The working day is “almost” over and very soon getting off for the day… today another challenge has been overwhelming the midst and the obstacle was nicely removed from the occurrence. I feel very good as the overcoming moment was sorted out by my mindset. I felt really upset and very frustrated and meantime I asked myself if this is going to help me… no it couldn’t. So I just took a deep breath, began to think in different way and to think how I can support the cause and the situation… in critical moment used funny sense of humour out of the blue and everything had happy end! And all of this in one day - just Monday after the weekend… yes, in the weekend I did decluttering and today instead of concentrating I had to overcome challenge. #mindset #mondayexperience #feltannoyed #feltfrustrated #feltupset #obstacles #overcomingchallenges#challengingsituation #nhs #nhstranslators #nhsservices #interpretersinaction #startup #success https://www.instagram.com/p/CWlh9arr4Ai/?utm_medium=tumblr

As we open #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek let's talk about how important it is for us to stick together in times like these. It is so easy to begin to draw away completely in these trying times because of the measures that are in place but it is vital to recognise the levels of support that are available to you when you are low or struggling. Some have the ability to lean on friends or family for support whereas others do not have that lifeline. Regardless of what existing support you may or may not already have there are always alternatives and additional services available to you. Here are some of the services that I have sought help from in the past. Perhaps one of these may be able to help you... ☆ Reach out to @samaritanscharity ☆ For support in a crisis, Text Shout to 85258 @giveusashoutinsta ☆ Reach out to @rethinkmentalillness ☆ Reach out to @mindcharity ☆ Reach out to @charitysane ☆ Reach out to @mindmatters_uk ☆ Speak to someone you trust ☆ Speak to your GP ☆ Ask to be referred to specialist mental health services in your area. Never struggle alone - we are #StrongerTogether let other's support you in your time of need. #mentalhealth #crisis #crisisservices #MentalHealthAwareness #nevergiveup #wegotyou #supportservices #nhsservices #mentalhealthfoundation https://www.instagram.com/p/CAVMnfXpzWk/?igshid=1fvzvauqfypfn

I was wondering if you knew what the process for MTF SRS was in the U.K.? I’ve been researching all things trans related for years now and it’s one of the few things I’ve got no idea about, I don’t know if it can be done under the NHS? Is it better to go abroad? How expensive is it privately? Sorry if that’s too many questions, it’s just I realised this morning that I’m starting HRT this year hopefully and I don’t even know how long I have to wait for the right junk. Thanks
I don’t know anything about gender affirmation surgery in the UK, but a quick search brought me these results (gendered language and casual cissexism warning):
https://www.reddit.com/r/transgenderUK/comments/5gb7uo/how_is_srs_on_the_nhs_if_youve_had_it_are_you/

If anyone has more of an idea, please let me know! Anon, you might try @tmitransitioning, @transgenderteensurvivalguide, @trans-advice as well!
