Top surgery - RFF Phalloplasty - Hysterectomy

I've wanted phalloplasty scars in the sims4 for eons now as a few of my OCs (pictured above) have had bottom surgery, but no one had made any yet, so I decided to make my own.

I ended up going all out and also making a set of hysterectomy and top surgery scars to match the style of my phalloplasty scars.

This is my first ever cc!! So if anyone has tips or tricks or really useful tutorials pls send them over I'm very fresh to all this.

I've tried to make them all be Maxis Match and Base Game accessible!

Short guy is named Tachanka, he's my sona, he's a butch, he's annoying on purpose, he likes Throbbing Gristle, smile :)

Tall guy is unnamed cuz I literally have no idea who he is, he was gonna be based on a person I know (whos a really bad person) but I realized doing that would be unhealthy so he's just some random guy now, I might turn him into an oc tho

i'm starting the year with launching this page i have been working on it for a bit on the background now, just playing around with the theme and setting up some info and oh my plumbob i did not expect to have fun dusting up basic html skills but i did yeey

i don't follow many simblrs (yet), mostly been following simmers on yt but i'm looking forward to discover your stories here aswell since most of my time on tumblr related to the sims has been due to cc shopping - i have an addiction and i am working on it i swear im learning there's a lot of skilled homies over here, im in awe & i am not of them, i've never opened blender even accidentally... so...
