#slow burn#ao3#just curious. i clearly. uh. LOVE slow burns.#battle of the bands had some heavy petting but no kiss until >100k#zero sum they were theoretically like... banging the whole time but didn't 'get together' until the last 2-3 chapters#intersecting lines also they hooked up about halfway through but god 'together' towards the end#i think i tend to favor more 'in a relationship' part#because physical intimacy or confessions can come before people are on the same page#i'm asking because the fic i'm currently writing is close to 50k and the characters are about to kiss#obviously its me so. its going to cause more problems. and they will not 'get together' until much later#buuuutttttt i'm interested to see what other people think#like. is that too early.#is it REALLY a slowburn#NOOO TYPOOO.
