It’s an online film festival that allows the user to stream french films for free!! According to the official website Latin America, India, Poland, Russia, Africa, and Romania can stream all the films and short films for free, while other countries have to pay a fee for film. However the short films are free everywhere. 

You only have to go to https://www.myfrenchfilmfestival.com/en/, create an account and start watching. (The account is for you to rate the films that are in competition).
