You know you've spent too much time looking at home formulations for lotions, etc. when someone mentions that thread crochet can make a drapey fabric and your first thought it 'Yes, and you can also alter the viscosity by choosing the right stitch pattern'.

Clearly my brain is made of scrambled eggs at this point.

#guess who is starting up home formulating again?#in part because I seriously object to spending $40 on the one facial moisturizer I can actually use #due to a strange quirk of genetics -- I inherited my mother's neck-up sensitivity to vitamin e #Neck down we're fine #Neck up and everything dries out and starts to flake #And since vitamin e is used as an antioxidant and most people's skin LOVES IT I'm kind of screwed in the face moisturizer department #Pond's is okay but I'm not super keen on mineral oil and other petroleum by-products #also it's Really Scented which I'm not down with on my face
