 minutes, which was lucky because you needed to be home soon, but you had just enough time to reminisce about your past. All the faces of old friends popped up inside your brain like a weird montage reminding  you of all the things you had tried to forget.

Then you arrived home.

Nothing changed, including your bedroom. Everyone had remembered what an amazing person you were and was very glad to see you back, almost like they'd been stuck in time waiting for your arrival. This made you feel warmer than ever, a feeling you had forgotten all these years, but you also reminded yourself you had business to return to.

Oh and a fiancee. But you hadn't told your family yet, surely there was time for that later? You weren't even sure if you were going to invite everyone to the wedding. They would probably not fit in with the rest of the well dressed people, so they probably didn't even want to come.

After walking through town - which took about 30 minutes and you basically met everyone right away who started bringing up old random, but cute, memories with you, causing you to smile so much it hurt the corners of your mouth and made you look slightly insane - you finally bumped into your old flame, Bucky.

Like literally bumped into him. It was weird because he hadn't been there a second before, but you might've been distracted by warm cozy feelings.

It was awkward at first, but also because all your old feelings caused you to have more feelings now! And you shouldn't because you were engaged, but no one knew that.

So when Bucky invited you for coffee/baking with his niece/helping with a show for the school/ice skating, you accepted.

Just like old friends!

Who used to fuck a lot. But just because you've seen him naked a lot, didn't mean you couldn't see him as a person, so you would see him exactly like that. A person with a brain and interests and feelings…just like the feelings you had for each other when you were younger…before you left town to grow up.

During the date, you kept gazing into his beautiful eyes, and smiling every time he said something funny. And you were genuinely happy, because it was so easy to be around Bucky, even if his hair was stylishly disheveled, and he wore a very simple sweater and boots that showed he wasn't paying 6 months paychecks for business clothes, but he was so kind and giving.

It seemed all his time was spent helping others! He was such a good person. You’d forgotten what it was like to not only be a nice person, but a giving person, and he had this sense of community you only ever had in this old town of yours.

And then you tripped and he caught you/you and him were left alone after family dinner he was also invited to - even if it was your parents house - and they were suddenly gone/you went outside to say goodbye while snow was falling around you, and he kissed you!

And you kissed back because you suddenly realized all those old feelings had come back.

And just when you were going to make a confession (perhaps about your fiance, but maybe just confess your eternal feelings; you didn't know), Ransom showed up.

It was so very awkward. Not even because of the kiss, but because he clearly didn't fit into the family. Suddenly he was rude and uncaring, said things you had also said before, but suddenly sounded worse coming from his mouth! And he seemed to look down on your family, perhaps because you had as well all these years, but now you were here and just been kissed by a hunk, this behavior was unacceptable!

You told him off, but he didn't get it. Even if you were very clear, suddenly his intelligence had left him and he had forgotten his manners too!

And then Bucky stepped in telling him off when Ransom was kind of slightly raising his voice - because you had been acting weird and weren't answering his questions what was going on - it wasn't like you were in danger since Ransom kept a good distance, and had never been violent and just seemed a little frustrated. But he figured out instantly what was going on. So he asked to talk to you privately.

And you two went alone, 2 meters away, so Bucky could listen in on the conversation, but also didn't seem to hear anything that was being said. He could see your expressions of heartache clearly though. The tears in your eyes, and eventually the hugging you did with your fiance.

He left with a very sad expression on his face while he walked home, where he soon arrived even if the distance should’ve been farther, and then sat alone in the living room, staring at a picture from when you were much younger and clearly happy.

just when i thought they had already done the most to cue cpfs, they prove me wrong and do more “outrageous” things…… you’ve probably seen some things floating around today but this is my attempt to put things in one place + add some that i missed from my previous posts ( one / two / three / four / five )

let’s start with the main topic right now, about bobo’s alleged renewal and what an employee said during a livestream + some customer service chats.

There has been some talk with the renewal since his contract expires in September, and with all the alleged cpf-bias, you might expect that Bottled Joy don’t get the usual love from so/os. There was a chat asking when will wyb’s contract expire and the answer is “renewed”:

Then in their livestream they put the message: “don’t ask, already extended the contract”. LOL. and also said there will be good news in September, which is when it’s supposed to be renewed. So watch out for that. I personally like their cooperation, even if this whole candy digging didn’t happen.

This guy also said something very nice during the stream : "You can't control Yibo, you can't even control yourself, you can't even control your emotions, if you are an adult, try to calm down your emotions" 💯

I agree with this message so much. This is not just a message to so/o fans — it also applies to us. We don’t control WYB or XZ. We don’t own them. No matter how much money or time we spend on them, they are not required to make us happy to somehow “pay that back”.

for the chats, it’s bxgs sending messages. p1 is the person sending well wishes to yibo since it’s his bday and by extension, to xz, they also said that when the official announcement is out ( their relationship i think ), bottled joy should be in the main table. the chat support replied with received. p2 is also sending a message to yibo and replied with they will try to convey this to wyb too.

I don’t really buy that much into these chats cause the people behind these customer service “bots” are required to make the customer “happy” and in that case being very agreeable. it doesn’t really put much weight into the whole “cpf-bias”. I think they will be sweet and kind to any customer who contacts them.

These numbers are so well known if you are a cpf. P2 on the other hand, captioned as: Ton ton don’t know anything, it’s all from the boss @UNIQ-王一博. The whole “don’t know” joke is from a recent cpn too. again, interpret this as you will, it’s too much to be a coincidence at this point.

Today, the shared the One and Only special edition bottle. The kadian is 23:28 ( Love Zhan, Love Bo )

their continuous spotlight of the green ( yibo themed ) and pink?? ( guangdian colored ) bottles that cpfs love. they shared a spongebob x patrick post and then after that is a shot of those bottles. probably to represent zz and wyb who we know love the two.

Lastly, another speculation is that WYB and XZ somehow “own” bottled joy. It doesn’t help that during the livestream, it was mentioned that there is a boss behind the scenes. and that the anchor asked his “boss” if he can talk about the renewal and he was given the go ahead. I personally don’t believe this but I understand why some people are onboard. At the end of the day, support their works and endorsements responsibly. 👍🏻

I know this Author’s notes looks long, but please don’t panic. It’s just an update, I’m still working on Belladonna. 😊👍🏻💖🙆🏻‍♀️

This is an update to let y’all know how things been going with Belladonna’s Chapter 31. It is still unfortunately incomplete, but I promise I’m trying! 🌚🙏🏻 Still ironing out some details and Chinese New Year is coming, so spring cleaning and stuff is in order. So update is probably after February. 🌚🙏🏻 I’m very sorry. 🙃😔😭🙏🏻

These three paragraphs only regards my health in slightly more detail than the previous post, (why I haven’t been able to update) so you can just skip it if you’d like. 🙆🏻‍♀️💖 As I mentioned previously, my health has been fluctuating since June 2023, I haven’t been feeling very well so my writing took a hit (on top of writer’s block). 😩🫠 The symptoms thankfully wasn’t too serious, all things considered.🤞🏻My fatigue however was the most obvious, there was also low moods, insomnia (caused by heart palpitations) and etc. However, I’ve gotten my blood tested around November and I finally know what’s going on. So at least I now know how to reduce and regulate the symptoms, I’ve seen improvements and hopefully I’ll make a full recovery soon. 🙆🏻‍♀️💖🙏🏻

But then at the end of December, I was tested positive with covid. 🌚🌚🌚🫠🫠🫠 So my fatigue worsened. At this point it’s like a triple layered stack. First from my nightly dreams, second from the issue that started in June, then now from the covid. 🫠 I have tested negative after 6 days, but my doctor did warn me that some symptoms and inflammation will probably persist for about a month after turning negative and to not do strenuous exercises, (even something simple like brisk walk). I found out sometimes just eating a meal brings me shortness of breath and my heart rate would reach 106 or so and then I gotta lie down. Feels like my heart was copying that one meme on Facebook and saying, “If you don’t stop, I will.” 😮‍💨🌚🤣 The same goes for house chores, like changing the bedsheets. So yeah. But I’m still kicking—albeit weakly—AND my low moods had thank god not plagued me lately. 💖😮‍💨🙏🏻 Bless.

I’ll be trying to get a swing back into things while minding my energy, so my health doesn’t decide to give me a sucker punch to the gut. Or a left hook, I don’t know, it’s been years and it still likes to catch me by surprise. 🌚🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏻 Despite the annoyances, I’m still very thankful it’s nothing too serious. At this point, I’ll just let it throw a fit wherever it wants, and then let it die down whenever, while trying to get on with my life and maintaining inner peace. 🙄😑🤦🏻‍♀️🤌🏻 I’m done trying to control it to go the way I want it to, cuz it backfired, badly. 🌚

Four started the shift off well enough. He had a floor status patient and would be admitting a transfer who was a pre-op for a bilateral lung transplant. That meant he had a fairly independent patient in one room and… well he wasn’t sure what the other one would be like. If they needed a lung transplant they had to be sick, but they hadn’t gone through major surgery yet so they were likely not very unstable.

The only snag was that they were a transfer from the medical ICU, and we’re technically boarding on his unit. They wouldn’t become a surgical patient, and therefore be his unit’s patient, until after the surgery.

Which meant that the team he had to talk to wasn’t present on his unit. And the medical ICU was notorious for not communicating well. So if something were to go wrong, or if he needed something that wasn’t in the protocols and order sets… well. He’d cross that bridge when he got there.

In the meantime he got to receive report from Dot, which was always nice. And if they chatted on the phone a bit more than was strictly necessary, well, he wasn’t going to complain. To add to the fun, the patient was on high flow oxygen, which meant RT had to be involved, so he’d get to work with Wind and his preceptor.

Dot brought the patient over a little after 8pm, but Four had already done his assessment and drawn labs for the other patient, so it worked out well enough. The patient was very kind and clearly nervous, with supportive family to help as well. Four got everyone settled and then looked over his tasks on the computer to better plan out his shift.

Pre-op meant multiple baths with a specific antiseptic soap, as well as what felt like a million labs and an EKG. But one bath was now, the second in the morning. The labs and EKG were all due in the morning. Dot had mentioned something about a chest x-ray at 2am, but it wasn’t appearing on his to-do list, and she’d seemed unsure about it. Maybe they’d left it off, or they hadn’t ordered it yet. Chest x-rays could be portable, but she’d said something about going downstairs for it. Four hoped that wasn’t the case.

After planning out the shift, he told the transplant patient the general overview of how the night would go. Bath now, and then labs and bath and EKG at 4am. That gave her and her family time to rest.

Two hours later, Four had finally finished giving meds to his other patient, bathed the transplant patient, and charted all his assessments and actions, when he saw an order pop up for the transplant patient.

They wanted the labs within the next fifteen minutes.

“You’ve gotta be kidding me,” Four grumbled. His patient was likely asleep by now, so he’s have to wake her to get labs. None of her IVs were returning blood, so he’d have to straight stick her.

He was starting to remember why he didn’t like boarding MICU patients. He wish the team would just talk to him instead of throw him last minute orders.

After waking everyone in the room to get labs, and sensing their drowsy annoyance as he spent what felt like an eternity drawing all the necessary blood for the ten lab containers, he poked his head in on his other patient, who was sleep, and then settled back at the nurse’s station.

I don’t like your providers, he texted to Dot. How’s your night going?

Hepatic encephalopathy with lactulose, was the reply.

Four cringed. That… was unpleasant. He was thankful he worked in the surgical-trauma ICU and not medical.

After another couple hours, one of his coworkers walked up to him. “Hey, x-ray is on the phone asking if you’re ready to come down.”

Four blanched. “What?”

“Yeah, something about a dual-view chest x-ray for your transplant patient.”

Biting back a groan, he spoke with the technician on the phone and, after debating the matter with the tech, his charge nurse, and providers on his own unit, finally gave in and arranged to take the patient downstairs.

So much for letting the patient have a good night’s rest.

Wind was equally unhappy.

“This is so stupid,” the student grumbled as he and his preceptor gathered supplies. “Like… why at 2am?? And why can’t they just do a portable one at the bedside so we don’t have to drag her downstairs? Did you see how quickly her oxygen saturation dropped when she moved around??”

“They said for dual view it has to be downstairs,” Four sighed. “But I agree, this is stupid. Why couldn’t we do this at 4am with all the other stuff? What difference does two hours make on a pre-op chest x-ray?”

As the team grouching made their way to the patient’s room, woke the patient, and proceeded to rearrange the entire room to take her downstairs, they finally had everything ready to go and were leaving in thirty minutes.

When they got to the exit of the unit, the MICU provider walked up to Four.

“Is this the transplant patient?” He asked quietly as the team continue to walk.

“Yes,” Four answered evenly, wondering what this was about.

“Oh,” he said, a little put out. “I was going to switch the x-ray order so it could be portable. Oh well.”

Four stopped in place. He blinked. He took a deep breath. And then he smiled. “Well… we’re already here, so. We’ll head downstairs.”

“Yeah, yeah, of course,” the provider replied with a shrug and a smile. “Thanks.”

After that the team silently made their way to the elevator. Wind and Four eyed each other, both thinking the same thing.

I am a healthcare provider. I will not kill the other provider. I won’t. I won’t.

The string of cuss words that left Wind’s mouth did make Four laugh, though.

🍉in what ways has writing helped you process trauma and/or navigate through your own life?

i haven't necessarily dug that deep into specific details of my trauma but several fics do have bits and pieces based on my life, both the good (🦔🐳) and the bad (🍯🥃). but you can just assume that if i talk about tony's parental issues, anxious attachment, avoidance techniques, coping mechanisms, proneness to addiction, obsessive loving, self-sabotaging tendencies, adhd traits etc. that i often use him to speak my own truth because, well, i did imprint on him for a reason. sorry this got heavy on main 👍🏻

🎉how often do you celebrate completing & posting a work? how often do you give yourself the credit/validation that you seek from others when you post? (if you don't, you should!)

often! i am so hard on myself as @whinysteve can confirm and it takes a lot to create, let alone to complete a fic, these days. so when i manage to finish something, i definitely do celebrate, usually by having some good dinner and/or a snack. i don't remember an exact moment right now, but knowing k, i feel like she's given me random gifts in the past to celebrate posting a fic, ahah. i also text fandom friends about it, and i have some very supportive people in my corner. ❤️ oh, and i of course make whiny read/beta my fic the second it's done, so i can then have a real life-conversation about it and allow my brain to close that tab. i think that's a rare privilege to have (your own live-in number one fan) and i am very grateful. it's lovely and, all in all, i probably spend 90% of my time sad and feeling like i can't write one sentence, and the rest being proud of myself (especially when i reread my own fic months later and realise it was great all along, or when i get nice comments). 🥹

I have to pick between Kim Jongin and Byun Baekhyun??? This game is rude 😒 but ofc I'm choosing Baekhyun. Mel had a really cute answer to this that I'm not going to be able to compare to. But I feel like Baek just needs a break. So I'd probably choose to do something chill (I say as tho I wouldn't be a basket case and like I can speak Korean). Maybe go to a coffee place, preferably one with baked goods, near a park or a river and just take our coffee (and pastries) to a nice spot to chill and talk. Maybe get some pizza for lunch. Play some video games (truthfully I'd probably just watch HIM play since I only play single player games due to being shit at them). Idk 🤷‍♀️ I'm bad at this lmao

Dokyeom is like the literal embodiment of sunshine. He is so bright and happy!! You can tell he loves life and finds joy in little things. His laughter and smile is such a serotonin boost! I know that he feels and thinks about things deeply and can be a little (a lot) hard on himself. But he's got this big, big heart. I just love how full of light he is, yk?

7. Between 1 and 2, whose closet would you raid?

Why do I feel like neither Baekhyun nor Taeil have much that I would want to raid from their closets? 🤔 idk that I pay that close attention to their own personal styles either tbh. Monster Hunter Au!

Idk something dawned on me that i can actually post this so im gonna!

So here's shinii [kamui woods] for the au! It took me a lil bit to figure out his design but im happy with it 💃

Here's some more info!

So he's not a hunter but witch herbalist!

This would mean he falls into the "monster" category

He's from a family of witches that specialize in the magics of herbs and other plants

With that being said he's not biologically related to any if them!

He was found by one of the witches in the family while searching for certain flowers

The witch was a lil young to be a mom (13) so one of the aunts took him in

The particular aunt couldn't have children of her own so it worked out nice 👍🏻

anyways so they taught him there magics not really expecting him to learn much of it due to many spells only able to be learned if ur blood related but were surprised when he was able to learn them all :0

like i said earlier the family specializes in herb and other plant magics but most well known for the herbs

Their herbs are said to be some of the best of the best in this part of the world!

This is what helps them keep hunters from messing with them because if a hunter were to kill one for whatever reason the comission could take the offense quite seriously

They may be witches but their herbs and medicines are of great value!

With this said, all members of the family are required to put some efforts into the herbs they grow

But once they've done their duties for the day with the herbs they can work on other personal projects!

Just bc the witch family as a whole specializes in herbs/medicines doesn't mean every individual does as well

[Ima cut to something else for a quick second but it'll make sense]

To help out with the plants the witches make contracts with these plant dragons [as shown above]

These lil guys are on the smaller side when it comes to dragons but there a big help with the herbs and stuff!

But while making the contract the witches body mutates a bit

This mutation includes gaining some characteristics from a plant they truely specialize in

So someone specializing in mint for example could have like mint leaves in their hair and or have minty breathe!

So when it was time for shinji to pick his dragon he picked Boop!

Yeah.... I he couldn't come up with a better name 💀

But anyways!

So they get along great untill shinji starts to fall ill

Falling ill after the contract is normal since the body is going through a change

But shinji was ill for an abnormal amount of time

Normally they can be sick for 1 to 2 days but it was going on to shinji's 6 and he was only getting worse

The family tried their herb medicines on him with little to no luck

Poor Boops was feeling guiltily about him being sick due to the contract

Suddenly one morning shinji asks for Boops to help him outside

Boop agrees and places him in a sunny patch of clovers

They curl up with eachother and a few hours later a complete transformation had been made!

He qas feeling much better but still tired

he went back to sleep only to be woken up by his family

They were shocked by the transformation since now he had bark skink and a full head of leaves

But they were happy the he was feeling better!

I don't have much down for her yet but heres what i got so far! (That relates to shinji ofc)

So yu is a rookie hunter based near this forest

Since she's a rookie shes still learning the ropes but is doing well considering

Also that shes nearby shinji's family the commission often has her pick up stuff from their for them

This is all dany but she kinda has a grudge for them for whatever reason

While picking up suplies she meets shinji who wraps the goods up and gives them to her

She didn't make a very friendly impression to say the least

Although, the more and more times she went the more she warmed up to him

She's atleast not a jerk to him anymore!

Well, not as much at times anyway haha

One time when she picked the stuff up she had a bit of a limp and a few scratches

Shinji notices it and makes her stay so he can tend to the wombs

Most of the cuts weren't that bad but some were pretty deep and her ankle was spranged

She refused to say where the injuries where from and she barely let him tend to her

She fell asleep there and tried to leave in the morning but shinji wouldn't let her go alone with her ankle

Luckly they made it there and back with no issues!

Another little Lomando fun fact, he hates pretty much everyone, but one of the few exceptions is Ratau, yea, cause when everything was going to shit, he was there for lumi, and Lumi just can’t hurt him in any way, Ratau indirectly w/o knowing made Lumi feel bad about treating his mother not well and regretting the past, so one thing you can be sure, Lumi would NEVER give Ratau to the Fox! The rat is safe!✨

3. your favorite piece(s)?

Opting for a traditional piece because it is still by far my favorite thing I've ever made.

9. whats something you always come back to when drawing?

If this is about content I'm going to say faeries. If I have bad artblock but still really want to draw I'll usually revisit a bunch of faeries I designed in elementary school and redesign them to my current style or sensibilities. I also tend to just doodle a lot of the Neopet faeries when I'm bored as well, so faeries as whole checks out. It all comes back to Neopet faeries in the end. I was also very inspired by Nene Thomas and Amy Brown as a kid.

14. whats your favorite thing about drawing?

As much as it's sometimes frustrating I think drawing is one of the most calming and distracting things I can do. I'm very good at losing hours on something without even realizing and still feeling fulfilled with the time that I used even if I got very little done.

But, and perhaps this comes as someone who is very bad with words and verbal expression, my other favorite thing is presenting something finished and personal that wraps up my thoughts without having to verbalise it. I often have a lot of ideas or strong feelings about something and instead of messily saying it I can usually sum it up in art, which might sound silly as more of a fantasy artist but it's true to me. I genuinely love overthinking details and everything to put into art. It's nice to have all that out there for people to see if they meet it there or want to look closer or ask.

19. where do you find inspiration?

Inspiration for my art is a really varied one. I want to say that the joke of "receiving visions from an angry god" is apt but the angry god is just a freak in my brain spinning a wheel on whether it wants to be sad, spooky, or horny or like, a combo.

But visually I get a lot of inspiration in one way or another from artists like Klimt, Alphonse Mucha, Edward Robert Hughes, and Gerald Brom, but also corny high fantasy 80s art that should be on the side of a van.

I'm also a huge sucker for religious imagery and have a couple books on secular art that I tend to go back to frequently.

The music I'm into at the time also plays a big role.

It is also very safe to say I get a lot of inspiration from hyperfixations 👍🏻

↑ early college era -- still hadn't taken coloring classes, but i had taken anatomy classes and was using my favorite boy as practice outside of classwork :o)

↑ that first one was from when i was drawing my own dakimakura cover bc i figured honeybee would never deliver on an official one (and also a nod to the fact that i had just had my first taste of nutella and it broke my brain (positive)). and i could be wrong but i thiiiink the second one was around when the official one was announced...? maybe?

i just needed a daki so badly. when i FINALLY got my hands on the daki cover, pillows of that size weren't standard over here, so i actually had to make my OWN dakimakura by sewing two standard pillows together... in a larger case comprised of a sheet... which i did all by hand bc i didn't have my sewing machine at the dorm... i was Committed. 😊👍🏻✨

↑ shortly after getting my hands on after winter -- the bouquet is a drawing of a scene from his route ;w; he's so sweet... and so clumsy... top left is from the time when i was watching the end of clannad during all-nighters while working on assignments. can you tell just from that sentence that i was Quite Unwell at the time? KJASNFKJN. (still love miku!oushirou so much tho. honestly love this style. i want to study my art from around this time at some point, maybe regain some things that were uhhh Firmly Discouraged, to put it nicely, during my later college years.)

SCAD Profs I Will Not Name made me feel like shit for drawing "too anime", then a couple of years later said their "anime" students were their favs, so my style was. very mixed and not confident. skjdnf.

↑ the one on the left is like. right around when i graduated?? the one in the middle was for his bday, probably 2020, when i was just starting to get back into art, the one on the right is a college sketch that i redrew as practice to ease myself back into drawing in 2020.

🍕Hawaiian Pizza

with freshly picked tomatoes 🍅😂 shala eh may pa kamatis pa. Thin crust pero malalaki yung slices 👍🏻 Medyo weird yung lasa ng kamatis sa pizza pero nagble-blend din naman siguro dahil ng tomato sauce din iyong ginamit for pizza sauce. It tastes good!

🇮🇹 Hapon pa kami nasa White Beach so hindi pa super crowded kaya hindi rin ganon karami ang kumakain sa resto. Malaki rin naman iyong space and ang nice nung vibes. Pang Europe talaga eyyy! Lavet! 💕
