I know most Tumblr denizens aren't really into sports, but I need you all to be aware of Mohamed Diarra, a forward on the NC State men's basketball team. They're playing in the Final Four as I write this (for non-college basketball fans, that's the semifinals of the championship tournament), which NO ONE expected, and Diarra is one of their star players.

Diarra has also been fasting for Ramadan for the entirety of the ACC conference tournament and NCAA tournament. His coach let's him know as soon as the sun sets so that he can get some food, but he's regularly playing at least half a game at one of the most intense and stressful tournaments without having eaten anything all day. He's amazing.

Unfortunately, the sun isn't going to set until after today's game, so keep him in your thoughts. Inshallah Diarra won't injure himself tonight.

Does anyone have NC State experience they can share in regard to campus jobs? I really should apply for something but my schedule is pretty wonky. Are there any, preferably center or north campus, jobs that are really flexible with scheduling?
