Thank you, anon!!! I’ve been in such a Conguel mood (I’m writing an entire Conguel multi-chapter fic as we speak, so…), I’m so excited for this!!

This WILL contain spoilers for the book, just a head’s up.

1-When I started shipping it if I did: When I read the book back in February 2020. I actually think I shipped them before I shipped TreeBros, believe it or not.

2-My thoughts: I adore them. Like, ridiculously adore them.

3-What makes me happy about them: Just the idea that Connor DID have someone in his life that he could rely on, who loved and appreciated him. He wasn’t completely alone.

4-What makes me sad about them: How things ended, obviously. That they never reconciled. And the “what if” of it - what if Miguel HAD texted Connor back? I actually wrote a one shot where he did, hehe. Enjoy:

5-Things done in fanfics that annoy me: Making Miguel the villain. Some people even make him physically and/or mentally abusive to Connor. Like… what?!?! If you don’t like him, don’t include him. Or use an OC. But literally nothing in book canon suggests he was this horrible person that some people make him out to be.

6-Things I look for in fanfic: Conguel being happy, whether it’s as friends or in a relationship

7-Who I’d be comfortable with them ending up with, if not each other: Evan or Jared. For both of them and in whichever pairing, haha. I love TreeBros, Conguel, Evguel, Kleinphy and Kleinguel. So I’m happy with any of that.

8-My happily ever after for them: Again, them just being together, whether they’re friends or in a relationship. Them getting to make up and be happy.

9-Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Miguel is the big spoon. Connor’s the little spoon.

10-What is their favorite non-sexual activity: Aside from smoking weed (which they like doing together because they feel safe together and trust each other), they love going to bookstores, museums, coffee shops, etc. and I feel like they’d also just be homebody’s and watch movies. Connor doesn’t like being around people that much, and Miguel’s happy to do whatever makes Connor happy, as long as they can be together.

the first character i ever fell in love with: Connor (Pretty sure everyone knows this already, heh).

a character that i used to love/like, but now do not: TBH, it’s the reverse for me with DEH. I had characters I didn’t like as much in the beginning and now love (thanks to reading and writing fanfic), like Jared, as one example.

a ship that i used to love/like, but now do not: Umm... That’s tough because I multi-ship this fandom. I guess I liked BandTrees more the first time I watched the show, and then I went Trash for TreeBros so :D

my ultimate favorite character™: Connor, obvs

prettiest character: Oof. That depends on who’s playing them. Gonna go with Mike Faist Connor because I adore Mike Faist. But I’m bisexual and I suck at choosing one of anything, so I’m also gonna say Olivia Puckett as either Zoe or Alana because Olivia is gorgeous.

my most hated character: Does Mark Hansen count? I know he’s not technically in the show, but he’s mentioned and I really don’t hate anyone else, so. 

my OTP: TreeBros, obvs

my NOTP: Um.. I’m not a huge fan of Zoe x Jared. I love the potential dynamic between Connor and Jared if Jared’s dating Zoe. I think that would be hilarious. And I don’t mind writing Zoe x Jared, if I get a request for them (which I did and am working on), but I don’t really ship them. Also Evan x Alana. Would totally write it, if requested, but don’t ship it. I’m not out here to ship shame anyone - y’all should know I don’t condone that at all - so please note this is just my opinion and I’m not trying to make anyone feel bad if they ship Zoe x Jared or Evan x Alana, at all. Ship away and enjoy your ship! <3 

favorite episode: I’m gonna alter this since it’s a musical and doesn’t really change, and make the question be “favorite bootleg” and say the bootleg where Will Roland messes up during Sincerely Me and Ben Platt makes fun of him for it. I cackle every time I watch it. Although I’d pay good money to get my hands on video of Alex Boniello tripping and falling while exiting the stage during Michael Park’s birthday show, hahahaha

saddest death: Connor. Duh. Even if there were multiple deaths, it would still be Connor.

favorite season: Again, for the sake of this being a musical, I’ll change this to favorite song? Yeah, favorite song works. So my favorite song is Disappear, to absolutely no ones surprise

least favorite season: So we’ll call this “least favorite song” then. So.. Hmmm... Okay. If I HAD to pick a least favorite song, I’d say To Break in a Glove. BUT... I fully, 100% appreciate the message of the song and the insight into Larry, etc. I’m not knocking it’s importance. Just not my favorite song to jam out to. 

character that everyone else in the fandom loves, but i hate: I don’t really think I hate any of the characters, so... Like I said, Mark Hansen. But no one loves him. So. Yeah. Can’t really answer this one, sorry! 

my ‘you’re piece of trash, but you’re still a fave’ fave: I don’t think any of the characters are trash so I can’t answer this either, sorry!

my ‘beautiful cinnamon roll who deserves better than this’ fave: Connor. Obvs. He deserves the world. I won’t be convinced otherwise.

my ‘this ship is wrong, nasty, and makes me want to cleanse my soul, but i still love it’ ship: Errr... Again, I don’t like to ship shame. And I multi-ship DEH. So I really don’t want to name one. And I don’t really think any of them are nasty or wrong, so.

my ‘they’re kind of cute, and I lowkey ship them, but i’m not too invested’ ship: Conlana. I love the potential dynamic. And, not trying to sound conceited or whatever, but I love the way I write them, and their banter and tenderness when I write them. It’s not a top ship for me, but I adore them.

Hi! Idk if you're still taking requests for Kleinsen stuff but... What if Jared gets picked on at school but in an almost jokingly manner that usually goes unnoticed but Evan sees it and tries to confront him on that, then angst then hurt/comfort and maybe a getting together fic ending with fluff?

I’m def still taking requests. This sounds fun! So to clarify, Jared gets picked on but it’s done in a joking way, and he laughs it off, but Evan checks on him and maybe Jared reveals it actually did hurt and Evan comforts him? Am I getting that right? I’ll def add this to my list. I may be slow, just watch for it here at some point! :)

So... hahaha. I had a whole long answer written out, and then I had to put my phone down for one second and the screen went black and tumblr deleted it 🙃 So lemme try this again..

When reading and writing fanfic, I tend to picture each character as a combination of specific actors who played them and, weirdly enough, my favorite fanart depictions of them - to such a degree that, sometimes, I almost see them in my head as more cartoonish than real people-ish. Which sounds weird but makes sense in my head, heh.

For Evan, I usually picture someone who’s Ben Platt’s height and build, but I picture him as having dirty blonde hair, which is kind of funny because my favorite Evan actors - Ben Platt, Roman Banks, Michael Lee Brown - all have darker hair. I think it’s because he’s described as being blonde in a lot of fanfics, so the idea just planted itself in my head and I can’t shake it.

For Connor, I def usually picture either Mike Faist or Marrick Smith because they’re my favorite Connor actors. That or I picture someone with Mike’s features - tall, thin, long brown hair - but not Mike’s face, just a generic face.

I don’t usually picture a specific actress for Zoe, but what she ends up looking like in my head is a weird combination of Laura Dreyfuss, Olivia Puckett and Mallory Bechtel. She’s usually a brunette and usually pretty tall, but not as tall as Connor.

Alana is always either Kristolyn Lloyd or Samantha Williams, or a combination of them. They’re my two favorite Alana actresses, followed by Olivia Puckett.

Jared is usually Nik Dodani (who, for those who don’t know, is playing Jared in the DEH movie). Once they announced Nik as Jared and once I watched some of his stand-up on YouTube, that was it for me. He’s my go-to for Jared now. Although sometimes I picture Jared as just a generic dark-haired, short, chubby boy worn glasses. It depends on how he’s depicted in whatever I’m reading of writing.

Heidi will always be Rachel Bay Jones. I just can’t picture anyone else as Heidi.

For Cynthia, I usually just picture a generic redhead. No specific actor, and sometimes I can’t even picture clear facial features in my head for her, I have no idea why.

Larry is always either Michael Park or Ivan Hernandez, and I know there’s a big difference there but they’re my two favorite Larry’s, so who I picture just depends on how Larry is depicted in whatever I’m reading/writing

neurodivergent jared is a thing and i absolutely live for it ngl soo here i come on my knees asking for kleisen hc’s w neurodivergent jared 😌🥺

So, technically, I don’t have any of the conditions that are considered neurodivergent (typically, autism, ADHD, and sometimes dyslexia). I’m pretty sure I have ADHD, but I’m not officially diagnosed. Because of that, I collaborated with @djbead123 to create these (ie: they created ALL of these and I just went YESSSSSS because I loved them). Hope you like them, anon! Doing a “read more” here because there’s a LOT! 

So yeah, enjoy! :D

1- Jared uses language and words that are considered rude but he means well. He uses sarcasm to mask his neurodivergence, thinking that it's how "normal" teens act. 2- Evan and Jared hold hands when Jared says it's ok. Sometimes touch is overwhelming but he still wants to be close to Evan. He really enjoys sharing his space with him 3- Jared has issues with people moving his things or putting his stuff in the wrong places. In class, he has a set way he arranges his computer, pencils, etc. He gets really upset when his system is disturbed and he can start stress stimming as a result 4- Evan has a fidget cube. He’s autistic and doesn't like making eye contact. 5- Both of them being neurodivergent has its ups and downs 6- Jared love love LOVES wearing Evan's shirts; specifically, ones that he wears when he stays over. He slaps and bounces and rocks when wearing them because of how they feel 7- Jared cannot stand still, he literally bounces or fidgets in place while standing and when he sits, he rocks in his seat 8- Evan has trouble speaking in crowds and he goes nonverbal when too nervous or upset. Sometimes there are days where he just can't speak at all. When he's with Jared, he's much more open and loud 9- Jared has a super good memory but is shitty about time. He’ll wake up late, remember what time he's supposed to turn in assignments but turn them in super late because he didn't notice the time pass, etc. 10- Jared loves computers and robotics club 11- Evan and Jared do cuddle and show affection. Evan is ok with touch but please don't do it without permission. Jared is only ok with touch sometimes but he loves cuddling with Evan and kissing him 12- They go to the park alot because it’s Evan's favorite place. Jared doesn't mind, his boyfriend is happy and stimming and showing Jared all the trees and pointing out every sound and thing he sees and identifying it. Jared listens. 13- Jared info dumps about computers and video games to Evan. Evan doesn't understands the mechanics of computers but he adores Jared flapping his hands and rocking while talking about his special interests 14- Evan chews on his skin or nails when upset. He’ll chew until he bleeds. Jared got him a chew necklace that's got a pine tree on it and Evan cried because it was such a nice thing 15- Evan got Jared a scented plush that lights up in the dark when turned on. Jared loves that little plushie SO much; the texture, scent, feel, color - just makes him so so happy 16- Evan is a picky eater and HATES so much when his food touches, it ruins it. Jared, when he makes them both snacks/food, makes sure it's a food Evan will eat and that it DOESN'T touch 17- Evan doesn't understand alot of the memes Jared sends but sometimes he does and he laughs. Jared explains the joke to him if Evan takes it too literally and starts worrying 18- Jared begged his parents for TWO switches, one for him and one for Evan. Evan's switch is blue, and Jared's is purple and orange. They both play a lot of games until Evan gets tired. Jared has no awareness of time but when he sees Evan asleep, he covers him up just enough so that he isn't cold 18- Jared and Evan are both autistic but it doesn't stop them from being mushy in public, they just have their own way of being soft. Evan sends Jared a blue heart everyday, at a certain time, before class. If he can't then he says "blue heart" meaning "I love you.” Jared shows his love by calling Evan names that are parts of a computer, the important parts. 19- Jared knows asl and taught Evan so they talk in signs when Evan is nonverbal. Jared loves saying "I love you" and "baby" to Evan. It makes him blush 20: Jared and Evan spend time together just watching movies and eating snacks

Ooohhhh, yesssssss. Okay, so:

-Janis is a lesbian. She doesn’t like to label it and she doesn’t talk about it with anyone except Damian. She tells Cady once they’ve known each other a bit longer.

-I know other people have said this, and I agree: She was friends with Regina when they were younger. I think she either had a crush on Regina and tried to act on it, or she just admitted to Regina she liked girls and the friendship went bust.

-I def think Janis’s parents know about - and are supportive of - her sexuality. They DID pull her out of school after the Regina Pool Party incident. But I also don’t think Janis is super close to her parents. They get along but they don’t talk much and they don’t bond. As long as she gets good grades and behaves, they don’t really need to ground her often. And their idea of “good grades” means they understand if she gets the occasional B or C. They know she’s an artist and some subjects are harder. They don’t expect her to be perfect, they just want her to try

-It’s canon that Janis loves art, is good at it, and used it as an outlet. She mostly paints in the show, but I think she has tried several different mediums and wants to keep trying more. I think she’d major in something “practical” in college, but minor in something like art history. Or maybe she’s just flat-out major in art history.

-She hates coffee. Like, absolutely hates how it tastes. But she’ll drink it when she needs it (okay maybe I’m projecting there... hehe)

-I think this goes without saying, but despite how tough and nonchalant she acts, and despite her “I don’t care what you think of me” attitude, I think she cares very much and she uses her attitude and outward confidence to hide how vulnerable and alone she feels

26- First-person-narrative or third-person-narrative? In my fanfics, I always do third person. In my own personal writing, I usually do first person.

48- What is your favorite sentence that you’ve used in a fanfic? Oof. I’ve written so many fics, I don’t even know. Lemme get back to you on this one!

50- Can we get a teaser for an upcoming chapter? I don’t have the next chapter of Catch Me If I Fall written, but here’s a sneak-peak at the upcoming Kleinphy fic I’m writing with someone:

“He’s awake.”

Jared sat up, frowning at a clearly panicked Evan, his eyes wide and his breathing coming in short gasps.

“Evan,” Jared said firmly, standing up and approaching him. “You need to chill or you’re going to work yourself into a panic attack.”

Evan nodded, trying to control his breathing, but he couldn’t calm down. “Connor’s awake. He woke up. Zoe texted me. He’s awake and he’s going to tell his parents that we LIED. They’re going to find out the emails are all FAKE.”

Jared froze, eyes wide. “H-he woke up..?”

Evan nodded again. “He woke up today. He’s still pretty out of it but- oh god. I’m going to be sick.”

hmmmm how bout some kleinphy hc where like jared’s kinda having a bad day n like Not Present™️ and kinda like zoning out n stuff cause it was bad at school idk??

Yesssss ahhhhhh, okay. So:

-Connor can tell immediately that something is wrong because when he meets Jared at his locker, Jared barely says anything. Usually he offers up some kind of bad joke to make Connor smile but he just mumbles a hello and walks quietly at Connor’s side. He barely even looks at Connor.

-Usually Connor’s the quiet one, especially in the morning. But Jared isn’t saying anything, so Connor fills the silence with nonsense. Jared doesn’t have the energy to respond, but he knows Connor is trying, so he takes Connor’s hand and holds it the rest of the way to class as a silent “thank you.”

-They have first and third period together, and then Connor doesn’t see Jared again until they meet at his locker at the end of the day. Jared looks even more miserable than he did that morning. Connor asks if Jared wants him to come over and they can chill. Jared hesitates a bit but says yes. He doesn’t want to be alone, though he won’t admit it.

-Connor drives them because Jared seems too out of it to focus. Jared’s parents aren’t home, so they go right down to the basement. Connor orders them food and tells Jared to pick a movie.

-The food arrives quickly and they eat while watching movies. After awhile, Jared lays down so his head is in Connor’s lap, and Connor runs his fingers through Jared’s hair, giving him little head scratches. Jared sighs and closes his eyes. He falls asleep.

-When Jared wakes up, he feels bad that he kept Connor pinned to the couch for over an hour. Connor shrugs him off and asks if he feels better, and does he want to talk about it? (He knows Jared won’t want to talk about it, but he asks anyway). Jared says he feels better but he doesn’t want to talk about it. He sits up long enough to give Connor a kiss and thank him for being an amazing boyfriend, then he lays down again and they resume watching movies.

-Connor ends up spending the night because Jared still doesn’t want to be home alone, and his parents won’t be home till late.

-They wake up in Jared’s bed the next morning when his mom calls them down to breakfast. Jared rolls over into Connor’s arms and thanks him again for being amazing. Connor gives him a kiss on the forehead and tells him he’ll always be there for him, no matter what. Jared finally smiles for the first time in days and says he knows, and he appreciates it. And also, same. Connor grins. They kiss. And then they go down to breakfast.

Favorite Connor and what do you think of Alex Boniello?

Mike was the first Connor I ever saw, and I adore him in general. So he’ll always hold a special place in my heart. But every Connor I’ve seen has been amazing so far. So far, I’ve also seen Alex and Roman, and heard audio/seen clips of Marrick, and they’re all amazing. They each bring something different to the role.

Alex is awesome. I’m excited for him to put out more original music!

Now here’s an interesting one, headcanons for Miguel and Zoe??? (It can be platonic or romantic) 👀

Ooohhhhhh, this is an interesting one, indeed. Since the book says Miguel is gay (and that’s how I hc him), I’m gonna say this is an AU where Connor and Miguel are dating, and Miguel and Zoe are really good friends. So:

*Zoe came home from school one day, and walked in on Connor and Miguel full-on making out in the living room. So that’s how she found out they were together.

*Connor and Zoe have gotten to a better place in their relationship, so she hangs out with him and Miguel a lot. First of all, Connor and Zoe just like spending time together now that they aren’t screaming at each other all the time. Second of all, Connor isn’t ready to tell Cynthia and Larry that he’s gay, so Zoe pretends that Miguel is her friend from jazz band.

*They LOVE picking on Connor. They’ll pick on him mercilessly until he’s ready to kill them both, and then Miguel makes it up to him with kisses and cuddles, and Zoe rolls her eyes at them for being all lovey and cheesy.

*Miguel is like a giant teddy bear. He loves to cuddle and snuggle the people he’s close with. Because of that, Zoe loves using him as a pillow. Connor pretends to be jealous and makes jokes about it, but he secretly loves that his sister and boyfriend get along. After all those years of him and Zoe fighting, it makes him really happy that he can be open with her about his life.

*Larry came home from work one night and found the three of them hanging out on the couch, and Zoe was leaning against Miguel‘s side with her head on his shoulder, so Larry pulled Miguel aside to have a “if you’re gonna date my daughter” conversation and Miguel was like “I can assure you, she and I are just friends” and Larry is all “oh, haha, sure.” And Miguel is like “No, but for real, she’s not my type.” And Larry gets insulted, like, why is my daughter not good enough for you? And Miguel is like “I mean... she’s just straight-up not my type.” Larry doesn’t get it. But it cracks Zoe and Connor up when he tells them

*From then on, Miguel will come up with really vague gay jokes and use them on Cynthia and Larry. They’re clueless, and they get REALLY confused when Connor and Zoe practically start crying because they’re laughing so hard.

*Zoe teaches Miguel and Connor calligraphy

*Sometimes, Connor and Miguel will be hanging out in Connor’s room, and Miguel will be like brb. And then he’s gone forever and Connor’s like ?? And he’ll go looking for Miguel, and he’s in Zoe’s room, laughing and gossiping. He usually just rolls his eyes and goes back to his room and waits it out. But sometimes he’ll join them. He despises gossip, but he’ll just lay down with his head in Miguel’s lap and let Miguel play with his hair and he’ll listen to them talk and laugh

*Zoe helps Connor get ready for his dates, and covers for him when he’s gone. And Miguel always runs his date ideas by Zoe for approval/planning help

* Zoe and Miguel always duet if a place they go has a karaoke set up. They act so ridiculous, Connor pretends he doesn’t know them the rest of the night (sometimes he even goes as far as switching tables to get away from them).

*ALSO... when they’re older, Miguel and Connor take Zoe out for her 21st birthday and she and Miguel get completely wasted, and Connor is like 🙄 (I hc he prefers being high to being drink, so he’s the designated driver). Both Miguel and Zoe are flirty/goofy/silly when they’re drunk and Connor is just like “🙄🙄 omg, you’re both ridiculous.”

*Zoe and Miguel LOVE dressing up for Halloween. Connor loves Halloween for the candy and horror movies, but he hates dressing up. So Zoe and Miguel will “couple costume.” They go all-out and have even won a few couple costume contests.

Yesssssss. I love Miconman (Miguel x Connor x Jared) so much, ahhhh 😍 Sorry this took so long (I was at work), but here’s a couple hcs for them. I have more, but these are a few of my favorites:

-Connor and Jared get super uncomfortable with PDA, but Miguel loves giving them little kisses and holding their hands. Connor and Jared kinda hate it but secretly love it. They love when Miguel dotes on them, which is often.

-Miguel once got them kicked out of a store because he was teasing Connor and chased him around the store, trying to pinch his ass. The store manager was NOT amused...

-Jared secretly loves cheesy rom coms but he tells Connor and Miguel he only watches them so he can make fun of them (except Connor and Miguel know he ACTUALLY likes them, but they don’t tell him they know so he can preserve his dignity).

-Miguel loves to cook and bake. Connor and Jared are his Guinea Pigs for new recipes

-Connor hates his birthday, so Miguel and Jared never officially acknowledge that it’s his birthday; instead, they just do all sorts of nice things for him, like make him breakfast in bed and let him control the Netflix remote and let him decide what they’re doing for dinner, etc. Connor totally knows they’re doing it because it’s his birthday, but he really appreciates that they try to be subtle

-Random, but: All the parents are supportive in this au. The Murphy’s are a little confused and unsure but they support Connor. The Kleinman’s are SUPER supportive. Miguel’s grandmother just loves him and wants him to be happy

-Mentioned that because... The three families all love having giant BBQs together in the summer. They usually host them at the Kleinman’s because they have a pool. They’ll BBQ at least once a week starting the first weekend the Kleinman’s open their pool until Labor Day weekend.

Sure thing! Please be patient with me if these aren’t perfect! 

1) Who rocks the Ferris Wheel seat and who flips out and begs them to stop? I could totally see Zoe rocking the seat and Evan being like “ZOE STAHP!” 

2) Who is always horny and will have sex at any time, at any place and at any time? Hmm.. Honestly, I see it being Evan. Not to be all stereotypical “Boys can’t stop thinking about sex!” He just truly can’t believe this pretty girl likes him enough to be with him, so he just always wants to be close to her, in every way possible. 

3) Who is more into taking showers/baths together? Who tries to make it relaxing and who tries to make it sexy time? I feel like they’d both enjoy taking a bath together, and just having it be a relaxing time. They tried shower sex once, but it’s a LOT harder than it looks, so they decided it’s not for them. But they love cuddling up close in a warm bath

4) Who likes to walk around the house naked and who tells the other to go put some clothes on? I can’t picture either wanting to walk around naked. Like, maybe walking from the bathroom to the bedroom after a shower/bath. And maybe sleeping naked on hot nights. But I don’t see them just randomly walking around naked for no reason

5) Who sleeps on the couch when they get into a fight? Zoe because she’s stubborn. Evan would be like “I’m sorry we fought, but you DON’T have to sleep on the couch.” But Zoe would insist. And when Evan argues that HE should take the couch, then, Zoe won’t let him because she knows he doesn’t always sleep well to begin with and even when she’s mad at him, she still cares and knows he’ll sleep better in a bed than the couch.

6) Who takes photos of the other while they sleep? Zoe did it once as a joke because Evan was cuddling one of her stuffed animals and she HAD to document it. This was on a rare weekend where Larry and Cynthia were away, so Evan was actually able to go over to Zoe’s house for once, and Evan’s not used to sleeping in a bed that isn’t his own, and the stuffed animal was really soft and fluffy, and it helped him fall asleep faster.

7) Who said “I love you” first? and who ends their arguments in a fight with “Because I love you”? Evan said it first, but then he panicked and was worried Zoe wouldn’t say it back, but she did. I also think Evan would end the argument by saying it, but more a a reminder that he REALLY DOES LOVE HER. Because every time they argue, he’s worried she’ll get tired of him and dump him. And each time, she rolls her eyes and reminds him that couples FIGHT sometimes, Evan, I’m not dumping you over a silly fight. 

8) Who likes to wear the others sweatshirts? Zoe loves wearing Evan’s sweatshirts

9) Who wakes the other up in the middle of the night to tell them a cool dream they had? Who has the most nightmares, and who sings them back to sleep after? Evan has a lot of nightmares, so when he DOES have a cool dream, he immediately wakes Zoe to tell her, but she panics at first, thinking he’s having ANOTHER nightmare, and then she’s relieved that he’s not. And she definitely sings him to sleep.

10) Who is more likely to cheat? Neither.

11) Who makes fun of the other for having a crush on them, and who has to remind them that they are in a relationship? I think Zoe would have to do both, haha. Again - ANXIETY, so Evan just gets nervous about every little thing and always thinks he’s not good enough for Zoe, so she has to reassure him that’s NOT true.

12) Who starts a food fight in the kitchen? Zoe. I definitely headcanon that Zoe’s the goofy, silly one in the relationship. She likes to tease Evan and do things very spontaneously. 

13) Who initiates duets? and who is the better singer? Zoe, for sure.

14) Who starts the hand holding? Who grabs the others butt? Who slides their arm around their waist? Who likes to put their fingers in the belt loops? Evan LOVES holding Zoe’s hand. Zoe grabs Evan’s butt, which makes him blush. But when she does, he definitely wraps his arms around her waist and pulls her in for a kiss (her bold action makes him feel bold, so). Zoe puts her fingers in Evan’s belt loops to pull him closer.

15) Who likes writes the others name on their wrist? Zoe, and she does it in pretty calligraphy. And then Evan is both embarrassed that she wrote his name on her skin, but in awe of her gorgeous calligraphy

16) Who is more seductive when they are drunk? and who is louder in bed? Evan gets flirty when he’s drunk, and he TRIES to be seductive. Zoe’s louder because Evan is just quiet in general.

17) Who is more protective? Evan. Like, he’s usually very quiet and reserved and won’t stand up for himself, but he’s VERY protective of Zoe. She kind of hates it because she can take care of herself, thanks. BUT ALSO.. Evan is so quiet and anxious that it melts her heart when he stands up for her.

18) Who talks to the other while they are sleeping? Evan talks in his sleep. And if Zoe’s awake, she’ll answer him. And Evan doesn’t remember AT ALL the next day. So one night, Zoe recorded it, and they spent twenty minutes laughing so hard at the dumb things Evan said, they can’t even breath by the end of it. Evan’s kind of embarrassed, but he also can’t help but laugh at himself, especially since but Zoe assures him she thinks it’s adorable

19) Who drives and who has the window seat? Zoe drives, Evan has the window seat. But sometimes, Zoe lets Evan take the wheel on local roads for a few minutes to try to help him get over his driving anxiety.

20) Who falls asleep in the others lap and who carries them to bed? Zoe falls asleep with her head on Evan’s lap a lot, especially when they’re watching movies late at night. But Evan doesn’t want to wake or move her, so he ends up falling asleep, too.

21) Who cuts the others hair? Zoe cuts Evan’s hair. 

22) Who is super bad at sexting? and who sends them encouraging messages throughout the day? They’re both terrible at sexting. Evan feels awkward and Zoe doesn’t get the point in it - it’s more fun to just wait and have the real thing. I think they’d both send encouraging messages, though. 

23) Who thinks they are not good enough for the others love? and who’s more afraid of loosing the other? Who thinks they keep messing up, only for the other to tell them they don’t need to worry? Definitely, 100% Evan. His anxiety is a bitch and always makes him feel like he’s not good enough for Zoe. But she always reassures him that he IS and she loves him, and she’s not going to leave him. And then Evan worries she’ll want to leave him because of how much she has to reassure him she won’t, but she just rolls her eyes and tells him to kiss her and shut up.

24) Who starts random slow dancing with the other in the kitchen? Who holds the other just above the ground and kisses them? I hc Evan as the hopeless romantic, so he’d definitely spin Zoe around and make her dance with him. 

25) Who says shitty puns and sex jokes just to see the other giggle and blush? Zoe. Again, she’s the goofy silly flirty joker, and she LOVES making Evan blush. But once in awhile, he comes out with something that makes her laugh so hard, she can’t breath. And Evan’s always very proud of himself for that.

26) Who kissed first? Evan kisses Zoe first, a little impulsively (just like in the show), and he’s terrified she’ll hate him, but then she kisses him back

27) Who orders take out at two in a morning? and who wakes the other up at three in the morning to go downstairs with them to get a glass of water because it’s too dark? Evan would wake up in the middle of the night and Zoe would ask if he’s okay, and then she’d suggest take-out and a late-night movie to help him fall back to sleep.

28) Who writes poems/stories and love songs about the other? Do they sing the songs the write for them? Zoe would write songs about Evan, but she’s shy when it comes to sharing her songs. Except one day, Evan sees her writing one and asks her to sing it. He tells her how amazing it is, and from then on out, she sings more for him.

29) Who does some crazy stunt to try and impress the other and who ends up driving them to the emergency room after it backfires? Evan would totally do something stupid and end up in the emergency room. And then he’d have BOTH Zoe AND Heidi scolding him for it.

30) Who is embarrassed when they have to wear their glasses and who thinks they look super cute? I think Zoe needs glasses for reading, and she HATES THEM SO MUCH, but Evan assures her she looks adorable
