#Munakata hates to keep his Fushimi-kun waiting

What would be the first thing Fushimi do after Munakata back came back from his "holiday" Thingy on 1YL? Do you think he would throw his knife to him and purposely missed it? Would Munakata joking about how Fushimi missed him?

I wanted to answer this before the actual chapter came out and I failed XD Maybe they get to have a little one on one time later, after Fushimi's helped all the people Munakata brought get settled and Munakata himself is back in his office catching up on everything he's missed. The moment Fushimi walks into the room Munakata thanks him for the splendid letter, so pleased that Fushimi-kun felt strongly enough to write to him. Fushimi clicks his tongue and says Munakata should be thankful things have held up on this end, like I could have thrown a knife at you when you walked in if things had been going badly. Munakata's smile doesn't waver a bit as he says he full expected things to still be running smoothly, he left Awashima and Fushimi behind in charge of things because he trusted in their abilities. Fushimi snorts and says even so it was a pain, and that Munakata had better not be planning any more vacations any time soon or Fushimi will take one himself. Munakata thinks that's a splendid idea, perhaps they could take a vacation together to unwind once everything's back in order. Fushimi's all 'no, I think I'll go by myself' and Munakata says perhaps he should send all the Special Forces on a vacation trip, vacations are an excellent way to bond after all.

Fushimi can't help a small chuckle at that as he says that Munakata really hasn't changed at all has he. Munakata considers and says that there was perhaps some measure of unsettled feelings inside his heart before he left, feelings about his place in the world and how he should continue on while no longer being a 'King.' But now after his long journey he's realized that the answer remains the same as it's always been, that he will always be the Blue King whether the Slate exists or not. He adds that of course he is also thankful to have such wonderful clansmen by his side, he hopes that Fushimi will continue to be his support in the future. Fushimi smiles slightly as he's like well I guess even I can't really leave you alone, since I bothered to bring you back in the first place. Munakata meets his eyes and sincerely says that he is glad Fushimi was the one to summon him home. Fushimi's eyes widen momentarily at that and then he coughs and excuses himself, though as he's leaving Munakata hears a very clear 'welcome home, Captain.'

Why is it always him? Today Fushimi got hit by a strain power. Only problem, it hasn't manifested yet. While in the medical vans, He uses his PDA to search for information in the Scepter 4 database. Nothing came up which annoyed Fushimi even more. Back at headquarters Munakata informed him that the strain power is unknown because those effected had reported nothing happening to them.

Fushimi rolled his eyes and handed his reports to Munakata. During that brief interaction their fingers brush together.

'Excellent job as always Fushimi-kun.'

Fushimi clicks his tongue.

"Excellent job as always Fushimi-kun" Munakata say aloud this time.

"You don't have to repeat yourself." Fushimi grumbles.

"Oh? But I did not repeat myself." Munakata gives him a keen look.

"Never mind." Fushimi says as he walks out of the office. He rubs his temple feeling a headache coming on. Something tells him the coming days days will get on his nerves.

Akiyama places coffee near Fushimi as he is working. Their shoulders brush against another.

'I hope Fushimi-san get some rest. He look tired.' His lips are not moving.

Fushimi blinks and shakes his head at the phenomenon. Then it hit him. He is able to read the thoughts of people he touches. 

"Fushimi-san?" Akiyama says questionably. "Is everything alright?"

"I am fine." He replies getting back to work.

'This is no big deal.' he tells himself. He hate physical contact anyways so avoid people, with an excuse no less, is the best thing ever to happen to him. Although if other people knew, they would probably start acting weird around him. Which would make work difficult. There was no winning, so for now he decides to keep it to himself. After all the power will wear off eventually.

Today he was going to work with Hidaka. As he was walking in the hallway, someone lightly tapped his shoulder.

'How are you faring with you new ability Fushimi-kun?' The captain thinks much to Fushimi's annoyance. How was Munakata using his powers better than Fushimi? He hated it, but it was his power damn it!

Fushimi reachs his office and find Hidaka waiting for him. Fushimi did not think he would have to deal with the tall oaf this early in the shift. "Wait outside I will be ready in a moment."

Fushimi relays his orders and Hidaka brushes past him in glee. 'I'm so happy I get to work with Saruhiko-san again today!'

'Even in your head no one gave you permission to call me by my name!' Fushimi gave Hidaka his most intense glare he could muster.

"F-Fushimi-san...."

Not coming into contact with people should have been the easiest thing ever. It was becoming to obvious just how much the little touches matter in the big picture. All day his fingers were brushing up against people when he recied paperwork from them.

'I should feed him more Anko. Fushimi is looking skinnier than usual.' Awashimi thinks as she hands off some papers to Fushimi. Who hands them off to Hidaka.

'Fushimi-san looks so cute today. And Awashima-san's boobs look extra bouncy today.' Fushimi threw Hidaka a look of absolute disgust.

'Maybe I should freak out Hidaka by saying random words in the room.' Goto thinks. Fushimi felt bad for Hidaka.

'Fushimi-san is scarier than usual today. His face is terrifying.' Doumyouji thinks. Fushimi wanted so badly to chase him.

The morning was exhausting. Hopefully he could get through the rest of the day without any issues as long as Hidaka kept his distance.

Hidaka pats his shoulder. "Fushimi-san! Let's give it our all today!" 'I could daydream about kissing him all day.'

Fushimi quickly pulls away. "Let's go."

They had to do business at another building. Hidaka could have sat anywhere else in the van, he ops to sit right next to Fushimi. Much to Fushimi's annoyance. The peaceful ride was not peaceful for Fushimi. As their should kept bumping against each other. So Fushimi got a front row seat to Hidaka's current fantasies. He did not need to know about Hidaka's 'Work Trip With Fushimi-san' song, okay! thought he would perfer that over the more lewd fantasies Hidaka has of them.

'Ah~ Saruhiko is really amazing.'

Fushimi look up at Hidaka, this time with a more innocent expression. "What?"

"Oh, I didn't say anything." Hidaka says. Which earns him a click of Fushimi's tongue.

Hidaka grew concerned and places a hand on Fushimi's forehead. Hidaka's thought were full of genuine concern and Fushimi's face starts to get red. Which makes Hidaka even more concered. Fushimi can't handle someone being this worried about him. He eventually slaps Hidaka hand away and puts some distance between them.

They arrive at the building. Fushimi hurriedly gets off the van. Hidaka approaches him grabbing both of Fushimi's shoulders to steady him.

'I wish Fushimi-san would take better care of himself. That just means I have to take care of him even more!'

Fushimi slaps Hidaka away, seemingly flustered.

"Fushimi-san, I can't stay quite any longer. You need to rest!" Hidaka blurts out. "Let's go back to Scepter 4."

Aggravated, Fushimi lets out a sigh. "Why do you keep bothering me about this?"

Hidaka puts a hand on Fushimis's shoulder and both his thoughts and words line up with each other. "Because I care about you!"

Fushimi looks away. "You don't have to worry so much. It's a pain if you care too much."

Fushimi was not sure if that last part was for Hidaka or himself.

"It isn't a pain for me to care," Hidaka smiles as his thoughts finish his sentence. 'Because you are the person I like.'

"So when will this go away?" Fushimi grumbles.

"Ah yes. It goes away when you stop being a virgin." Munakata says.

Fushimi cursed his life.

There is a lot of fashion in the world, as for the trend of sweets for young people, there is plenty of room for turbulent "tricks". Imagine Munakata recruiting vampire!Fushimi and noting that if Fushimi requires blood Munakata’s neck is available, and Fushimi doesn’t even know if Munakata’s kidding. Say AU where everything is the same but Fushimi’s secretly a vampire and managing to hide it fairly well. Maybe he’s the sort of vampire where he can be out in daylight as long as it’s not direct sunlight so his natural tendency to hate the outdoors works in his favor, if Homra goes to the beach Fushimi stays all day under the sun umbrella and no one thinks twice about it. Fushimi’s terrified that someone will find out his secret though, the thing he hasn’t even told Yata because he thinks Misaki will hate him if he knows Fushimi’s true nature. Fushimi kinda suspects that Mikoto may know and that makes him even more uncomfortable in Homra, thinking that Mikoto must just be waiting for the right moment to tell everyone what Fushimi is and kick him out of Homra. 

Then eventually he joins S4 and Munakata makes a comment about it right away, that he knows what Fushimi is. Fushimi’s immediately on guard thinking this was all some kind of trick but Munakata just smiles and says it must have been difficult for Fushimi to keep such a secret, and that Munakata will be certain that Fushimi doesn’t have to worry about direct sunlight or pretending to eat human food. Fushimi asks how long Munakata’s known and Munakata says from the moment Fushimi stepped into his office, Fushimi doesn’t get why Munakata recruited him if that’s the case. Munakata wonders if it’s so odd that he would, Fushimi is a talented person so why should Munakata care if Fushimi’s a vampire.

Munakata does as promised and makes certain that no one else can guess Fushimi’s secret, keeping a small fridge in his office with blood specifically for Fushimi to eat. Imagine as they get closer though Munakata makes it clear that if Fushimi desires human blood Munakata doesn’t mind at all supplying, Fushimi thinks Munakata must really be weird if he’s offering himself to a vampire. Munakata says it isn’t ‘to a vampire’ but ‘to Fushimi-kun,’ he’s looking after Fushimi’s nutrition. Fushimi can’t believe that Munakata doesn’t mind his nature at all but Munakata simply finds it another aspect of what makes Fushimi so fascinating to him, and in fact he rather enjoys being the only one who knows this most intimate secret.

What if kusuhara lives like he was in coma or something now he comes back to s4 and for some kind of Circumstances there is no empty or shared room for him to use so he share with fushimi what do you think will happen will we se knives flaying or surprisingly they will get along

I think they might get along actually, or at least Fushimi would find himself surprisingly ‘not hating’ Kusuhara. Imagine this happens like pre-S1 or at least pre-ROK so Fushimi’s still pretty prickly too, which makes it even more surprising. Say Kusuhara was just badly wounded by the gunshot and in a coma, S4 of course got him the best medical care they could but no one knows if he’ll ever wake up (also imagine Hidaka spending time by Kusuhara’s bedside whenever he’s in a melancholy mood…and maybe at least once he runs into Munakata already there, who only smiles at him and takes his leave). Then one day unexpectedly Kusuhara’s vitals start acting up and he suddenly wakes up. Of course everyone’s excited to hear Kusuhara’s awake, Munakata goes to see him and offers to let Kusuhara return to working for the police if he wishes. However Kusuhara wants to continue working with S4, even after everything he still strongly believes in Munakata’s ideals.

Munakata intends to have Kusuhara brought back into the fold right away but as it happens they’re low on rooms, maybe a pipe burst in Kusuhara’s old room or something and they hadn’t bothered to fix it. Hidaka offers to have Kusuhara stay with him and Gotou but three to a room would be tight so Munakata has a better idea and suggests Kusuhara stay with Fushimi. Kusuhara doesn’t know much about Fushimi other than that young member from Intelligence he ran into that one evening, he’s very impressed to learn that Fushimi is now third in command (imagine Hidaka is present at this conversation too and keeps making desperate ‘don’t do it’ signals with his hands that Kusuhara totally misses). Fushimi obviously scowls and clicks his tongue when Munakata tells him, complaining that he won’t have a roommate and he’s already told Munakata this, he can’t sleep with a stranger in the room. Kusuhara continues to miss the signs and happily says that they aren’t strangers, they’ve met before isn’t that right Fushimi-kun — ah wait, it’s Fushimi-san now. Fushimi gives him a glare but Kusuhara is perfectly good natured about this and finally Fushimi sighs and says fine but it had better be temporary.

The alphabet boys are all worried about Kusuhara, like how is he gonna survive rooming with Fushimi-san until they get him somewhere better. Kusuhara thinks it can’t be so bad can it, Fushimi’s younger than him so even being in such a high position he still might need some support. Fuse thinks Kusuhara must have really hurt his brain if he thinks he can get along with Fushimi but Kusuhara doesn’t think he’s so bad. Imagine Fushimi trying to be cold to him but somehow Kusuhara keeps getting past his walls, like the first night Fushimi does actually have trouble sleeping knowing that Kusuhara is there below him. He wakes up from a nightmare and looks below without even realizing it, when he sees Kusuhara looking back Fushimi clicks his tongue and quickly pulls his own covers over his head. He keeps waiting for Kusuhara to mention it but Kusuhara doesn’t, just smiles at Fushimi the next day and says he’s heading out to the office. 

Also Kusuhara starts unexpectedly being someone who can help get Fushimi to fix his bad habits. Like Fushimi tries to stay awake super late and Kusuhara just expresses amazement that Fushimi is such a hard worker. Fushimi grumbles that he doesn’t need praise from someone like Kusuhara and Kusuhara laughs sheepishly and says he supposes not, Fushimi has such a high rank after all. Still, Kusuhara is very impressed with him and adds that Fushimi can leave the light on if he wants, Kusuhara can still sleep like this. Fushimi says he didn’t ask and Kusuhara just goes to bed without complaining, Fushimi stares at his computer for a few minutes but somehow he can’t concentrate now and finds himself going right to bed himself.

It was another day at work. No strains to catch so everyone was doing office work today. Which means that Hidaka was busy fantasizing instead. By now in their relationship Hidaka was calling Fushimi by his name in his fantasies.

"Hidaka!" Fushimi calls, snapping Hidaka back to reality. "Pay attention!"

"Oh, sorry, Saruhi-... Sa- Saru-..." Hidaka takes the notebook on his desk and hits his forehead. "Sorry Fushimi-san."

Fushimi is giving Hidaka a look that is asking him to drop dead. At least that is how Hidaka interprets Fushimi's irritated look at him.

"Tsk. Get to work." Was all Fushimi said before he walks away. Once He was gone the members present all huddled around Hidaka for a much need comfort huddle.

Doumyouji has giving his congratulations for surviving saying Fushimi's name without dying. All while giving him a pat on the back. "That was so brave of you to say his name. And you lived!"

"You both have been dating for months now I'm surprised that you aren't on a first name bases." Enomoto says. "Maybe it was awkward because it was at work."

"This is Fushimi-san we are talking about. Makes since why they are not calling each other by their names." Goto says.

"Hidaka have you talked to Fushimi-san about this?" Kamo asks.

"N-no." Hidaka replies.

"Of course." Benzai shakes his head.

"Another example of Hidaka jumping the gun with Fushimi-san again." Akiyama couldn't help but smile as if this was just a normal occurrence.

"You've done way more embarrassing things at work before." Fuse adds.

Hidaka groans. His friends really were not helping him feel better.

Meanwhile in his office Fushimi was busy typing away at the computer, but he was having a hard time focusing. He kept thinking back to earlier with Hidaka. Yes they have been together for six months now, but Fushimi was always telling himself that it was not going to last. Now he is in this weird position of having to come to terms with the fact that Hidaka isn't going anywhere and this relationship is really happening. He would rather pretend this slip up didn't happen but Hidaka is going to confront him sooner or later.

He let out a sigh, pushing the keyboard back.

The infuriating part is that Fushimi can't for the life of him hate that Hidaka did that. Maybe it's not so bad to hear his name from Hidaka's mouth.

There was a light knock at the door. Slowly, enters the last person Fushimi wants to see right now.

"Fushimi-san...?"

"What?"

Hidaka closed the door behind him and slowly walked up to Fushimi's desk.

"Um... well... about earlier." Hidaka's eyes were shifting from wall to wall, trying not to land on Fushimi.

"Forget it. It doesn't matter." Fushimi says.

"Ah! Thank you for not being upset Fushimi-san." Hidaka was relived.

"I just said it doesn't matter. You can keep saying it if you want." Fushimi looks away from Hidaka with a tint of red on his face.

Instantly Hidaka brightens up, like he is absolutely beaming. Fushimi was unprepared for when Hidaka ran around the desk to hug him and rub their cheeks together.

"Saruhiko-san you are the best!" Hidaka pulls away looking at Fushimi as if he was waiting for something. Fushimi looks away slightly embarrassed.

"A-Akira...." This earned Fushimi a tighter hug from the taller man.

"Oh Saruhiko!"

The next day in the office Hidaka was in a state of bliss. The others were concerned for him but they knew what was going on. They figured he patched things up with Fushimi and is happy about it. They let him be.

"Akira!" Fushimi grumbles. At that everyone in the room froze up. It was shocking to hear Fushimi call anyone by their first name outside of Yata. "We are going on patrol later. Get ready."

"Yes, Saruhiko."

The rest of the Special Forces operatives were happy that Hidaka didn't mess everything up somehow.

"It is great to see everyone get closer to each other." Munakata says. "Seri-kun-"

"No Captain...."

Fushimi doesn't know about his popularity in Specter 4. Everyone takes action to show they care about him so much.

As usual, Fushimi is the most wanted person around and he thinks everyone hates him. Imagine this like shortly after he was made third in command, Fushimi’s well aware that this wasn’t a popular choice among a lot of the rank and file and that people are complaining about this ‘upstart brat’ who someone got a high rank due to being Captain’s Favorite. Fushimi ignores most of that, he isn’t here to make friends and he doesn’t care if nobody likes him. He assumes that this extends to the Special Forces squad too, totally unaware of how Hidaka’s trying so hard to be his friend or how Akiyama’s always smiling at him so sincerely, Fushimi is certain that no one really likes him and he’s fine with that.

Then one day he’s out on a solo mission and gets pretty badly hurt, dragging himself back to S4 all bleeding and dizzy. He still intends to just go back to his room and bandage himself up but he ends up running into Awashima, who was doing late night rounds. Fushimi expects her to look at him all coldly and scold him for messing up the mission so badly that he got injured but of course she’s just horrified and concerned instead, probably bodily carrying him to the infirmary. As soon as Munakata’s made aware he shows up too and again no one scolds Fushimi or acts like he just caused them trouble, Munakata’s all telling him to rest and gently suggesting he go to the infirmary first the next time he’s injured because he gave Awashima-kun quite a fright.

Fushimi’s bedridden in the infirmary for the next couple days and he thinks with irritation that all the reports are probably piling up and this is going to be such a pain. He’s very confused when Akiyama and Benzai show up that morning to check on him, Benzai’s brought him a stuffed cat and Akiyama made him some tea and also brought him a tablet so he can look over the reports himself while he’s recovering. They’re both being very casually friendly toward him, as if just visiting a friend in hospital, and both are politely trying not to notice how Fushimi keeps boggling at them. 

Almost as soon as they leave Kamo and Doumyouji show up, Kamo brought Fushimi breakfast and Doumyouji even gives him a coloring book and some crayons to keep him busy (and if he could maybe wait hold off checking on Doumyouji’s report because he’s coloring instead that would be good). Enomoto and Fuse show up next, Enomoto brought Fushimi some games because he noticed Fushimi has a handheld game system in his room one day when Fushimi left the door open. Fuse didn’t bring a gift but does manage a grudging ‘get well soon’ and even that is more than Fushimi expected. Hidaka and Gotou are last, Hidaka practically in tears because he was so worried and Gotou’s brought some health and good luck charms to help Fushimi’s recovery. As they’re leaving Fushimi quietly grumbles that he doesn’t understand why everyone keeps showing up and Hidaka glances back at him in confusion before giving Fushimi this bright smile and saying of course they were worried, Fushimi’s an important comrade and they’re all happy he’s all right.

Fushimi gets really turned on when Munakata calls him "mine." But he also feels secure and protected and he doesn't know why he has such scandalous and yet sweet, sentimental feelings at the same time.

Imagine this even before they're dating, like Munakata will just casually refer to Fushimi as “mine” or “my Fushimi-kun” when talking to or about him. Fushimi clicks his tongue about it but at the same time whenever Munakata says it Fushimi finds it gives him this strange tingling feeling, like he can't quite say he hates it. Munakata's not shy about it either, right from the start when Fushimi joins the clan he will easily and confidently call Fushimi his, without a single hint of shame. At first Fushimi thinks Munakata's just like gloating at taking Fushimi away from Homra but it becomes clearer the longer Fushimi's there that Munakata is just pleased to have Fushimi as his clansman. And the strangest thing is that the more Munakata says it the more Fushimi finds himself wanting to hear it, waiting for Munakata to use that 'mine' and talk as if Fushimi is something that belongs to him, something that he won't allow anyone else to have.

Once they start dating Munakata shows his possessive side a bit more, like they'll be cuddling and Munakata will give Fushimi a kiss and murmur 'mine.' Now more and more Fushimi begins to understand the feelings he gets when Munakata says that word too – perhaps there's still some of that little tingle, like he's doing something forbidden by allowing himself to belong to someone, but there are other feelings too. When Munakata claims Fushimi as his it feels oddly safe, like this person will not let him go or throw him away, this person will keep him safe and protect him, and that maybe this is something Fushimi can actually allow himself to believe in even when the rest of his brain is trying to convince him that he can't let this become precious to him. Hearing Munakata say 'mine' is just a constant reminder that to Munakata Fushimi is someone special, someone who he will keep close no matter what, and maybe Fushimi doesn't mind that word as much as he pretends to.

Misaki being proudly introduced by Munakata like his son-in-law when someone ask Munakata who is his companion at a social event Saruhiko basically forced Misaki to go in his place because Saruhiko himself didn't wanted XD

I’m imagining Yatabeing dragged to some social event against his will, complaining thewhole time under his breath about that asshole Saruhiko making him dothis and why does he have to go to stupid fancy party with the BlueKing of all people and then as he’s taking a sip of his drinkMunakata introduces Yata as his son in law and Yata totally does aspit take. Like maybe there’s some kind of important government partything happening and Munakata has to make an appearance becauseScepter 4’s government influence is somewhat lessened post-ROK andMunakata has to play nice with the higher ups to keep his extravagantbudget. Fushimi is initially assigned to accompany him as somethingof a bodyguard (since Munakata isn’t a King anymore, technically) andhe’s not very happy about it because he hates fancy parties and beingexpected to socialize with other human beings. He decides that hedoesn’t want to go so he fakes sick and Yata totally falls for it inorder to keep Fushimi from getting worse by forcing himself to go tothe party. Yata’s all worried for Fushimi’s sake and is telling himto drink fluids and rest and stuff and then when Yata comes out ofthe bathroom all dressed in a suit and tie and looking stiff anduncomfortable he sees Fushimi sitting there on the bed doing reportson his laptop and drinking coffee and looking remarkably recovered.Yata’s like you bastard you weren’t sick after all and maybe itwasn’t even that Fushimi actually faked sick so much as heallowed Yata to come to that conclusion and so he can argue that henever technically lied to Yata and he already told Munakata Yata wascoming in his place so have fun at the party Misaki. Yata’sannoyed at getting played but maybe he still agrees to go becauseeven with all Fushimi’s mocking and such Yata knows full well howuncomfortable stuff like this has to be for Saruhiko and he figureshe can endure a couple of hours with the Blue King for company if itmeans Fushimi doesn’t come home looking drained and miserable afterbeing forced to socialize.

So Yata heads toScepter 4 and ends up in a limo with Munakata being driven to theparty and it is so awkward, like Yata has no idea how to talkto the Blue King and Munakata’s being like most stiff and weird dadgetting to know his kid’s boyfriend. Then they get to the party andYata feels totally out of place, this is not at all his kind of sceneand he keeps stuttering and getting thrown off whenever anyone triesto talk to him. He decides to stick close to Munakata just to keep aneye on him and because if Munakata’s there people will talk toMunakata instead of Yata. He grabs a drink from the punch bowl andhe’s walking over to stand behind Munakata all bodyguard-like (theeffect is somewhat ruined by Yata being considerably shorter thanMunakata) and that’s when someone asks Munakata who Yata is. Munakataintroduces Yata as Homra’s Yatagarasu, his bodyguard for the eveningand also his new son-in-law. Cue Yata spit take. Yata’s coughing andsputtering, bright red like ‘wait what’ as Munakata explains thatYata has made his Fushimi-kun extremely happy and Munakata is lookingforward to spending the evening getting to know his son-in-lawbetter. Yata has no idea why that comment makes his stomach drop buthe suddenly wonders if maybe he shouldn’t just choke on something sohe can get out of this. (Oh oh but imagine him texting Fushimi aboutthis during the party, like Saru your weird King just called me hisson-in-law and Fushimi’s like 'how annoying, you haven’t evenproposed to me yet.’)

Saruhiko in the virgin killing sweater for either Munakta, Akiyama or Hikada. Maybe all ;)

I wonder how anyone would get him into the sweater in the first placeXD Imagine Fushimi just buying normal clothes and the virgin killingsweater accidentally gets added into his cart somehow and later he’sjust looking at it like what the fuck. Wait wait maybe he gets hit bythe Strain that makes it so the only clothes a person can wear is avirgin killing sweater and poor Fushimi is stuck, he just comeswalking back to the vans after chasing the Strain down wearing theworld’s sexiest sweater while giving everyone a glare that says ifthey say one word they’re dead. Everyone has to try very hard not tostare at him, especially when he walks past them and everyone can seehis smooth pale back and a little curve of his butt. Hidaka startsdrooling a little and probably has to consciously keep himself fromtrying to reach out and have a touch. He keeps trying desperately toplay it cool and be his usual friendly self, like asking if Fushimi’sokay otherwise and he didn’t get hurt, Fushimi just clicks his tongueand mutters that he’s fine. Hidaka’s like ‘that’s glutes—I mean,good! It’s good!’ He probably ends up sitting up front next to driverGotou, Hidaka with his red face buried in his arms as Gotou pets hishead and tells him at least he didn’t get stabbed yet.

Meanwhile Akiyama’s back at the office working on paperwork whenFushimi walks in, Akiyama takes a sip of tea just as Fushimi comes inthe door and he probably almost chokes at the sight of Fushimi in hisshort revealing sweater. Fushimi immediately snaps at him to payattention to his work and Akiyama apologizes quickly, looking back athis computer. Maybe there’s like a situation though and Fushimi comesover to check something on Akiyama’s computer, leaning over Akiyama’sshoulder and Akiyama is just so red-faced and trying not to stare atFushimi, like no staring, staring is indecent no staring evenas mentally all he can think about is how much he really wants to tieFushimi up right now. Fushimi then moves away to get something offthe printer and Akiyama lets his bangs cover both eyes because it’sthe only way to keep himself from looking and having lewd thoughts.

Fushimi gathers up his papers and heads into Munakata’s office todeliver his reports. Fushimi probably doesn’t even want to do it butAwashima gives him this amused look as she asks if he would please dohis work (if Awashima has to deliver her reports regularly with herbutt half hanging out Fushimi can do it wearing a virgin killingsweater). Munakata is the only one totally composed as Fushimi walksin, like he just looks Fushimi up and down and then gives this mild‘oya’ before going back to his puzzle, Fushimi has the most sour lookon his face as he slams the papers on the desk like 'here’ beforetrying to turn and walk away, Munakata immediately stops him with a'Fushimi-kun.’ Fushimi clicks his tongue and says he has work to doand Munakata just smiles brilliantly as he says there are stillthings about the current mission they need to discuss. Fushimi has tostand there glaring and hating everything as Munakata talks with himabout the mission with no sign of embarrassment or shame, finallyFushimi’s just like I have things to finish I can’t waste time hereand storms out while Munakata admires Fushimi’s thighs from behindhim.

Munakata's overseas for a conference or meeting of sorts, and Fushimi has to stay back in Scepter 4. He knows he'll miss his boyfriend begrudgingly, and therefore helped Munakata set up a video chat program on his laptop (for business purposes, he says). He never calls first, waiting for Munakata to do it instead. One day though he misses him a lot and doesn't want to get off on his own, wanting Munakata to be there with him. So cue not phone sex, but video chat sex. Somehow. :D Thank you!

He was totally prodded into making the video chat by Munakata, likeMunakata’s packing for the conference and noting that it is a shamehe and Fushimi will be parted for so long, Fushimi shrugs and actslike it’s no big deal because he’s not going to admit that he’ll belonely in any way. Munakata keeps talking about how wouldn’t it benice if we could see each other even while overseas and it would bewonderful if we could do more than speak on the phone and if onlythere was a way to see each other even when we are apart. Fushimitries to resist but finally he sighs and is like damn it okay hereI’ll set something up. Munakata watches all pleased as Fushimi setsup the video chat program on Munakata’s laptop and on his own,stating that if Munakata needs to get ahold of him for business thiswill be more convenient than calling. Munakata thanks him and smilesbrightly, Fushimi shrugs and mutters that it was nothing but reallyhe’s a bit calmer knowing that he can still see Munakata like thiseven while they’re apart.

So for the next couple days Fushimi waits for Munakata to video chatwith him but Munakata’s never calling, like Munakata turns out to beso busy he can only contact Fushimi via phone every now and again.Fushimi’s all irritated about that, like you idiot this was your ideaand maybe he’s even feeling a bit forgotten, like Munakata doesn’tcare enough to check up on him. The irritation builds and builds andone day Fushimi’s sitting in front of his laptop staring at thatlittle video chat app and feeling annoyed and frustrated that he didall that work for no reason. Of course when he’s irritated Fushimihas been known to get himself off to relieve that and maybe he justfinds himself unzipping his pants and reaching down. He startsthinking of Munakata as he’s doing it too and that makes him morefrustrated and even harder, like his stupid boyfriend usually helpshim with this and where is that idiot. He’s starting to get into itand doesn’t even notice that the little chat app is blinking, heaccidentally brushes the laptop keys with his elbow and suddenlyMunakata’s face appears onscreen, getting a nice view of what Fushimiis doing and Fushimi’s private time is interrupted by this amused‘oya?’

Of course Fushimi’s hands immediately remove themselves and he goesbright red as he’s like Captain what the fuck you’re calling me now.Munakata’s siting along in his hotel room, still looking very calm ashe notes that the conference has been quite busy and he apologizesfor not having time for Fushimi until now. Fushimi mumbles that it’snot like he cares and then Munakata says that it seems Fushimi wasbusy himself. Fushimi’s like ’d-don’t say that, idiot,’ still allmortified. Munakata just gets this look as he waves a hand andsays that Fushimi-kun may continue what he was doing. Fushimi staresat him blankly like what and Munakata repeats his words, saying thathe would hate for Fushimi to be unsatisfied now that they’ve gottento talk. Fushimi’s hesitant at first, like he can’t believeMunakata’s asking him to do this, but then Munakata starts talkingabout how he would touch Fushimi in just the right places if he weerthere, how his hands would run along Fushimi’s skin and Fushimi findshimself a little mesmerized as he starts to stroke himself. Munakatamoves back a bit from the laptop as well and unzips his own pants,letting Fushimi see him as he starts to touch himself and soonthey’re both talking each other through it, both getting a good viewof the other’s face and body as they drive themselves to the edge andwhen they’re finished Munakata states that he hopes Fushimifeels…satisfied properly from this conversation.

I feel like Yata of all people should know that Fushimi sucks withheat but maybe Fushimi always managed to hide it well during middleschool. Say post-ROK Munakata suggests a combination Homra-Scepter 4hot springs bonding trip, Homra only agrees because Scepter 4 ispaying and hey, free hot springs trip. Yata and Fushimi are still abit hesitant around each other but Yata figures this is the perfectopportunity to spend some time together and get to know each otheragain. Fushimi on the other hand is all awkward and unsure about howto approach Yata so he decides to just avoid him instead,sidestepping any of Yata’s attempts at getting him to talk alone.Yata spends the first couple days of the hot spring trip constantlyjust missing Fushimi until he finally stumbles upon Fushimi havingjust entered the hot springs. Yata steels himself and heads in afterhim, determined to finally talk.

Fushimi looks up as Yata walks in and maybe he almost moves to leavebut Yata just sits next to him in the hot spring and is like come onSaruhiko you can’t avoid me forever. Fushimi clicks his tongue andtries to claim that he’s not avoiding Yata except for the part wherehe totally is. Yata sighs and says he knows this is kinda weird buthe really wants to be close to Fushimi again. They end up talking andsoon Fushimi starts revealing a little more than intended, like hebrings up the whole thing where he thought their friendship was goingto break and how Homra’s mark changed everything and Yata’s allconfused because why would Fushimi think they were going to break.Fushimi’s face is getting redder and redder as he talks and finallyhe stands up abruptly, realizing that he’s said too much. Yatareaches to stop him except Fushimi promptly falls back into the waterin a dead faint. Yata immediately freaks out like holy crap he justdied what do I do before realizing that no, Fushimi just fainted fromoverheating. I could see Yata despite his worry giving this smallfond smile, like of course Fushimi would be weak to hot springs, healways complained about being dizzy in the heat in middle schoolafter all. Yata shakes his head and is like all right, come onSaruhiko and takes him back inside, letting Fushimi rest on his lapuntil he cools down. When Fushimi wakes up and realizes where he ishe starts to move immediately and Yata kinda drags him back down, nothaving to try very hard because Fushimi’s still dizzy, telling him tojust relax for once and let Yata take care of him. Fushimi feels asmall pang at the reminder of the past and he can’t deny that he doesfeel somehow more comfortable and safe, there in Yata’s lap.

Scepter 4 situation, maybe the clan is having another fun bondingactivity at the hot springs. Fushimi tries to slip in alone, notwanting to have to deal with the rest, but of course since he’sFushimi his luck is shit and he’s barely sat down in the water whenMunakata shows up next to him offering him a glass of wine. Fushimimakes a face and is like no thanks leaving now but that’s when therest of the alphabet squad shows up and he’s kinda penned in. He sitsthere sulking and getting hotter and hotter while everyone else triesto make small talk with him. Akiyama is the first to notice thatFushimi-san doesn’t look so good, he tries to put a hand on Fushimi’sforehead but Fushimi pulls away with a click of his tongue claimingthis is stupid and he’s leaving. He immediately sways and ends upfalling into Munakata’s waiting arms. Everyone is of course veryconcerned about poor Fushimi but Munakata assures them thatFushimi-kun has simply had too much of the heat and needs to rest.Munakata gets to princess carry Fushimi out of the onsen and thenwrap him in towels and princess carry him back to the room to rest.The rest of the alphabet squad follow, Akiyama and Hidaka bothoffering like cool compresses to place on Fushimi’s forehead. Theyall end up taking turns keeping an eye on Fushimi, who is very grumpywhen he wakes up and decides that this is why he hates hot springs.

Reincarnation Fushimi: Fushimi died in Return of the king. Homra and S4 so sad about this. One year later, Misaki and S4 find a little girl who is very similar to Fushimi but Fushimi did not know them. What will they do? Because girl!Fushimi because he (or she maybe) did not know that she had previously died.

So say that Douhan doesn’t come for Fushimi in ROK, Yata savesFushimi from Sukuna but leaves him to get out on his own. Fushimican’t get far on his wounded leg though and he’s still stuckunderground when the base begins to cave in. In the mess of theaftermath no one realizes that Fushimi hasn’t made it out until it’stoo late, like Yata gets above ground and finds out that Anna’s safeand the rest of Homra got out fine but he’s worried about Fushimi tothe point that Kusanagi has to stop Yata from going back down andpossibly getting himself killed trying to bring Fushimi out. Kusanagifigures that Scepter 4 would have gotten Fushimi out but by the timethey reach the spot where the Scepter 4’s stationed none of thetroops even seem to know what he’s talking about when he tries to askabout Fushimi. Yata’s getting increasingly more agitated and finallyKusanagi spots Awashima and runs over to her. Before he can even sayanything Awashima grabs his wrist and says Fushimi’s name, Kusanagi’sexpression shifts as he realizes what must have happened while behindthem Anna just clutches at her chest and closes her eyes. Yata looksbetween them, angry and disbelieving and he finally just startsyelling at everyone, like why are we standing here we need to getSaruhiko out of there. Kusanagi tries to tell him to calm down butYata’s already losing it and that’s when Munakata appears, havingwaited by the entrance to jungle’s base right up until the very endfor Fushimi to come out. Munakata takes full responsibility forFushimi’s death and maybe he even gets punched for the second time inone day, Yata just hauling off on him and Munakata lets him, sinceafter all Fushimi was his clansman and Fushimi’s life was Munakata’sresponsibility, and Munakata failed him in that.

So say it’s a few years later when they meet reincarnated Fushimi(since just one year later I don’t know if one year old reincarnatedFushimi would be really obvious). Maybe in the intervening yearsYata’s kinda come to terms with losing Fushimi but it’s still an achein his chest and his deepest regret, that he left Fushimi behind thattime after they beat Sukuna and that the two of them were never ableto truly reconcile and come to an understanding. One night Yata’s outlate after finishing his part time job and maybe he stops to getsomething to eat at a vending machine. As he’s leaning there againstthe wall something small bumps into him, Yata staggers for a secondand then reaches out to steady the small thin girl who just bumpedinto him. Yata starts to give a rushed apology but the girl justpushes past him. Yata’s wondering why a kid’s out so late when herealizes that the girl just stole his wallet. He yells after her andthe girl takes off running, Yata just grabs his skateboard from whereit was leaning against the wall and gives chase. He manages to catchup to her pretty quick, grabbing her by the arm and pulling the hoodof her coat down, finding himself face to face with a pair of brightblue eyes and for a moment Yata finds himself with Saruhiko’s name onhis lips and he isn’t even really sure why. The girl meanwhile clicksher tongue and is annoyed that she let the midget catch up to her.

Yata’s like who the hell are you calling a midget and anyway why’s akid out all alone at night. The girl says that it’s none of hisbusiness and tries to escape his grip, saying she’ll give his walletback so he can let her go. Her wrist is so thin that Yata can feelher bones and he ends up spontaneously deciding to take her back tohis apartment. She assumes he’s going to call the police but insteadYata starts making her a proper meal, she mutters that there betternot be any vegetables in it because she hates those. Yata feels apang in his chest as he laughs quietly and says not to worry, hisbest friend hates – hated vegetables too. The girl doesn’task him about the slip and Yata doesn’t say any more, making her foodand sitting her down at the table. He sits opposite her and watchesher eat, trying to ask her about her family and do they know she’sstealing people’s wallets. The girl clicks her tongue and says it’snone of his business as she slowly eats the food. Yata’s like wellit’s late so I guess I can’t call your parents tonight, you’ll haveto stay with me. The girl’s suspicious but agrees, she tries to sneakout at least once during the night but Yata catches her and sends herback to bed.

From there Yata finds himself unexpectedly taking care of the girl,she doesn’t seem in any hurry to go back to where she came from andeven though she’s bad tempered and grumpy Yata finds himself drawn totake care of her. Maybe he takes her to Homra and even though it’sbeen a few years since the Slate was destroyed Anna still has some ofher powers left, she looks at the girl through her marble and latertells Yata that there’s something odd about the girl’s aura,something clouded that she can’t see. Yata ends up reluctantlyletting Kusanagi contact Scepter 4 to find the girl’s parents,intending to call them, but when the girl finds out she just laughsbecause her parents don’t give a shit about her and won’t be comingfor her either way, but if Yata wants to get rid of her she’s happyto leave. Yata refuses to let her go though, like there’s justsomething that makes him want to keep an eye on her.

Then one day the girl gets sick and Yata starts taking care of her,she’s in the midst of a delirious fever when she suddenly grabs hiswrist and stares at him with bright dilated eyes, saying very clearly’Misaki.’ The girl’s never used his first name before – hehasn’t even told her what it is – and Yata doesn’t know what tosay. The girl starts saying more strange things in the middle of herfever, saying ‘Misaki’ over and over again and apologizing, at onepoint she also mutters ‘Captain, do your own work’ and Yata doesn’tknow how to handle this, like he’s suddenly certain that this isSaruhiko but at the same time he wonders if this is just wishfulthinking on his part, his inability to let Fushimi go manifestingitself on the girl. He calls Scepter 4 again and this time Munakatahimself shows up at the apartment, Munakata walks up to the sick girleven as Yata warns him not to upset her. Munakata puts a gentle handon her forehead though and quietly says 'My apologies for taking solong to retrieve you, Fushimi-kun.’ The girl stirs and looks up athim with fever bright eyes as she sighs and tells him not to makesuch a stupid expression before falling back asleep. At that point itbecomes clear that yes, this is Fushimi reincarnated, but once thefever wears off it’s also clear that the girl herself has no idea ofher past life.

I think from there Yata would find himself torn, like part of himjust wants Fushimi back, but he can also see Fushimi’s shadow in thisgirl in more ways than one and he kinda wants to protect this girlthe way his middle school self couldn’t protect Saruhiko all thoseyears ago. The girl ends up with this whole extended family of peoplewho love her, all of Homra adopts her and Scepter 4 ends up becomingclose to her as well (Munakata informs the others about who the girlis of course, when they all first meet Awashima and the alphabet boysare surprised to see that 'Fushimi’ is now this small angry girl.Then Awashima steps forward with a gentle smile and holds out a handto the girl, introducing herself and asking if the girl would like atour of headquarters). On the one hand Yata sometimes finds himselfwishing still that he could speak to Saruhiko again, that he couldhave his Saruhiko back and they could be together, but he’salso finding some comfort at last in helping this girl, the old painsthat were still in his chest easing as he sees her slowly start toopen up and learn to care about other people, the two of them sort ofhealing each other as he helps to raise her.

How about a Chobits AU? Like Yata finds persocom!Fushimi in the trash one night and brings him home and takes care of him and stuff. Munakata, the landlord just so happens to have all these cute costumes that are Fushimi's size, how lucky!

So maybe in this AU Niki was like a robotics engineer who worked fora giant tech company and designed persocoms in general but he foundmost models boring, like he thought it was amusing how many peoplegot attached to them as if they were normal people but they can’treally have emotions or show reactions the way a regular person can.Since Niki’s wife Kisa is too busy working to want to bother with achild Niki decides to make his own kid just for kicks, and just forfun he can do some experimenting on this program he’s been wanting totry so that he can make his robot child feel real emotions. It worksbetter than expected and Fushimi ends up having real human emotionsthat Niki can toy with freely. Fushimi is never allowed out of Niki’slab and as a result all of the painful emotions he’s going throughact almost like a computer virus to the point Fushimi’s starting toshut down. In the meantime though maybe Niki falls sick and ends upin the hospital, his workplace sends one of their other topscientists, Munakata, to check on Niki’s home and see if there areany corporate secrets that were left lying around. Munakata findsFushimi on the verge of shutdown and feels pity for the poor guy,while also being fascinated at this robot that can feel. He ends uppartially erasing Fushimi’s current memories, saving them in a cornerof Fushimi’s programming, and then shuts him down for the time being.Munakata then looks through Niki’s research and finds all this stuffabout being able to make persocoms feel emotion and he’s fascinatedbut at the same time Munakata can see that there are ways this couldbe abused and other persocoms could end up like Fushimi. He decidesto leave the decision in Fushimi’s hands, if other persocoms shouldbe able to love, and leaves the program sleeping inside Fushimi’sbody before dumping the deactivated Fushimi in the garbage andwaiting to see who will find him, if that person will be the one whocan teach Fushimi the real way to love without all the pain Nikiinflicted on him.

Yata meanwhile is this NEET who works a bunch of part time jobs inorder to afford rent at his apartment building that just so happensto be owned by Munakata. Yata’s on his way back from his job workingat Bar Homra when he comes across Fushimi lying abandoned in thetrash and he thinks he’s hit the jackpot, like Yata can’t afford afancy persocom and he’s not great with computers anyway so he figuredhe’d never be able to have one of his own and here he just ran acrossone abandoned in the trash. Yata drags Fushimi home and is all readyto wake him up and start using him, as soon as he finds Fushimi’s onswitch which I guess Niki put somewhere really embarrassing as a joke(wait if this is like Chobits with the ‘sex will trigger a reset’thing does this mean his on switch has to be in his ass XD). Yatapresses the switch and Fushimi’s eyes slowly open, he stares at Yatafor a long moment before clicking his tongue and asking who themidget is. Yata’s immediately like who are you calling a midget youfucking bag of circuits and aren’t persocoms supposed to obey theirowners. Yata quickly finds out that Fushimi is not like otherpersocoms and has a mind of his own, he’s constantly refusing to doanything for Yata and spends half his time just hanging around theapartment complaining. He also refuses to cook or clean but he’salways watching Yata do everything with weirdly intent eyes, likehe’s never seen anyone do this before. At first Yata thinks hesomehow got the world’s only asshole persocom but he slowly startswarming up to Fushimi too, like when Yata says that he doesn’t knowwhat model Fushimi is Fushimi admits that he doesn’t know himself andmakes a post to some persocom forum all on his own with all his specsand everything. Also maybe one day Yata takes Fushimi along with himto his part time job and one the way back Yata almost gets mugged,the guys want to grab Yata’s fancy persocom too but Fushimi glares atthem and the two of them end up fighting back together, Yata’s alsonever heard of a normal persocom who fights and beyond that they’reperfectly in sync, him and Saruhiko (Yata gives Fushimi his namebecause Fushimi’s only program that comes up when he’s turned on isunder the name 'MONKEY’).

Yata slowly finds himself getting used to his roommate/persocom, tothe point that his friends at Homra are getting concerned becauseFushimi’s just a persocom after all but Yata keeps talking like hehas real emotions. Yata’s certain that Fushimi does though, like heknows persocoms are only supposed to do what they’re programmed tobut Yata swears that Fushimi has a mind of his own and can feel, andthat sometimes Yata feels like Fushimi’s hurting and he’s not surewhy. Plus maybe Fushimi has flashes every now and again, especiallyif someone tries to hack into his programming where he turns reallybitter and nasty, laughing evilly as he threatens anyone who comesnear him. Yata’s boss Kusanagi sends Yata to talk to one of hisfriends, Totsuka, whose persocom Mikoto died saving his life and whoagrees with Yata that persocoms might have emotions and that hethinks if Fushimi and Yata start to understand each other that may bea start. Meanwhile Yata feels like Fushimi should at least be helpingout with the rent but Fushimi initially refuses to work because hedoesn’t feel like it, that’s when Yata’s landlord Munakata shows upfor an unexpected visit and is all 'oh, Yata-kun, you have aroommate, that’s extra you know.’ Yata states that a persocom doesn’tcount as a roommate and Munakata agrees to waive the extra fee ifFushimi helps him out with some programming work and oh as it just sohappens he has a bunch of cute clothes in just Fushimi’s size thatYata may now outfit his new persocom in. Fushimi glares at Munakataall 'I hate you’ while Munakata just smiles back.

So then one day Yata’s at his job when Fushimi gets kidnapped by somemen from the syndicate known as jungle, who are interested in rarepersocoms and saw the post Fushimi made wondering about his model.Jungle initially contracted Niki out about making a persocom thatcould feel and they want to take Fushimi apart and find the program.This activates Fushimi’s hidden memories and he goes all episode 5Saru, attacking them all with these knives that he has built in tohis body. All the persocoms in the city start sparking on and off andYata’s worried because he just knows that this is because of Fushimiand that Fushimi’s hurting somewhere, despite what everyone saysabout persocoms not being able to feel. That’s when Munakata tellsYata the truth about Fushimi’s programming, that he can feel emotionsand that maybe there are two programs locked away inside his heart,one that can bestow the ability to love on persocoms and one thatwill only give them negative emotions like fear and hate and ifFushimi feels betrayed or upset he’ll activate the latter one, onlyby meeting his soulmate and feeling love himself will he be able toactivate the good program. Yata runs to where Fushimi’s being heldand he finds Fushimi like suspended in the air by hundreds of cables,glaring down at him with cold eyes and asking what Yata wants. Yatadramatically declares that he think Fushimi’s an asshole sometimesand he’s picky and he never does what Yata asks him to…butFushimi’s also amazing and can do so many things and when he smilesit makes Yata’s heart skip a beat, and that Yata doesn’t care ifFushimi’s a machine or if they can’t ever have a 'normal’relationship, he still wants to be with Saruhiko forever. Fushimi’sbody suddenly drops to the ground into Yata’s arms as all thepersocoms begin to reboot themselves with the new program installed,all of them now able to feel real emotions like love and affection.Yata just holds Fushimi close and says he loves Fushimi and wantsSaruhiko, his Saruhiko back. Fushimi’s dull eyes sputter tolife and suddenly he’s looking up into Yata’s tear-stained facewondering what the hell Misaki is crying about this time and Yatajust yells his name and hugs him, repeating over and over again thathe loves Fushimi and isn’t ever letting him go again.
