Muku and Yuki... Looks like you guys are up against some tough contenders. Guess that makes sense for the semifinals. But! Muku! Yuki! You guys beat us! I know well you guys can make a comeback! So go out there and win!

Even though I'm not too well versed in A3! I will support them all the way!

Oh and apologies to A3! fans if the information below is inaccurate, I wrote this based on my understanding of the info from the really cool posts you guys made during the previous polls! But I will gladly correct anything I've stated incorrectly!

But there is one thing im sure of... It's that they're blue and pink!!

In Muku's case, he's the blue one. Yes, his hair is pink, but we need to take a look at what colors are usually associated with him. Firstly, his eyes are blue, so blue will always be a part of him. Secondly, Muku is typically wearing an outfit with blue on it (like in the above)! This is shown in his main outfit and other alternate costumes he has. The background associated with him can also be blue too! So the color blue tends to follow him around I'd say.

For Yuki, he's the pink one. Is his hair green? Yes. However, his main outfit (as shown in the poll) is clearly pink. Similar to Muku's case, a lot of art involving Yuki also sport him in either a pink outfit (like in the above), or a pink background. So it's fair to say that a lot of Yuki's appearance is pink, as a lot of him (due to his outfit) is pink.

Now as for them as characters, the fans of A3! have said a lot of great things about these two when I've seen them in other polls in this bracket! From what I understood, they're close. Really close. They hang out together. They support each other. It's about one of the closest bonds you can think of! Seriously, they compliment each other so well because both of them are able to help each other through their insecurities. They're so good with one another it's beautiful!

After the matchup between Muku and Yuki and Aomine and Momoi, I've come to respect these guys a lot, and you should too! Help out these homies by giving them your support! Because I believe that they can make it all the way to the top! Let's keep this fight burning!!

Gabriel

Gabriel is a small elephant with big ears that constantly make him fall over. He has a pink bowtie that says 'I Love You'

Makes Saku feel safe and Gabriel is a reminder to himself that he's loved and appreciated by everyone at Mankai.

George Washington

George Washington is a tiger. He is small, but his arms are like those slap bracelets so you can wear him on your wrist (or let him hang on the side of shelf like I do).

So I got Georgy-Boy for easter 2020. i asked my friends for name ideas. They sent me stuff like 'Stripes'. I went offline for a few minutes and when I came back online I told my friends his name was George Washington.

Daniel

Daniel is mostly pink but has other pastel colors that look like watercolors. He's a unicorn. And a ketchain. And he's one of those dream lites, so he lights up. (He's supposed too anyway, but he's never lit up since i got him like 7 years ago at a yard sale).

Lucifer

Lucifer is a small panda pillow pet. Very easy to travel with bc he fits in most backpacks.

My mom told me she wanted me to have a stuffed animal with a biblical name, i picked him up, looked her in the eye and said "His name is Lucifer." My mom tried to protest. "You said a biblical name, Mom. Lucifer is in the bible."

Itaru

Pao(???)

Pao is a panda. They are also a phone holder thingy. Like it'll hold your phone if you're watching movies or whatever.

Like 5-ish years old. Got them from a friend. They have a tag with their name on it, but I read it once and then just called them "the panda" for some reason instead of their actual name and now the tag is too faded to read the name, but i am 38% sure it says Pao or something close to that.

Tsuki

Tsuki is a dinosaur. Tsuki is a sparkly dino. He's green rn, but if you brush your hand over him, the sparkles turn over and he becomes orange. I like green tho bc his tummy and the bottom of his feet are orange and so are his eyes.

Hinata

Hinata is a narwhal. A bright orange narwhal. Infact he is the same color as Tenma's hair.

Named after Hinata Shoyo (Haikyuu) [bc its the same color as his hair. there is a theme with this narwhal and the anime boys i associate with them]

Yuki

Steve

Steve is a regular teddy bear, except he has a shirt that has pikachu on it. (the shirt was originally Tsuki's bc i got tsuki at a friends build a bear bday party, but it fits Steve better)

I just think Yuki would try new designs/color schemes/styles by making clothes for Steve to see how they look.

I got Steve from a claw machine (my bf at time won him for me just before we watched Endgame together.)

Muku

Eeyore

Muku most definitely loves the Winnie the Pooh movies and I will fite for this hc. He gets my Eeyore. You know how Eeyore's tail is always going missing or falling off??? Eeyore's tail comes off (velcro) but its attached to his actual body with a string so it cant be misplaced.

Eeyore has a patch that says "official disney store" but i got him for $3 at a thrift store.

Misumi

Sherlock

Sherlock is a polar bear. Sherlock is very huggable. He makes Misumi feel safe. He has a hat and scarf (that don't come off. they are sewn on him)

the hat has a pom pom on top and the scarf has a pom pom on each end. the hat and scarf and the bottom of his feet have a blue/white plaid pattern.

Kazunari

Victor

Victor is a puppy and the first big stuffed animal of mine on the list! He's all tan and abt maybe 3-4 ft long. Victor lays pretty flat so he's comfy to lay/sit on. I think Kazu would like sitting or laying on him when drawing. Probably has him on his bed so he's like a giant pillow.

Victor is from Toys R Us. I got him last August-ish from my Aunt and Uncle who found him at a thrift store and thought I'd like him.

Kumon

PJ

PJ is a small white tiger. He is also a ball. He can fit in one hand. When Kumon is thinking or stressed or bored (etc) he just lays on his back and tosses PJ up into the air.

When Kumon is laying on the floor tossing PJ, Misumi sits on the bed closest to where PJ is and tries to grab him (but only if Kumon is in a good mood and okay with it) It's a fun little game they made up they like to play.

Banri

Sammy

Sammy is another one of my large stuffed animals. He is also a puppy, but unlike Victor he is sitting instead of laying. He's abt 2-3 ft tall. His fur is the same color as Banri's hair. Great to squeeze at anytime, but very therapeutic when you're in a bad mood. Has a heart on his ear.

i got him abt 7 years ago. I had just finished spn season 2 and was upset abt the finale and had no way to start season 3.

Tiggs

Tiggs is a beanie baby tiger. Tiggs is a little larger than PJ (and not a ball). He's a regular orange tiger instead of a white tiger like PJ. He'd buy Kumon PJ so they could have matching stuffed animals. Small and very comforting to just hold/hug.

Omi

Benedict (Ben)

Benedict, also known as Ben, is a small koala. Just a little bigger than Tiggs. He has a heart on one of his feet (i think the right one). very soft. very fluffy.

Taichi

Dean

Dean is my largest stuffed animal. He is a dark brown teddy bear that's abt 4-ish ft tall. He can be put in a corner and used as like a bean bag chair, or he can lay down flat and be a good pillow like Victor can.

It's very fun to just wrap around him and squeeze as tight as you can. Especially in when your in a bad mood. Very comforting to cry into.

I got him a couple years ago at a thrift store.

Lev

Lev is a lion abt the size of a regular teddy bear (maybe slightly larger). I got him a thrift store so he's slightly worn out from age. He's mostly a pastel dark yellow-ish tan and his mane is dark brown. very huggable.

He's the stuffed animal I sleep with. Smells nice all the time, like the fabric softener.

Named after Lev Haiba (Haikyuu)

Sakoda

Emotional Support Iron Man

So Iron Man is small and he sparkles. He will hurt you/someone if thrown hard enough. Sakoda likes heroes bc they remind him of Sakyo they look cool. I'd hc that he got Iron Man from Sakyo when he was younger and its one of his most valued possessions and goes everywhere with him (or stays with Azamo or Sakyo at the dorm. Maybe Izumi or a couple others are on the list of who can watch over Iron Man.) Very protective of it.

Got the emotional support part of his name from a friend.

She saw Eddie Redmayne on a movie cover (think it was The Danish Girl) and started freaking out bc she loved him. I handed her the Iron Man and the next day she thanked me and said he was an Emotional Support Iron Man and the name stayed.

Azami

[Emotional Support] Spooder-Mon

Sakoda knew Azami as a kid. He most definitely got him the Spider-Man so they could have matching plushies.

Spider-Man is square and has little blob hands doing the web thingy. The tag said travel pillow, but he probably just chills by Azami's bed. When needed, Iron Man will be placed next to him if Sakoda can't take Iron Man with him.

I brought him to school one day and we had a bio test and all the people sitting around me passed him around and gave him a pat for good luck. We all got good grades and then he was dubbed as Emotional Support Spooder-Mon, but the Emotional Support title isnt part of his name (unlike the Iron Man).

Phil

Phil is a zebra. He is a pillow pet zebra. Like Lucifer, Phil is also easy travel size. The bottom half of Phil is pink, so I refer to him as my pink zebra.

I just think it'd be cute to have Tsumugi with a pillow pet ok. I also thought he'd probably have has Phil for many years (since he was a kid) and Tasuku most definitely brings up things from when they were kids and shit.

Tasuku

Cap

Cap is a husky. He was won from a claw machine with Steve.

There's just something abt the grey and white that gave me Tasuku vibes. Also, Cap's eyes are abt the same shade of blue as Tsumugi's and Tasuku knows this bc they are in love. Very squishy when hugged and with the way he sits, you could make it look like he's guarding something.

Homare

Ushijima (Ushi)

Ushijima, also called Ushi, is the last of my giant stuffed animals. He is abt 2-3 ft tall (like Sammy) and has a tail abt the same length.

Ushi is a raccoon thats mostly hot pink. Ushi's eyes are also pink and just abt the same shade as Homare's hair, although Ushi's fur is brighter by a few shades.

Ushi hurts when thrown/swung hard enough. Very fun to hug bc he's filled with beans (like beanie babies) so unlike all my other giant animals, he doesn't have to be fixed/adjusted after everytime you squeeze him. The tail has cotton tho and makes a good pillow.

Homare would definitely just see a 3 ft tall hot pink raccoon and claim it with no explanation.

Hisoka

Vladmir Dracula the 3rd (Vlad, Drac)

Vladmir Dracula the 3rd, who has many other names but usually goes by Vlad or Drac, is a vampire (surprise).

Vlad is a squishmallow thingy, and their tags say something abt them being able to be used as pillows, and thats why Hisoka gets Vlad.

Vlad is triangular in shape, with triangle ears, and triangle fangs, so I thought abt Misumi, but i figured Hisoka bc it's a pillow.

He's like the perfect travel size and he has a cape and a bowtie.

Named after Vlad the Impaler, the real life inspiration behind Dracula (my brother thought he was named after Vladmir Putin and I wanted to punch him for that but I was too busy laughing.)

Also named after Dracula, who was a vampire.

Idk where 'the 3rd' came from, but it's part of his name for forever.

Azuma

Sebastian

Sebastian is a dinosaur thats blue with a white tummy.

He's also a squishmallow, but he's bigger than Vlad by abt 2× as wide, so he'd be harder to carry around, which is why Hisoka got Vlad instead. Being a squishmallow means he looks more blob than dinosaur and i love it.

His tag said his name was Dominic or something, but I named him Sebastian before I actually checked the tag, so he's Sebastian.

Moriarty

Moriarty is my other polar bear. I got him with Sherlock and named him Moriarty bc Moriarty is Sherlock's nemesis.

He's just a plain white bear thats very huggable and adorable. I usually have a bowtie on him bc it makes him look fancy.

Guy would like him bc he's plain white and very fluffy.

Izumi wakes up, rubbing the back of her head. What happened? Last she remembers is that she was going to her father’s old company. Where is she now?

Looking around, it seems to be… a bedroom? It has some of her stuff in it. She stands up and looks around. There are two doors. She cautiously opens one of them. A bathroom. Great. Hopefully the other one is an exit then. 

Opening the other door, she finds a hallway. Looking down there’s a long row of doors. The closest ones are a dark pink, the ones further down look yellow. She has to strain her eyes to see it, but further down the doors seem to be orange.

She slowly walks out. Her door is a light pink and is at the end of the hallway. There’s an open area that seems to be for lounging, given the couches.

“Hey!” She hears someone say. Looking over she sees a boy with pink hair and eyes. He’s wearing a grey sweatshirt that says spring. “Do you know where we are?”

“No. I was actually trying to figure that out myself.” She gives a humorless chuckle.

“Oh…” He looks sad.

“It’s okay! We’ll figure it out. How about we work this out together?” She extends her hand. “I’m Izumi Tachibana. Good to meet you.”

“Yeah… yeah! I’m Sakuya Sakuma!” He looks back to the stretching hall of doors. “So I guess we should look around then.”

They walk down the corridor. Past the orange doors are blue doors. 21 in total. At the other end there is another room. They go in and see that it’s a dining area. Inside a man with magenta hair sits at the table.

“Hello!” Sakuya greets him. “Do you know where we are?”

“Lost and afraid, alone and scared. A strange area you are laid. No one knows how. No one knows why. We don’t know where we are now.”

“What?” Izumi stares at the man.

“Though lost and confused my poetic soul will never die!” He stands up triumphantly. “Ah, where are my manners?” He approaches them. “I am Homare Arisugawa, esteemed poet!”

“Should we assume you don’t know where we are either?” Izumi asks.

“I do not. I do wonder, though we don’t seem to be in any immediate danger. Let’s hope it stays that way.” He smiles.

“Yeah…” Sakuya says. Izumi pats him on the back to comfort him. “Well, we’ll be going, then.”

“Then I shall bid you well!” He gives a large flourish.

The two of them walk down the connected room. A kitchen. Inside are two large men and a guy laying on the ground. The purple haired one squatting next to the unconscious one.

“Oh my god.” Izumi mutters.

“Did they- are they-” 

“Oh!” The brown haired large man notices them, causing the purple haired man to look over.

“Sakuya stay behind me.” She whispers.

“Don’t worry,” He’s noticed their fear. “I’m not gonna hurt you.”

“I’m not either…” The other one mutters.

“I’m Omi Fushimi!”

There’s silence before the other man realizes it’s his cue to introduce himself.

“Juza Hyodo.” He waves. “He’s breathing.”

“That’s good then.” Izumi sighs.

The man turns over, groaning.

“Oh! Are you alright?” Omi turns his attention back to him.

“‘M fine.”

“What’s your name? I’m Sakuya Sakuma!”

“Hisoka Mikage.” He mutters.

…

He’s asleep again.

“Well, it’s been fun talking to you.”

“You too,” Omi pauses. “I didn’t get your name.”

“Izumi Tachibana.”

“It’s been good talking to you, Ms. Tachibana.”

She laughs and they leave.

It’s connected to the lounge area Izumi saw earlier. Inside there is another silver haired man, this one tied into a ponytail. A boy enters from the other end of the hall. He has black and brown hair and headphones around his neck.

“Hello.” The man waves. “Who are you?”

“Sakuya Sakuma.”

“Izumi Tachibana. And yours?”

“Azuma Yukishiro. A pleasure.” He turns to the boy. “What about you?”

“...” He turns and goes back down the hall. Great talking to you.

“Well…” Izumi turns back to the others. “Do you know where we are?”

“No. I was hoping you’d know.”

“Sorry to disappoint.” Izumi sits at one of the couches.

“No, you’re alright. We could talk about what we know already.”

“Alright. There are 21 doors. Including us, there are eight people so far.”

“I woke up in a bedroom that seemed to have my stuff in it. When I looked out there I saw the other doors and what appears to be a dining room.”

“When I looked out I saw the doors and this lounge.”

“When I went outside I saw Izumi.” Sakuya laughs dryly. “I also noticed that the doors are colored. The one I came out of was pink, Izumi was standing in front of a light pink door, which I’d guess is her room. Given what you said, I’d guess you have a blue door.”

“Correct.”

“So are there 21 people here?” Izumi thinks out loud.

“That seems to be a reasonable enough conclusion.”

“So where is everyone else?”

“I’d wager that they’re spread out around the place.” Azuma looks over at an opening leading to more of the building.

“Then we should look for them!” Sakyu gets up. “Let’s go!”

“I’ll stay here.” Azuma says.

“We’ll get everyone else to meet in here, then, and if you can could you get everyone around here?”

“Of course.”

With that Izumi and Sakuya go to look for the other people while Azuma gets the ones they’ve already met.

They walk around, looking for other people.

“Hey! Hey!” They turn and see a blond man in a blue jacket running towards them. “Do you know where we are?”

“No.” Izumi says. “We’re actually looking for everyone so we can talk about this together.”

“Oh, I think I heard someone over here earlier.” The man leads them to what appears to be some sort of library. Inside they see another man with brown hair looking through the books.

The blond man gasps. “Tsuzuroon!” The man jumps with the sudden noise. “I didn’t know you’d be here!”

“Miyoshi?” The man Miyoshi identified as Tsuzuroon asks. “Oh, who are they?”

“Izumi Tachibana.”

“Sakuya Sakuma.”

“Oh! I didn’t introduce myself!” Miyoshi turns to the other two. “Kazunari Miyoshi!”

“I’m Tsuzuru Minagi.” He looks around a little. “Where are we?”

“Not sure, we’re actually gathering everyone to talk about that together.”

“Alright then.” He sighs.

“We’ll meet up in the lounge when we find everyone, so if you want you can go there now.”

“Sounds like a plan.” The two head over to the lounge. Ten people. Eleven to go.

Looking around more, they find a well dressed man wandering the halls.

“Oh!” He sees them and his pink eyes widen. “Hello.”

“Hey, we’re gathering everyone in the lounge to discuss what’s going on.”

“Okay then,” He walks up to them. “I’m Itaru Chigasaki.”

“Good to meet you, Itaru. There should be about eight other people there right now.”

“Yeah. I’m Sakuya, by the way!”

���Izumi.”

They continue onwards. After a while in the long turning halls, they see a pink haired boy. He sees them, too, and promptly bolts in the other direction.

“Hey wait!” Sakuya calls after him. They give chase, and Izumi notices he’s running with a sort of limp.

His sneakers squeak as he stops behind another young kid with green hair and a pink dress.

“Sakisaka.” The green haired kid turns to him. “Do they really look dangerous to you?”

“Y-you never know…” Sakisaka mumbles.

“Why do you think I’d be able to help?”

“Sorry Rurikawa… I panicked…”

“We’re not here to hurt you!” Izumi cuts in, holding her hands up to show she’s not a threat. “We’re getting everyone to the lounge so we can talk.”

“Yeah! I’m Sakuya Sakuma!”

“Izumi Tachibana.”

“Yuki Rurikawa. Before you get any ideas, I’m a boy.”

“M-Muku Sakisaka.”

“Well if that’s done, then I’m going to the lounge.” Yuki walks away, his shoes clicking on the floor.

Muku just stands there. He looks so scared.

“P-please don’t leave me alone.” He says, clapping his hands together.

“Do you wanna come get people with us?” Sakuya offers.

“Only eight more people.” Izumi offers her hand.

“Okay…” He sheepishly takes it.

They find what appears to be two restrooms, one’s women’s the others men’s.

“Do you think anyone’s in there?” Sakuya looks at them.

“Only one way to find out.”

Sakuya and Muku go into the men’s room and Izumi in the women’s. She doesn’t find anyone. She thinks for a moment. So far of the twelve other people she’s met all of them were men.

“Did you find anyone?” She hears Sakuya call from the other side of the door.

“No.” She says as she leaves.

“We didn’t find anyone either.” Muku takes her hand again.

After a second they see an orange haired man wandering around.

Muku gasps. “That’s Tenma Sumeragi.”

“Who?”

“He’s a famous actor and his dad is known all over the world!”

“Hey!’ Sakuya calls.

“Huh?” He looks at them. “Where are we?”

“Not sure, everyone’s meeting up in the lounge to discuss that. You can head there now if you want.”

“Right, um…” He looks nervous. “Where’s the lounge?”

“I can show you!” Sakuya offers before looking at Izumi. “Can I show him?”

She’s taken aback by his asking for permission. “Yeah, go ahead.”

Sakuya grabs him by the wrist and walks him back.

“We’ll see you there!” She calls to them.

They continue their walk and after some time they hear… arguing? Looking where it’s coming from she sees three intimidating men.

“Stay behind me, Muku.” She whispers.

“Cut the crap, old man!” The brown haired man yells. Izumi feels Muku flinch behind her.

“What?” The blond man raises an eyebrow.

“Oh I’m sorry is Oldie’s hearing aid not properly in?!”

“Guys, stop arguing.” The final man cuts in. He sees Izumi in the doorway. “Hello.”

The other two turn to look at her. “Oh shit.”

“Who are you guys?” Izumi asks and walks further in. She subtly pushes Muku back some so he’s not seen as well.

“I am Sakyo Furushi.”

“And you can’t answer one goddamn question of mine?”

“Tasuku Takato.”

The brown haired man rolls his eyes. Up close she sees his jacket has purple plaid and cheetah print. Hideous.

“The name’s Banri Settsu.”

“Izumi Tachibana.”

“Tachibana?” Sakyo asks.

“That’s what I said, yes.” She pauses for a moment. “Have we met before?”

“I do believe so.”

“Oh gross, old people romance.”

“I am in my twenties!”

“So, do you know what’s going on?” Tasuku asks.

“Right. The reason I’m here is because we’re all meeting in the lounge to discuss that.”

“So there are more people?”

“I’m assuming there’s 21.”

“Why 21?” Banri asks.

“Because me and some others I talked to woke up in a bedroom, which there are 21 of.”

“Right.” He nods. “Then the lounge is the place with those couches at the end of that hall?”

“That’s what I’m referring to, yeah.”

“What about your little friend there?”

“Eh!” Muku squeaks when he’s spotted. Izumi, Tasuku and Sakyo look over at him.

“You’re not all that stealthy, shrimp. So who’re you?”

He tries to say his name, but he’s trembling and can hardly get past the m.

“Christ, didn’t mean to startle you so bad.” He steps toward him and he flinches back.

“Pl-please don’t hurt me! You shouldn't waste your energy on me! I’m just an over ripe banana that needs to be tossed!”

“Muku,” Izumi goes to comfort him. “Muku it’s alright. And… you’re not a banana.”

“S-sorry…” He straightens a little. “I’m Muku Sakisaka.”

“I’ll get going, then.” Tasuku quickly takes his leave.

“Sakisaka, are you okay?” Sakyo cautiously asks.

“Y-yeah. Don’t worry about me.”

“Well, I’m gonna go, too.” Banri says. “Sorry about the scare, shrimp.”

“Don’t call him that.” Izumi scolds.

“What? He’s small and pink like a shrimp!”

“Come on.” Sakyo grabs him by the ear and drags him out.

“Just a few more.”

They hear some talking a little down the hall. Investigating, they see three people. One is a dark skinned man with silver hair in a ponytail. One is a blue haired man in a long tan jacket. Finally there is a kid with red and black hair wearing a blue sweatshirt.

“Do you know what he’s saying?” The redhead whispers, which Izumi can barely hear.

“Where are we? I awoke in this…” He pauses. “Sleeping area that I don’t recognize and I don’t know how I goat here. Would you be so kin to give me some assassins?”

The blue haired man thinks. “You woke up in a bedroom you don’t recognize and you don’t know how you got there.” He deciphers. “I would love to be of assistance but I think we’re all in the same boat here.”

“Maybe they know?” The redhead points at Izumi and Muku.

“Ah,” Izumi’s caught off guard. “No, but there are other people, we’re meeting in the lounge to talk about that.”

“Oh.” The blue haired man says. “Well, that’s good to know. I’m Tsumugi Tsukioka.”

“Taichi Nanao.” The boy says happily.

“I'm Citron!”

Izumi looks further down the path. A wall. They’ve gone through the whole building. There’s still someone missing, though.

“Well, let’s get going.”

The five of them walk in silence, Muku holding Izumi’s hand.

“Hey,” Taichi speaks up. “We never got your names.”

“Right. Izumi Tachibana.”

“Muku Sakisaka.”

“Now we are all formerly introduced!”

They enter back at the lounge, getting a proper look at just how many people there are. The black and brown haired kid joined them at some point. He’s in the corner.

“Oh!” Muku perks up. He runs over to Juza, who’s startled to see him.

“Ah,” He pauses. “Do I know you?”

Muku looks like his entire world just shattered around him. “What?”

“You… you just came up to me like we know each other.” He looks nervous.

“Right… sorry…” He mutters and goes back to Izumi.

“Oh so you’re here too.” They hear Tasuku say.

“Oh! Tasuku, I wasn’t expecting to see you here.” Tsumugi chuckles nervously.

The tension is almost palpable.

“Is this where you ran off to?”

“No, actually I got a government job. I don’t know what this place is.”

They’re cut off by someone yelling “Triangle!” And Juza is promptly tackled by a man with blue hair. “Your eyes are so triangular!”

“Uh… thanks?”

“You’re welcome!” He hops off of him. “So where are we?”

“We were actually just about to talk about that.”

“Actually,” They hear someone say. “There’s something I’d like to talk about first. Welcome, everyone, to the killing game!”

clara/sugarplum fairy: sakuya. i want to see him go through a costume & hair transformation sequence, not gonna lie. 

nutcracker/prince eric: juza. obviously he has to be the ruler of the land of sweets.

mouse king: sakyo or chikage. i want one of them to wave around a sceptre and say quotes like “i’ll reduce the Nutcracker to a pile of splinters"

pimm: taichi... pimm is a spy :O who has to do dirty work :O but the real reason is i just want taichi to follow around sakyo again or maybe even chikage this time lol

major mint & captain candy: tsuzuru and citron respectively. mint is pretty serious and awkward, candy is a lot friendlier- i just think it’ll be a good way to insert some humor in the play

rapunzel: kazunari. obviously. actually, kazu has a lot of similarities with her: a good artist, patient, adventurous, quick thinking, hardly ever complains- also he’d look good with long hair i think ><

gothel: omi. there is an action fighto scene + also just the theme of omi playing villains lol... also THERE’S A SCENE WHERE GOTHEL PRETENDS TO BE RAPUNZEL BY WEARING A LONG WIG AND BOI- KAZU AND OMI’S BODY BUILDS ARE SO DIFFERENT BUT IT’D BE FUNNY IF THE PRINCE FALLS FOR THE TRAP ANYWAY

penelope: kumon. a PURPLE funny and clumsy dragon- fight me, the only answer is kumon especially once you see who’s next.

hugo: juza. a PURPLE dragon who’s penelope’s dad but he’s gonna be the older bro in this one (i wonder why...)

even though they were antagonists they have come back in other games… theyre silly now!! you can play as them!! in fact while youmu is a reoccuring playable character… yuyuko has only been playable once (supposedly) and it was as a duo unit with youmu!! wow!!! inseperable!!

the a3! fans has been so supportive of knb on polls <3 theyre so nice, theyre so passionate, we love to see it!! i love how supportive u guys are!!

people got so upset that yuki was "green" in the blue/pink poll because they didnt understand that yuki is pink (color scheme, eyes, etc.) and muku is blue (also color scheme, eyes, etc) bc you dont need to have the hair color to be that color!!!

theyre also so supportive of each other… people make fun of yuki for how he dresses but muku talks about how cool yuki is! and muku used to be a track star… but yuki sees him as muku rather than a superstar ace!!

PART FIVE - ROUND FOUR

[aomine-in-gensokyo]

Hey guys, Daiki Aomine here The Quarterfinals? Nice. Looks like Satsuki and I are up against some powerful opponents. It's a dream come true. No side better hold anything back! First of all, shoutout to the Muku and Yuki's crash course from the last round! It's actually really fun to draw parallels between them and Aomine and Momoi. On the basic level, both groups are highschoolers with an incredibly close bond. But I really liked how Yuki was described as being "stand-offish, and yet always keeps Muku around." That's literally Aomine and Momoi! Aomine is the more cold and dismissive guy, but he has absolutely NO PROBLEMS keeping the peppy and upbeat Momoi around! And by "keeping around" I mean they CONSTANTLY hang out!

I also like the part about how Muku and Yuki's relationship are explored in "side interactions and stories!" Aomine and Momoi also have a lot of side content that explores their relationship more. I'm actually going to be talking about those later so stick around!

But it seems that Aomine and Momoi and Muku and Yuki have quite a few things in common! This'll make for a real epic showdown of pink and blue!

But I think we're also due for a little crash course about Aomine and Momoi as a duo, so let's get started!

First: their names are color coded for blue and pink!

Aomine's name written in kanji is 青峰 (Aomine) and 大輝 (Daiki). The first character in Aomine is 青 (Ao) which is the character for blue!

Momoi's name written in kanji is 桃井 (Momoi) and さつき (Satsuki). The first character in "Momoi" is 桃 (Momo), which is part of the kanji used to refer to the color pink (桃色)!

They are literal representations of pink and blue!!

Second: they are childhood friends!

Ever since they were kids, Aomine has been playing basketball and Momoi has been watching him play! In fact, this is how Aomine grew his love for basketball. By playing against everyone he could, he grew into the formidable player we all know him today. And it was Momoi who was there with him every step of the way. But other than basketball, these two did a lot of other random things too. Needless to say as kids they were inseparable, a trait that still holds up today! Actually, them knowing each other for so long let's us segway into...

Third: they're always looking after each other!

Both of them are ALWAYS there for each other. When a more depressed Aomine decided to attend Touou Academy, Momoi chose to follow him there, rather than attend the same high school as her crush, Kuroko. She had to make sure Aomine would be ok, so she chose to go with him rather than Kuroko! On Aomine's side, he's always doing things for Momoi too! There was one time where he won a prize from a claw machine and gave it to Momoi! Or there was another time where he accidentally hurt Momoi's feelings, and upon doing so, immediately regretted what he had done and apologized after she ran off. Both of their trust and care for each other is two way. You can't have one without the other!

Oh this is also a good place to mention that Momoi explicitly mentions her having a crush on Kuroko is completely different than how she feels about Aomine. This basically means that while both Momoi and Aomine may not have feelings for one another, they're still inseparable due to the many reasons I listed above.

But let's get into the real meat shall we? In Kuroko no Basket, Aomine and Momoi are almost ALWAYS in scenes TOGETHER!! I've got a few examples to show you guys...

This is Aomine and Momoi's introductory scene! See how they were shown TOGETHER?? That's right, their bond is so strong that they have to be introduced together to everyone knows just how close they are! Also, the context of the scene is that Aomine faked being sick because he was too lazy to play in his team's game (reminder that Aomine is the strongest player on their team by a longshot). And who is the one who knew exactly where he was? Momoi!! This is a pretty good demonstration of how these two are going to function as a pair.

Also! There's something to be said about their appearance narratively. These two are shown together as a way for the readers/viewers to understand that the next opponents for the main characters is not only going to be ONE superstar opponent, but TWO this time, which is pretty huge considering how powerful the previous opponents were already.

Here's another scene where these two appear

In this scene, Momoi had trust tried to call their old friend, Midorima to ask him about how his game was. Midorima, being a little broody because he lost, hangs up on Momoi, much to Momoi's annoyance. So who was the one who decided to call back? Aomine!! Clearly he did it because Midorima was being a bit too rude to Momoi, and if she wants to call you, you better answer! And naturally, since Aomine and Momoi are both part of Touou's basketball club, it's natural they'd be together, but the fact Aomine probably offered to call Midorima for Momoi shows how much he cares!

Right here is probably the most prominent example of them hanging out

Often times, Momoi and Aomine will be watching the games of their friends together! Well, sometimes Momoi has to forcibly drag him out there, but they both enjoy the experience in the end. And even if Aomine doesn't want to go, he never shows signs of true annoyance at being dragged out there by Momoi. In the end, the two of them will always hang out together, no matter what it is. And if you want to know, we are shown when these two watch 3 separate games together.

And if you think that it's ONLY Momoi who brings Aomine places, that's not quite right!

In this scene, Aomine asks Momoi if she wants to join him in buying some new shoes. Naturally, Momoi accepts gladly. She does add in the additional quip of suggesting Aomine buy her dinner. While he is shocked, we can infer that he most likely did accept that offer. Either way, it's another example of these two always doing something together!

Like seriously there's tons of side content that feature these two together with other characters. Here's one right now!

There's actually not a whole of of context here. All of these guys are just hanging out together for no reason at all. But isn't it fun? They just hang out because they feel like it! They don't need a special reason, they just do it! These kinds of scenes happen a lot in special content. The ones featuring Momoi and Aomine usually explore their friendship, or just put them in various comedic situations with other members of the cast. It's a great way to explore their characters outside of the basketball court! They just love putting these two together in all sorts of wacky situations!

I see... I... lost. Satsuki and I poured in everything we had into this battle, but the results are clear. Even though we lost by 1 point, Muku and Yuki were stronger. The reason we lost was that difference.

(skip the next section if you don't wanna read it! there's a little more non spoilery text below that section) (theres also a very little edit i made of aomine and muku, but it miiiight be a spoiler for kuroko no basket season 2. its at the bottom right before the spoiler section ends if you only wanna see that!)

!!! KUROKO NO BASKET SEASON 2 SPOILERS BELOW !!!

The fact that Aomine and Momoi lost by ONE point is ACTUALLY CANON!!! In their final match against Kuroko and his team, they won with a score of 101 to 100!! So the fact that this poll is LITERALLY WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SERIES IS WAY TOO FUNNY!!! Like seriously I couldn't have asked for a better match up. This was perfect in every way possible.

Also, in the series, Aomine was unbeatable, never having lost a basketball game in like... 2 years? Him completely crushing others at basketball was what resulted in him believing that

"The only one who could beat me, is me."

It was his curse, to never find a worthy opponent. But after Kuroko and his team beat Aomine and his team, that phrase is no longer true!! There's finally people in his life to give Aomine the sense of thrill and excitement on the court once more! He could love basketball again!!!

As for Momoi, she wasn't burdened by the same feelings as Aomine, but Aomine acting more sad and lax than he used to never sat right with her. That's why she had to be there with him, to make sure he'd be okay and for someone to push him along. But after he lost, Momoi knew that the old Aomine she used to know would finally come back! In fact, while shocked that their team lost, she was relieved that Aomine finally found the challenge he was looking for. She knew that her old friend was regaining the feelings he lost long ago. She even starts to call Aomine by his nickname "Dai-chan" again after this event. It was a special moment.
