I think I've reached the point again when I'm in the waterfall of my feelings. So now this is going to be an emotional post.

Firstly I just want to thank Patti LuPone for everything what she is doing, done and will do in the future.

I'm overjoyed to have “met” the most amazing woman in the world since my heart is constantly searching for people who can make my life better. Even though she lives far away, I still feel like she gave me something special. The thing I really needed was confidence. I've always been shy and timid, but Patti, who was unaware of it, gave me courage and strength.

I'm not as reserved in private as others perceive me to be, and Patti taught me to be bold and unafraid to show the real me. Her encouraging comments and strong, witty demeanour helped me recognise that, despite my constant kindness, I can't please everyone. She taught me that, despite the fact that it can be scary, there are times when I have to step into the unknown, embrace uncertainty, and trust that I am capable of navigating whatever comes my way. Sometimes, growth only happens when I push past my fears and challenge myself to take risks, even when the outcome is uncertain. It’s in those moments that I discover strengths I never knew I had and learn that resilience comes not from avoiding discomfort, but from facing it head-on.

She also made me embrace my sexuality and made me feel her love and support. There are no words to express how much she means to me, yet she always makes me smile when I need it most.

So, what I’d like to say to her is this:

Patti, I adore you with all my heart. Your work has touched me in ways words can’t express, and your influence has shaped so much of who I am. I’m incredibly grateful for everything you’ve shared with the world. I truly hope one day I’ll have the chance to thank you in person for all that you’ve done. ❤️

grew up an only child so he took jeongin in as his little brother when they were trainees.

held jisung as he cried after their first ever win, despite their rocky relationship in the beginning.

loves his pets so dearly, he wrote a song for a puppy that passed titled 'little star'.

has the counseling center to listen to stay's worries and give them advice as best as he can in both korean and english. "i will always pray for you," he said.

reads books like pride and prejudice, and watches movies like the notebook and notting hill.

despite being loud at times, is introverted and appreciates his time alone.

signed "i love you" on a fancall with a stay who he mistook as deaf, and donated to charities that help deaf/hard of hearing people.

is open about his flaws, once admitting to being greedy and yearning for more accomplishments in an interview.

considers dance to be another language he speaks.

apologized to and thanked his mom after realizing how hard it can be taking care of a baby for even just a day.

is in love with the idea of eternal love, named himself "love" on bubble once, coined the term "love stay", and believes love is a promise until death.

was a curious child and tried so many different hobbies and challenges to see what it was like.

has an abstract art style, whether it's painting/sketching, journaling, pottery, etc.

laughs explosively and acts unapologetically dramatic.

wears whatever he likes, even if the styles vary each time.

travels the world, taking photos of places and people he wants to capture forever, including his members.

loves eating his favorite foods so much, his face scrunches up in an almost sad expression.

visits art museums/exhibits wherever he travels to on tour, sometimes alone, sometimes with his members.

wanted to be an interior designer before becoming a musical artist.

choreographs his own interpretative dances. dancing in the dark with the music blasting and sweat flying everywhere, as seungmin once noted.

looks at stay during concerts as if they put the stars in the sky.

cried and begged stay to never leave their side.

If you kind of want to stand on the top from day one, then there's nothing else to look forward to.

Enjoy kind of the process of making a name for yourself.

meeting some great people along the way.

There's a lot of worldly people in this paddock that you can laugh with, learn from, enjoy some moments with.

embrace the good ones. stay focused,

don't be too far off your path, just keep trying to build and grow, and learn from yourself.

but don't forget what got you here.

Bring friends along, bring family along.

They might be something to take the weight off your shoulders on the race weekend. They're also people to enjoy the moment with, to celebrate with.

So don't be afraid to surround yourself with people that you care about and love, they're all so excited to be on this journey as well.
