Adrian is particularly interested in low back pain, neck pain and lower limb sports injuries. Adrian’s practice is holistic, using a combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription to provide effective and long-lasting results. Adrian focuses on empowering patients through the development of progressive programs, allowing patients to manage independently at home, prolong their physical health and stay active. Adrian is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist and has worked as a sports trainer at competitive level sports. He designs well-rounded exercise programs integrating performance and rehabilitation, as well as maintaining strong communication between athletes, parents, and coaches.
