Uhm, but as I said before I have no idea what to do when a wrist is strained—I’ve had my wrist numb before while sleeping on it but uhm the best I can say is put ice on it for 10-20 minutes everyone few hours or so. Also rest it, don’t do too much to it. Other than that, I have no idea what to do :(

And you didn’t bother me! I may not always know what to do but hearing my friends out when they need it most is what I’m best at. I’m sorta like the therapist friend, y’know?

I’m not sure about desktop, but on mobile you need to click ‘save’ then ‘update’ as well. If it still doesn’t work then I’m not sure, it could be a big.
