Where the Fuck am I

Summary: You accidentally get enrolled into Clone High, even though you are not a clone. Instead of kicking you out, Principal Scudworth decided to keep you to see how the clones react to a real human- Not a clone. Pairings: Various x Reader

You groaned, rubbing your head. You didn't remember what happened or where you were. This- Caused a panic to stir in you. You quickly sat up and looked around what looked like an office. Well- more like a science lab with all the flasks and mysterious liquids.

You frown, rubbing your head, before sitting up. You yawn, walking towards the door, but you are grabbed and pushed back into the chair. You looked around confused only to see a crazy-looking man in a lab coat. He had yellow rubber clothes, which were clasped together. A banner of his name 'Scudworth' was engraved into it. This was the moment you were going to die.

There's a moment of silence before he speaks. "You may be wondering why you're here."

'No shit,' You thought, trying hard to contain your eye roll.

"It seems the administration made a mistake when enrolling you."

"So, you can unenroll me, right?" You asked hopefully, your eyes nearly shining with glee and hope.

The man smirks, as if you had just told him a funny joke. "Unenroll you? Now why would I do that? This is fate."

"Fate?"

"Yes!" he stands up, his chair spinning as he walks over to your side, "The first Natural-born human amongst clones of historical figures of the world. This is what was meant to happen."

"What was?"

He turns away from you and looks over at his many degrees on the wall. You hear him chuckle, causing you to worry. "Why you coming here. You were meant to be here. To see how the clones would react with you. It is the perfect science experiment. It will determine how they will react to the..." He turns back to you, "Natural World."

"And I have to be an unwilling participant?"

"Well, it's not like you have a choice. Just imagine the possibilities."

You frowned, "Possibilities?"

"Yes," He turns back to you, and pats your shoulder. "A new year has begun and things will be... incredible."

'Oh my god, this man has lost his mind,' You thought, shaking your head. "You can't do this to me- I have rights-"

"Do you? Besides, this is a regular school, so there is no reason for you to go to another school. It will be in your best interest to stay in this school."

'Is he threatening me?'

A smile over takes his face and he claps his hands, "Alright. Go, go. You will definitely be popular."

You sat in a room full of strangers- Well, they weren't really strangers. You recognized a few of them as historical figures such as Joan of Arc, Abraham Lincoln, and Ghandi?

"The first day of school is always awkward. I just want you to know I can relate. You see, I'm not just your kindly history teacher. I'm also the first mostly-human clone."

You have to hold in a gag when seeing the creature. God, this had to be some type of crime against humanity.

"Spliced in a little sheep DNA." He pats his arm with his cane. Which is fine with me."

"You can't even tell, Mr. Sheepman."

'Ah, yes you can,' You thought to yourself, but you'd never say that aloud.

"Thank you! Before you leave, we have an announcement from Miss of Arc."

"Now, I know I don't have to tell you how committed I am to community service."

You frowned, before tilting your head. 'What the fuck is she talking about? She's nothing like THE Joan of Arc.'

"That's why I'm starting a teen crisis hotline and I'm looking for volunteers."

'Nevermind. Maybe she is.' You quickly raise your hand, but immediately put it down when seeing the look of disappointment cross her face. 'Bitch.' Though you were the only person left in the classroom, so she had to go with you.

"I've never seen you before, are you new?"

"Something like that." You pick up your bag, before putting out your hand, "Y/n L/n."

She looks at you confused, "That doesn't sound like any historical figure I know."

"Yeah, because I'm not."

"What?"

"I'm not a clone."

You can see the look of confusion appear on her face as her eyebrows cross, "What? But this is Clone High? Why would you not be a clone in clone high?"

"That's a good question. So, when do you need my help?"

 You walk through the halls, gawking at the many historical figures, impressed by the many you could see. Though, you should have paid attention to where you were walking, because you ran into a taller man.

The man turns around, but makes no move to help you. Instead, he gestures at you as a whole, "Aye- You're new?"

You turn towards the voice. Your eyes nearly popped out of your skull when you saw him, "Oh god, you're John F Kennedy!"

He laughs, shaking his head, "Yes, Yes I am. And who are you?"

"Y/n."

He hums, "I don't remember that name-"

"It's complicated."

He laughs, "Haha! Complicated. I like you. I'm having a party Friday, you should come."

"Party? Like highschool party?"

"Aye, you are so funny!" He clasp a hand on your shoulder before letting out a hardy laugh. He wipes a tear from his eye and takes off.

"Oh, wow, your first party. Maybe this year will be different."

I watched the Clone High S2 Ep1 leak!! Here are my thoughts 

SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT

Overall, I liked it!! It's not perfect, but I think they're still finding their footing 

Normally when shows, especially reboots, do the whole "cancel culture" thing it can come across as lazy and cheesy (looking at you, Velma), but I think it made sense here, given the context of why the show was literally cancelled. Side note, the "canceled table" joke is how I found out Andy Dick voiced Mr. Sheepman

I also thought the idea of a Columbus clone wanting to distance himself from his clone dad was really neat!! It really hearkens back to the whole overarching nature vs nurture theme the show has 

Speaking of the new characters, I like the clash between 2000s teens and 2020s teens but I don't get why they didn't reuse the Harriet design from season one. It's not that her design isn't cute here but it doesn't fit as well in my opinion

Ik Frida and Confucius also had original designs in season one but I really love what they did with Frida's and I like that Confucius has a bit more personality than "stereotypical Asian guy." I'm wondering how they're gonna handle old bg characters being new students here tho 

Continuing with new characters, it was kinda predictable that the new leader was gonna be a love interest for Skudworth, but seeing him in a new light was fun since we didn't get to see him interacting with people besides Mr. B, the students, and occasionally the board. That being said tho I hope she's gonna have a personality besides "hardass that becomes a love interest," but I have faith because Clone High has always had a way of turning things on their heads 

I'm so here for Abe getting called out for being an asshole. The whole apology video(s) thing was hilarious, and he definitely gave me the vibes that he'd casually use slurs lmaoooo

I definitely miss Gandhi. He was my favorite and you can really feel his absence. I actually saw a reddit post saying how they should handle him going forward that I really liked so I'm gonna link that here

I'm really curious to see how they're gonna handle Cleo no longer being popular, it'll be fun to see her personality expand past that of "popular slut"

Last but not least, JOANFK CONFIRMED!!! I love how JFK respected Joan when she wasn't sure about agreeing to be his girlfriend officially or not. I think that really shows the difference between him and Abe, if that makes sense? And at the end when they finally made it official

All in all, I liked it! It's not perfect but I think it just needs to find its footing moving forward. I'm cautiously optimistic!

I know Clone High doesn't take itself seriously, but I do have to ask:

If they managed near-perfect human cloning back in the 1980's, and presumably even further back if anyone here still remembers that weird ass Eleneaor Roosevelt clone from season 1 who was a teacher, as well as Mr. Sheepman... Does Dolly the sheep even matter in the CH-verse?

It doesn't bother me that she isn't the first cloned being in this universe because Dolly never was that in real life either. John Gurdon's frog experiment in 1958 was, and there were technically experiments all the way back in the 1800's. But the reason Dolly got so much news was because she was the first to be cloned from adult somatic cells, as opposed to embryo cells that other cloned animals used.

But if Scudworth was able to just make an entire ass school full of clones whose DNA was extracted from long deceased adults, well shit, Dolly basically has no achievement in the Clone High universe now does she? So does she still exist and is just a way to cover up the other cloning experiment? Or is she just a regular sheep, if she even exists in the universe at all?

rewatching clone high s1 so i can use my mind powers to insert wulfington into the eps. idk its a really fun thing to do.

he only has One line in ep 1 id Think. he would probably be relegated to minor character similar to mr sheepman, but maybe appearing a Bit more than him.

idk the Scene im thinking abt in s1 is him and sheepman drinking some coffee in the teachers lounge talking abt their summers, wulfington has a Cone Of Shame on and mr sheepman is like "What, did your boyfriend get you fixed or something" and Wulfington is like "turns out home surgery from your boyfriend doesnt' give the best results." and he lifts up his shirt to show his top surgery scars

And Mr Sheepman leans in and is like "...well the scars don't look *great* but you cant argue with result- did he sign his name." and Wulfington is like "Yep." and Mr Sheepman is like "Huh. Let's just hope you don't get phalloplasty next time."
