DAY OF RESULT
So, its 14th of June 2023, the day of result. Yeah I am talking about NEET. Those who don't know about this, it is actually a pre medical entrance test. As I am an NEET aspirant, for me it's a day of mourning. Huhh!! you are taking it right, i did'nt get good enough marks to qualify.
There are a lots of questions in my mind, but one question, Am I able to fight such tough examinations. I was a bright student till 10th standard, but now, studying the same course for 2 years still not getting enough marks to qualify any exams. Is this my bad luck or my inability.

Stay Healthy: Maintain a balanced lifestyle with a nutritious diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep. A healthy body and mind are essential for effective studying.

Time Management in Exam: During the actual exam, allocate time wisely to each section and question. Don't get stuck on a single question for too long.
Elimination Strategy: Develop an elimination strategy for multiple-choice questions. Eliminate obviously incorrect options to increase your chances of selecting the right answer.
Professional Guidance: Consider joining a reputable coaching institute for expert guidance, access to quality study materials, and regular mock tests.
Stay Updated: Keep yourself informed about any changes in the NEET syllabus, exam pattern, or important updates.
Relaxation Techniques: Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing and mindfulness to manage exam-related stress.
Remember that achieving a high score in NEET requires consistent effort, dedication, and a balanced approach. Don't be discouraged by challenges; stay focused on your goal and keep working towards it. Every small improvement you make contributes to your overall success. Good luck on your NEET journey!

7 Essential Tips for NEET Exam Preparation
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a highly competitive examination that determines admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in India. With thousands of aspirants vying for a limited number of seats, thorough preparation is crucial for success in the NEET exam. In this article, we will provide you with seven essential tips to help you effectively prepare for the NEET exam, covering topics such as creating a study plan, understanding the exam pattern, utilizing resources, and maintaining a healthy mindset.
Create a Study Plan
A well-structured study plan is the foundation of successful NEET preparation. Start by understanding the syllabus and dividing it into manageable sections. Allocate dedicated study time for each topic, giving priority to areas that require more attention. Create a realistic timetable that includes regular study hours, breaks, and revision sessions. A study plan helps you stay organized, track your progress, and ensures that you cover all the necessary topics within the given time frame.
Understand the Exam Pattern
Familiarize yourself with the NEET exam pattern to develop a strategic approach. Understand the number of questions, marking scheme, and time duration for each section. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions, so practice solving MCQs to improve your speed and accuracy. Analyze previous years’ question papers to identify recurring topics and prioritize them during your preparation. Being well-versed with the exam pattern will boost your confidence and help you navigate the exam effectively.
Utilize Reliable Resources
Choose your study materials wisely. Refer to reputable NEET preparation books, study guides, and online resources recommended by experts. NCERT textbooks are highly recommended for the foundational concepts. Online platforms, video lectures, and mock tests can also supplement your preparation. Make use of online question banks and sample papers to practice solving a variety of questions. Quality study resources enhance your understanding of the subjects and provide comprehensive coverage of the NEET syllabus.
Focus on Conceptual Understanding
NEET is not just about memorizing facts; it requires a strong conceptual understanding of subjects like physics, chemistry, and biology. Instead of rote learning, focus on understanding the underlying principles and applications. Break down complex topics into simpler concepts and establish connections between different chapters. Regularly revise and practice applying your knowledge to solve problems. Strong conceptual clarity will enable you to tackle a wide range of questions effectively.
Regular Practice and Mock Tests
Practice is crucial for NEET preparation. Solve a wide variety of practice questions to build your problem-solving skills and speed. Take regular mock tests to simulate the exam environment and assess your progress. Analyze your performance, identify weak areas, and work on improving them. Time management is key during the exam, so practice solving questions within the allotted time frame. Regular practice and mock tests will enhance your confidence and familiarize you with the exam format.
Seek Clarification and Guidance
Don’t hesitate to seek clarification when you encounter doubts or difficulties. Reach out to your teachers, mentors, or fellow NEET aspirants for guidance. Joining a coaching institute or online study group can provide valuable support and access to expert guidance. Participate in doubt-solving sessions and interactive discussions to deepen your understanding. Collaborating with others who share the same goals can provide motivation and help you stay on track.
Maintain a Healthy Mindset
Preparing for NEET can be mentally and emotionally challenging. It’s crucial to maintain a healthy mindset throughout your preparation. Take regular breaks, engage in physical activities, and pursue hobbies to relax and rejuvenate. Practice mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing, to manage stress and stay

BAMS Course: A Comprehensive Guide to Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a degree program that combines the study of traditional Ayurvedic systems with modern medicine. It is a comprehensive course that lasts for five and a half years, including four and a half years of academic instruction and one year of mandatory internship. Students who enroll in BAMS can gain extensive knowledge about Ayurvedic theory, as well as the basic principles of contemporary medical science.
One of the reasons to study BAMS is the power of Ayurveda, which has been around for thousands of years and is still relevant today. BAMS teaches students about Ayurveda in-depth, including herbs, natural remedies, massages, and more. By the end of the course, students will be able to help people using natural methods. BAMS also requires various skills such as Ayurvedic knowledge, anatomy and physiology expertise, diagnosis and treatment abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, and more.
There are several career opportunities available for BAMS graduates in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries. BAMS graduates can become Ayurvedic doctors, medical representatives, counselors, sales managers, pharmacists, and more. Private practice is also an option, and BAMS graduates can pursue postgraduate and Ph.D. programs to become professors in Ayurveda colleges. Other roles for BAMS graduates include Ayurveda counselor, dietician, Panchkarma Practitioner, and research and development roles within the Ayurveda industry.
SGT University offers an affordable fee structure for BAMS courses and is considered the best Ayurveda college in Delhi NCR and Haryana due to its exceptional BAMS program, expert faculty, advanced facilities, and practical training. Candidates who have qualified for NEET are eligible for admission to the BAMS course at SGT University.

"DROP " when you drop something it usually means letting something go, but ironically in an aspirant's life it means to hold on to something, it means to hold on to the belief that you'll catch your seat this time ,it means you're not ready to let go off your hard work , the notes you stuck on your wall are still stuck in your head , the facts you mugged up you still murmur in your sleep , and most importantly you still want your dream to be fulfilled, you still have hope .
