The Best Ways to Locate a Reliable Pick-Up and Delivery Courier Service
Tumblr media
First and foremost, trust
To determine whether a pick-up Motorbike dispatch courier and delivery courier service is a need for every given company today, trust must first be established. When deciding on a courier service to work with, choose one that presents a positive image of professionalism to your clientele. A reliable pick-up and delivery courier service are essential for the smooth operation of your business.
The need for tracking is emphasized.
The courier provider should have a tracking system in place. The best solution is to choose a reputable business you know will always meet your deadlines. There may be no temporal reliability if tracking features are not given.
A professional staff can not be replaced, thus
You should insist that the courier service sends you a worker who is not just competent but also courteous and well-trained. They need to be pleasant to be around and presentable. When selecting a pick-up and delivery courier service, bear in mind the kind of service you want to provide to your consumers. This is among the reasons that employ dedicated delivery staff with specialized training for pickups and drop-offs.
Reliable and secure shipments
The level of security provided by courier services is another crucial factor to consider. If you're sending a package, the service you choose should get it there without anybody knowing about it. Any e-commerce company that relies on delivery to operate should take every precaution to guarantee that all items reach their recipients in one piece.
Money is important
Value for money is also crucial. A reasonable and competitive price is a factor to think about. Both the buyer and the seller might lose money if packages are misplaced during the transaction. Consider how clear the prices are while making your delivery partner selection. Thus, make sure your costs are reasonable and commensurate with the kind of service you're providing.

Scottish nurse Mairi Chisholm was born 26th February 1896 in Nairn.
Her family was independently wealthy and owned a plantation in Trinidad. When Chisholm was a child, the family moved from Scotland to Dorset. As a teen, she witnessed her older brother, Uailean, who owned a Royal Enfield 425cc motorcycle, competing at rallies and at the Bournemouth speed trials. Around this time, and against his wife’s wishes, her father bought her a Douglas motorbike. Chisholm spent hours in the family stables stripping down the bikes and repairing them. She was just 18 years old when, while roaring round the Hampshire and Dorset lanes, she met thirty-year-old Elsie Knocker, a divorcee and mother of a young son. They became fast friends and soon began competing in motorcycle and sidecar trials together.
When war was declared in 1914, Knocker wrote to Chisholm that there was “work to be done”,and suggested they go to London to become dispatch riders for the Women’s Emergency Corps.Chisholm rode her motorbike all the way from Dorset to the capital. It was while acting as a courier in this way that she was spotted making hairpin corners in the city by a Dr. Hector Munro. Munro was setting up a Flying Ambulance Corps to help the Belgians who had been caught unawares by the German invasion and invited her to join his team, as she describes in a June 1976 interview:
“Munro was deeply impressed with my ability to ride through the traffic. He traced me to the Women’s Emergency Corps and… said, ‘Would you like to go out to Flanders’ and I said 'Yes, I’d love to’.“
Both she and Knocker ended up in Belgium as part of the corps. The sense of adventure the two women shared led to them spending an incredible four years the wounded on the Western Front.
Mairi and Elsie set up a medical post in the cellar of a house in Pervyse.
Their bravery and the physical and spiritual benefits which they brought to the wounded would lead the Belgians to refer to them as the 'madonnas of Pervyse’.

Urgent blood samples are now being transported by electric drones in a medical delivery service which aims to improve patient care by speeding up testing turnaround times. The service involves delivering blood samples for patients undergoing surgery who are at high risk of complications from bleeding disorders. Moving samples between Synnovis’ lab at Guy’s Hospital and the lab at St Thomas’ Hospital in London can take more than half an hour by road but takes less than two minutes by drone. This enables quicker analysis, helping to efficiently determine whether patients are safe to undergo surgery or be discharged. Blood samples are currently delivered by van and motorbike couriers. Alongside the efficiency advantages, switching to drone deliveries will have significant environmental benefits by removing carbon emissions and reducing traffic congestion. Lightweight commercial drones can reduce CO2e emissions by up to 99% compared to non-electric cars and reduce transportation electricity needed compared to electric delivery vans. The six-month operation is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, which has granted the airspace approval, and NATS, the air traffic management service, is ensuring the service operates safely alongside crewed aircraft. It has been organised as a partnership between Guy’s and St Thomas’; Apian, a healthcare logistics company founded by NHS doctors; and Wing, a global drone delivery company that is part of Google’s parent company, Alphabet. This is a landmark first for the NHS in London. Apian and Wing have previously partnered on medical drone delivery in Dublin, Ireland, and Apian has trialled medical drone deliveries in rural areas of the UK. The six-month trial could serve as the foundation of a healthcare drone distribution network for the NHS across London. Lawrence Tallon, Deputy Chief Executive of Guy’s and St Thomas’, said: “This drone trial to deliver blood samples should speed up test results for some of our most vulnerable patients, ensuring they have the very best care. It combines innovations in healthcare with sustainability to give us an NHS fit for the future.” Alexander Trewby, CEO and Co-Founder of Apian, commented: "Cities like London face a unique challenge: built vertically but relying on 2D roads, they’re choked by polluting congestion. Apian’s ambition is to create an autonomous delivery network operating at NHS scale, moving physical items as productively as the internet moves information. Kudos to Guy’s and St Thomas’ and the Civil Aviation Authority for leading the way. If we can pioneer drone delivery here, we can do it anywhere!" Courtney Johnk, Global Partnerships and Healthcare at Wing, said: “We’re pleased to be fully operational in central London, delivering patient blood samples by Wing drones on-demand on weekdays. The efficiencies gained for patient care by transporting multiple samples by air as needed, rather than through ground traffic, are already becoming clear. It’s exciting to see drone delivery is now integrated as a regular part of healthcare logistics at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.” Professor Dominic Harrington, Chief Scientific Officer, Synnovis, said: "Tens of thousands of essential patient samples are analysed by pathology laboratories across London each week. Reducing the time it takes to transport these samples means results are available more quickly to inform best possible patient care. We’re excited to be working with Apian on this pioneering project and look forward to seeing where this can go next.” Image & Story via - Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust Read the full article

Twink Van Pt.1
Sasha had been on shift for an hour before he saw the mauve Skoda in his wing mirror, and he'd delivered four pizzas before he noticed it following him. It was dark by then, not so dark he could not see the make of the car, or see the last three letters of the license plate--AKM--but dark enough that he could not make out a face behind the tinted windshield.
He'd been followed before, as the Kidderminster fuzz had gotten the (not wrong) idea that most of the motorbike couriers had sidelines as coke dealers. That wasn't one of Sasha's sidelines, so it just meant being pulled over, searched, and then chewed out by the manager at Romino's Pizza & Kebab for late deliveries.
This didn't seem like the police, though. Something was wrong. Unmarked cars didn't have tinted windows and they didn't follow you for this long without pulling you over. Besides, who's buying coke on a Tuesday night a week before the end of the month? This wasn't London, after all. It wasn't even Birmingham.
He came to a green light, slowed down, and crossed just as it turned yellow. The Skoda followed through the red. For once, Sasha felt a surge of panic because he didn't see flashing blue lights. Definitely not the police.
His next delivery was for a regular, but one well outside of the town proper. There were dark, unlit roads with little traffic and no witnesses. Lots of ditches you could push a motorbike into and not have it discovered for a day or three. It only took a few moments to decide that this job wasn't worth being murdered for.
He reached a roundabout and on an impulse went round the wrong way, ignoring the blaring horn of the van he'd missed by an inch and barrelling down a one-way street. He'd ridden the right way down this street enough times to know there was an alleyway wide enough for a bike but too narrow for any car, and skidded into it. After slowing down and switching off his lights, the faint orange glow of streetlights became visible in the distance.
As he rode along in the dark he felt incredibly stupid. He'd stayed up too long last night smoking hash with Greg and Greg's new girlfriend and he'd taken too much Adderall to perk himself up in the morning. This was paranoia, the dumbest kind of paranoia, the kind that fourteen-year-olds hitting their first bowl at a music festival or freakishly square cops who snap one day and eat a whole bag of edibles experience. Had there even been a car? There had definitely been a van, one that barely missed him when he went the wrong way around a roundabout. He'd almost died!
He stopped the bike halfway down the alley, turned the engine off, and took off his helmet. It was clear either end, and he hadn't seen lights drive past in any direction. His fringe was stuck to his forehead with sweat, and as he swept it off with a gloved hand he realised his hands were shaking wildly. He took a few deep breaths, took a cigarette from his pocket, and took a few drags after lightning it. He hadn't realised that his vision was spinning slightly, but it stopped anyway.
The adrenaline had worn off and left something cold and heavy in its place. There had been a car. It was some kind of Skoda, it was mauve or dark red, it had tinted windows, and he remembered the last three letters of the license plate. AKM. He'd seen it once, noted it in his mind, seen it again, and seen it again. It was the same car. It had followed him all over. It had gone through a red light to keep up with him. Just because he was paranoid didn't mean it hadn't happened.
Sasha made up his mind. He'd ride to a friend's house and hole up there for the night, call his boss to say he'd got knocked off his bike and couldn't finish his shift, and then try to figure out if anyone wanted him dead. Maybe he could start looking for another job too. Suddenly, call centre work didn't seem so bad.
He took a last drag on the cigarette, got back on the motorbike and started riding down the alley. Greg's house was barely a mile from there, and he felt a semblance of calm.
Just before he reached the end of the alley, his wing mirrors lit up like halogen lamps. A car was behind him at the other end of the alley, shining its full beams on his back, and in his mind he knew it was the Skoda. He revved and shot forward in a panic, accelerating towards the street in front of him, and slammed on the brakes a split second too late when he saw the side of the van that had pulled up in front of him.
He didn't remember going over the handlebars.
Sasha woke up with white circles pulsing at the edge of his vision and a sour, gluey taste in his mouth. He moved his limbs and they moved a few moments later. He was naked, and as he blinked his vision darkened, not because he was losing sight but because the room he was in was so blindingly white that his eyes had to adjust to everything but pure light.
The room was cold and bare, a grey metal floor with bumpy non-slip patterns rubbing rough against his naked skin, a sterile white ceiling, three sterile white walls, and one mirrored wall directly in front of him.
He was naked.
He yelped in shock, or he would have if not for the strange sludgy fog that permeated his head and slowed it down to a dull "Oh," that came out a few seconds later. His eyes didn't feel like they could focus, and as he stared at his reflection he felt as if he only saw bits at a time--his sweaty mop of brown hair one moment, freckles on pale cheeks the next, the half-finished koi sleeve on his left arm swum in and out, and every time his focus switched another wave of pain washed through his mind. The light that shone off the sweat-covered patches of bare skin on his chest and stomach seemed as bright and painful as a magnesium flare, and the light that glinted off the metal around his neck was even worse.
He wasn't completely naked.
He'd been collared.
As he touched numbed fingers to the steel collar, there was a shudder and a hum. He looked up and saw a cooling unit, a heavy one, like in a walk-in freezer. It was covered in droplets of condensation. A wave of even colder air washed over him.
Somewhere deep beneath the fog and pain, panic grew within him. He was naked, it was cold, and he was cold. It was going to get colder, and he would get colder with it and he was already so, so cold. He'd always been a skinny guy, he wore a vest from September through to late April, and everyone he'd ever lived with had yelled at him for setting the heating too high.
Cold killed people, he thought, and he needed to stop the cold. He would turn off the machine, or hit it until it stopped working, he had to. On unsteady legs he rose, almost toppling to his hands and knees before staggering to his feet, and as he pressed a shaky hand to the wall to prop himself up he felt even more heat leach out of his palm somehow.
It was then that he noticed the thick iron chain connected to the back of his collar, the metal so cold that it felt like searing heat as he grasped it, and as he moaned in dazed shock the door opened.
A woman walked into the room.
The woman was dressed in a bright yellow rubber apron and wore matching yellow washing up gloves. Her skin was brown and her hair was tucked neatly under a hairnet, and though Sasha could make out her features his brain couldn't seem to connect them together. She had at her side a black canvas duffel bag that clinked and rustled as she shut the door behind her. The noise the bag made as she dropped it to the floor felt deafening, and when the ringing in his ears stopped she was talking to him.
"Sasha Walczak, my name is Jane," she said, her voice underwater. "I am going to be looking after and looking out for you, and it's vital that you trust me."
He blinked, and his grip on the cold chain tightened. "What?" he slurred.
"This is important," she said. Her voice was strange, not local, not even English. Maybe American? She was staring into his eyes. "Sasha, do you trust me?"
"W-what? No! Who are you?" Another bolt of pain shot through his head. "What?"
A kind smile crossed her lips. "It's okay, I'll help you trust me," she said, and reached down into her bag. She pulled out a TV remote and a rubber device with a thick set of canvas straps, too small to be a belt. One end of it looked like a short but thick penis. "Sasha, in ten seconds you're going to open your mouth for me, and in fifteen seconds you'll be wearing this gag."
It looked far too large to be a gag.
Sasha reared back in panic and revulsion. "No," he said, shaking his head, "No, I'm not," he said, and then he said nothing as she took a step closer because he had sealed his lips tight, and then he raised his fists as adrenaline surged through his body and even the look of cold fury that filled Jane's eyes was not enough to make him waver. She stopped in her tracks and he stopped too, frozen in place and unsure of whether to back away or rush forward. Jane raised the remote control and pressed a button, making the choice for him.
Sasha felt a tug at his neck, heard the grinding of machinery, and was yanked back painfully by his neck. The chain on his collar was being drawn back by a powerful winch, towards a slot in the wall just over six feet high. He had enough wits about him that his head didn't slam back into the wall, but six feet was several inches too high for him to stand. The collar became a noose, cutting off his air as his legs scrambled against the smooth wall and his fingers clawed at the solid metal desperate to find purchase.
He did not see Jane take out a collapsible step, but as he gasped for air with his eyes bulging out she filled his vision, pushing the cock-shaped rubber between his lips and buckling the straps tight behind his head. She stepped down and away, clicked the remote again, and he collapsed to the floor.
She held her wrist up to his face, with the stopwatch readout visible on her smartwatch. One-five-dot-zero-zero.
"Fifteen seconds. Sasha," she said, and her voice was definitely American. "I promise you that if I say something will happen, it will happen. That's why you can trust me." She reached behind his head and tightened the straps by another inch, enough that he could feel the straps biting into his cheeks and his teeth biting against the rubber.
The gag tasted unpleasant, chalky rubber with a stink of diesel about it. Two rows of soft plastic flares swelled around the base as it settled, pushing up in front of and behind his teeth like a confused mouthguard. As he moved his tongue to adjust, it became humiliatingly obvious that the end was modelled on a penis.
"Okay Sasha, you're going to have to sit up straight for me because of the gag. It's important."
"Hwwfh!"
She raised the remote again, making him clutch his collar in instinctive panic, but as she pressed a button there was no movement on the chain but instead a hiss from within the gag. A compressed air cartridge inflated the gag from the inside. First, the rubber pushed against the top and bottom of his mouth, forcing his jaw wide. Next, two small bulbs on each side of the cock-shaped bit began to swell, squeezing past his molars, making his cheeks bulge out painfully until they were comically large, as if he'd stuffed a whole plum each side. Finally, the tip of the rubber cock pushed deeper into his mouth and prodded the back of his throat. A horrible sensation gripped his innards, and he gagged on his gag.
"Listen to me! You need to sit up straight."
A push nudged him in the right direction, and through the haze of panic he sat back, straightening his posture against the wall behind him. Rubber-clad fingers grabbed his jaw and raised his chin, holding him in place for a moment before letting go. He took a slow, shaky breath through his nostrils, and realized that in this position the rubber cock wouldn't trip his gag reflex as long as he remained still.
As if to spite him his mouth seemed to flood with saliva, which he had to swallow or else inhale. He chose the former, but each tiny gulp was a painful battle to suppress his retching. Something was cold against his leg, and with tears in his eyes he glanced down to see Jane cuffing both of his ankles. Each metal cuff had a short length of slim wire rope that fed through a metal eye bolt, and she screwed each of these bolts into two holes in the floor. Then, she pulled the wire rope through each bolt, taking up the slack and spreading Sasha's legs, pulling them wide until they were at a right angle. With his back pressed to the wall and the cuffs on his ankles, he could scoot forward on his butt or sit with his legs wide.
"Sasha, you're gonna lift your arms over your head for me, and I promise you'll do it in the next ten seconds."
He looked at her with terror and loathing, but couldn't force himself to move. His hands were clamped to his chest, and between the cold of the room and his unhappy nudity, he wanted to tuck them in as close as possible.
Jane stepped forward, and the tip of her rubber boot touched his testicles. He tried to scoot back but there was nowhere else to go, and his balls were trapped between the sole of her boot and the cold, hard floor. If she rocked forward an inch it would crush them into paste.
"You don't want to make me break a promise," she warned, applying just enough pressure to make pain shoot through his stomach and make him squeal. He lifted his arms in surrender. With a heavy-duty zip tie and another eye bolt she pinned his wrists together and to the wall, as high up as he could reach.
"Good little boy, back down for me," she whispered into his ear. "Exactly the way I knew you would."
She stood up, packed up her bag, and walked towards the door. Sasha was afraid to move his head to look at her, but through the corner of his eye she seemed to be looking over her shoulder at him. "The sooner you learn to trust me, the easier it'll be," she said as she opened the door, and a moment later Sasha was alone.
Above him, the hum of the cooler became a low roar. Air blasted down on him from the vents, buffeting him like arctic winds. He squealed in shock and a plume of white mist flowed from his nostrils.
There was frost rime on the ceiling. This was the kind of cold that killed you. The cold was going to kill him, and he was so cold, and every burst of foggy breath that left his lungs was a jot of warmth he could not afford to lose. He was shivering from cold and shivering from terror, and his only break came from his shivering forcing him to gag inadvertently.
He saw his hands in the mirror, already an unpleasant shade of puce, and he could not tell if it was from the cold or the lack of circulation or both. He couldn't feel them, and he knew he would die here. The certainty of his death felt calming for a few moments. Then he thought that he would never see Greg again, that Smelly would go unfed, that he would never get to visit Norolisk, and in these thoughts he found himself overwhelmed with despair and terror, only to be calmed moments later by the fact that he would die and he could change nothing, only to despair at what he wished to live on for. This continues in an awful circle, going faster and faster as he lost more to the blistering numbness.
That was when Jane returned. She wore a fur coat and carried a wicker basket stuffed with cloth. She set the basket down in front of the shivering boy, taking a yoga mat, an electric blanket, and a thermos flask out. Then she stepped over Sasha and parted her coat. She was naked underneath it.
She crouched down and crawled on top of him, breasts pressed on his chest, belly to belly and groin on groin. Her skin felt scaldingly hot and he was compelled to press against it, the warmth making him start to sob with relief, each hot breath in his ear an injection of pure life. The heat that radiated from her pussy and against his limp, shrunken privates felt as if it was melting him from the waist down.
"Nod your head if you want to live, little boy."
Tears ran down his cheeks as he nodded desperately. She stroked his hair, smiling.
"Good, good, that's what I like to hear."
She unhooked his wrists from the wall and let him lower his hands. The pain he felt as his circulation returned was nothing compared to the pain of the cold. He flexed his wrists and fingers as if to reassure himself that they were still there, but his relative freedom did not last long. Jane attached the zip tie around his wrists to the back of his collar, so that his elbows pointed outwards and his hands rested at the base of his skull. She turned around and fiddled with his ankle cuffs, giving him enough desperately-needed slack that he could almost touch his heels to his ass, and then slid the yoga mat underneath him.
Sasha was still freezing, but it no longer felt as if his back and ass were being burned from the cold. He tried to curl up into a ball, but the bonds on his wrists and ankles meant the closest he could get was a half-crunch position. Jane had dismounted him, and as the cold air blasted him he begged wordlessly for her to return.
She crouched again, but instead of sprawling over his front, she pulled a thick black object out of her pocket. Sasha stared at the thing as she squeezed some clear liquid onto, and his eyes went wide as he realized that it was a massive buttplug that she was coating in lube. He felt the tip get placed up against his asshole, but she didn't push forward. She was staring at him with a disturbingly hungry look in her eyes.
She wasn't pushing forward, but he didn't dare wriggle away.
"See that blanket behind me?" she said, "That's a heated blanket. Sasha, I wanna give it to you. I'll tuck you in nice and tight and then I'll plug it in, and you'll be warm as a pop-tart under there. But first you've gotta prove you want it. Do you want it?"
He knew the price she was asking for, and did not want to pay it. But he did not want to die there either. His gag muffled a sob as he nodded.
"All you've gotta do is push your pretty-boy butthole right onto the plug."
It had been months since he'd had anything back there, and that had been in much more enjoyable circumstances. This time it was not so easy. He was slow to obey and clumsy, and clumsier still because he did not wish to appear slow to obey. He scooted down and felt the pressure increase but it just felt painful. The last time he'd done this he'd been coaxed to relax, he'd been cleaned out, and he'd been more than a little drunk. Now, between the cold and the terror, he couldn't make himself loosen up no matter how hard he wished he would.
"Lift your legs up and push against it, like you're trying to push the plug out of you."
He meekly did as he was told, and the plug inched into him. He couldn't stop himself clenching against it, which didn't slow its progress but made his hole burn and cramp around it. It stopped moving halfway in. He looked at Jane, desperate for her to shove it in and get it over with, but her expression made it clear that she expected him to do the work. For a few minutes he rocked back and forth and tried to scoot onto it, accomplishing little but fucking it a half-inch in and out of his ass either way, and he was sure that she was letting the pressure off the base ever so slightly so that it wouldn't go in, but after one frantic rocking motion the thickest part slipped inside him. He moaned into the gag, squirming from the fullness, the burning, and the humiliating rush he'd felt as the plug briefly brushed up against his prostate.
There was genuine warmth in Jane's smile. "You know how to make a girl happy, Sasha. Now let me get you your blanket."
She pulled the blanket over him and plugged the cable into an outlet in the floor. It heated up immediately, the warmth enough to make Sasha give a garbled moan of relief as the worst of the cold was banished.
"Right now we're in the back of a truck, and we're about to go on a road trip," said Jane, leaning down by his face. "You'll be all alone back here and it'll be real cold outside of this blanket. If you thrash around and knock it off, you'll be dead of exposure before we get there."
Sasha swallowed. He'd woken up many a night shivering because he'd kicked the duvet off the bed in his sleep.
"If you want, I'll make things a little easier for you. I'll strap the corners of the blanket down to eye-bolts, and you'll have to damn near tunnel out of there to get out from under it." Her lips grazed his ear as she spoke. "But if I do that for you, you've gotta make things a little easier for me. How does that sound?"
Again, he nodded.
She took out a bundle of thin plastic tubes attached to a complex set of rings and clips, coated them thoroughly in lube, and lifted the blanket to access Sasha's groin. He could not see her hands but he felt them, squeezing and adjusting his penis for a few moments before he felt an uncomfortable scraping sensation against his urethra. The feeling intensified, and he writhed in discomfort as he realized that she was feeding a catheter inside him. It felt bizarrely deep, like she'd pushed two meters of tube inside him, but a sharp jolt within him told him it had just barely touched his bladder. He squeaked as something clipped on the head of his cock, and it turned to a sad whine as unseen straps separated his balls and bound his limp penis between them. This obviously wasn't a medical issue catheter.
Once finished, Jane gave him an encouraging slap on his buttplug, lowered the blanket, and strapped the corners down through eyebolts as promised. She stroked his hair and smiled at him kindly.
"Are you still a little cold?"
Sasha was still shivering, and was unsure if a lie, the truth, or silence would bring on a worse punishment. He looked away from her and nodded slowly.
She ran her fingers through his hair and chuckled. "That's okay, don't worry. I'm going to feed you some hot chocolate."
He looked at her warily, so she opened the flask and held it near his nose as steam rose off it. It smelled like hot chocolate, with a hint of cinnamon, and he relaxed ever so slightly.
She put her hands on his inflatable gag but did not remove it. Instead, she turned a valve. Air hissed out and the cock-shaped plug end shrunk back by an inch. Sasha moved his head, and found that it no longer tripped his gag reflex. As he got used to it, Jane used a large plastic syringe to draw up half a cup of hot chocolate from the flask.
"Sasha, I need you to do something, okay?" she said, soothingly. "That little rubber dick in your mouth? Start sucking on it, suck it like a baby bottle, and don't stop. I don't wanna see you start choking on your drink."
She inserted the nozzle of the syringe into an opening in his gag, and with a twist and click it locked into place. The effect as she pushed down on the plunger was immediate, thick hot chocolate bursting into his mouth through dozens of tiny holes on the penis-shaped gag.
His eyes went wide as he gulped down the first mouthful, sweet and chocolatey and painfully hot, nearly inhaling a mouthful despite his obedient suckling. She did not give him a chance to adjust and kept pressure on the syringe, keeping the flow constant as he sucked frantically. Only once half the tube was empty did she stop for a moment, watching his nostrils flare as he allowed himself to breathe, and with a nod she pressed the plunger once more.
The heat that shot through his core as the liquid settled inside him was overwhelming. He remembered lying in a hospital bed as a child, an IV in his arm and stitches on his belly, the day after his swollen appendix had almost killed him. The pain had washed over him in waves, growing in intensity as the minutes wore on, and the only thing that pushed the tide back was the dose of morphine every half hour, all the pain receding under a rush of warmth. That hazy, nauseous feeling of relief was the only thing he'd experienced that could compare to the warmth inside him now.
With the syringe empty, Jane unclipped it from his gag and stored it along with the thermos in her bag. It was only when she turned around with a small rubber pump in hand that Sasha stopped sucking on the now-empty cock insert. He whimpered in protest as she attached the pump to another outlet on the gag, but was soon silenced as it reinflated, puffing out his cheeks and stretching his jaw painfully.
She stood up and shouldered her bag, a line of bare skin still visible from her collarbone to her groin where her coat was unbuttoned. Looking Sasha directly in the eye, she said, "We're going for a little drive to get to your new home. It'll be a few hours, though I guess it might seem longer to you, because this trip is a test: that cooling unit up there is gonna go on full blast the whole time, and nobody is gonna stop and check in on you until we get there.
She glowered at him as she spoke. "So I sure hope you don't do anything dumb like wriggling out from under the blankets or throwing up behind that gag and not having the good sense to swallow it back down, because dead bodies are a pain in the ass to haul and I've got better things to do with my night."
From her basket she pulled a length of pink silk, and Sasha only realized it was a blindfold as it plunged his vision into darkness. He whimpered as he felt a pair of warm lips touch his cheek. "I'll see you in a few hours, Sasha. Be good, you hear?"
The heat of her lips lingered for a moment as she stood up, and faded as the door clicked shut behind her. Sasha was alone, and as the floor lurched with the start of the van's engine, he knew he would be alone for some time.
His mind raced down every possible path and fell flat on all of them at once. Who was this woman? Had he pissed someone off? Why was this happening to him? Were they going to kill him? When will they kill him? Every hint his brain conjured up was laughable--a tenner he owed his old dealer, the voice of a college lecturer, flashes of the film Taken--and each one was pushed aside by another question or by the combined blare of the cooling unit and the van's engine. The cooler was still running at full blast, and everything above his nose was still taking the brunt of it. He tried to wriggle down further under the blanket, without much success.
The floor jolted, and immediately jolted again. They must have just driven over a speedbump, he thought. He felt himself being pulled gently in one direction, and then another. Probably a roundabout. A bolt of clarity pierced his mind - he'd been doing deliveries for long enough to know roads by feel. He might be able to tell if they were still in town or had left it, and maybe even if they were on the motorway or not, and have some sense of where they'd taken him. There were only so many directions you could take out of Kidderminster, after all.
He counted eight turns and ten stops before the first set of cramps hit. It had seemed like the uncomfortable plug in his ass clashing with the bumps in the road, but it built slowly until in ten seconds his guts felt like they had doubled in bloat, then tripled, then tenfold as if he would burst open like a crushed grape at any moment.
The first time he'd gone to a music festival he'd tried to steer clear of the portable toilets, but on the second night he tried hash brownies for the first time along with half a bottle of vodka. He'd woken up drenched in sweat and stumbled out of his tent a few hours after midnight, half-staggering half-sprinting to the same awful toilets he'd been avoiding, for the worst bout of the runs he'd felt in his whole life up until that point.
He'd felt then just like he was feeling now, except this time there was nothing he could do but desperately try to hold it. There was another pressure inside him, and he realized he was also desperate to piss. As if to spite him, the van went over another speedbump at that exact moment, and the jolt to his midsection made him squeal into the gag.
The hot chocolate.
Jane had spiked the hot chocolate.
Somehow the pain built further, until the agonies of a few minutes ago felt like pleasant memories in comparison. His cheeks burned with humiliation--and from the cold blasting down onto his face--but he knew there was no more point holding it in. With a whimper, he relaxed.
Nothing happened.
Another wave of cramps wracked him. In a moment of panic he tried to push, which sent a sharp pain through his urethra and nothing else. The plug in his ass was a shape and size that he couldn't push out, and he had absolutely no chance of removing the catheter from his piss-hole. Instinctively he reached down to yank them out, but his hands were chained behind his neck and all that his effort accomplished was two-thirds of a sit-up and the most painful set of cramps yet.
There were no questions in his mind any more, no thoughts, only cramps. They clenched his core so tight he couldn't breathe, forcing him to spend his only conscious thoughts trying to relax enough to inhale for a few moments
The cold that crept in down his neck and under the edges of the blanket felt colder, and as he twisted from side to side he could feel himself lying in a pool of his own sweat. The fleece fabric of the blanket did nothing to wick it away. Steam rose out from the edges of the blanket as warm sweat met cold air, unseen behind his blindfold.
The journey went on and the pain grew greater than anything he had ever imagined. Every position was intolerable. His legs kicked out uncontrollably as spasms wracked his core, every muscle in his body flexing and twitching, sweat flowing from every pore on his skin. Tears streamed from his eyes, and though he felt full beyond comprehension his throat grew raw with thirst.
For a moment he wondered how close he was to sweating himself to death, but the thought was chased away by another wave of cramps. He did not pass out from the pain, and he did not grow used to it. The roads seemed to stretch on forever, country roads out of the way of cameras and prying eyes, and English country roads were so twisty, and so bumpy...

Being A Safe Motorcycle Courier
While a job as a knight of the road may seem very exciting it can also be a dangerous occupations. The thought of zipping in and out of traffic on your bike to get to your destination on time is both stressful and demands complete concentration at all times. With this in mind here are our 7 tips for being a safer bike courier.
Take care of your health
Make no mistake sitting on a bike all day requires a lot of stamina and keeping yourself fit and healthy is a must. This is nothing to do with appearance, even though those leathers take no prisoners, this is about being in the best physical and mental state you can be to endure long hours in often inclement weather conditions.
Take a motorcycle courier course
Even if you have been riding a motorcycle for many years the chances are you will not zip through city centre traffic on a daily basis. Taking one of these courses will prepare you for what the job entails and in turn helps you to ride more safely.
Wear the best possible equipment
This should be a no brainer but it has been reported that some companies provide their riders with less than adequate safety equipment in order to save money. As a biker you will know all about the safety aspect as if you aren’t happy about the equipment provided wear your own.
Do your homework
In the same ilk as the London black cab drivers do the knowledge you need to study the geography of the city you will be driving around. There will be numerous short cuts you may not even know about which will prove invaluable when you are stuck in a city centre traffic jam which is jeopardising you hitting your deadline.
Always wear your high vis jacket
No they aren’t pretty but they should be worn day and night. They catch the eye of everyone else on the road and make them more aware of your presence. The most common excuse for a driver who has knocked somebody off their bike is that they didn’t see them, they won’t be able to miss you is a fluorescent jacket.
Ride your own bike that whenever possible
You are going to be on your bike for up to 8 hours a day, maybe more, so you need to be as comfortable as possible. You know your own bike, you have a feel for it, and you will be at your safest riding this machine. Most courier companies will oblige but if they don’t insist on being given time to get to know your work bike.
If you are short tempered and given to bouts of road rage then this may not be the best job for you. To be a successful motorbike courier you need to have ultimate concentration and not be rattled by what is going on around you. If a car gets a bit too close you have to just carry on not give it a good kick!

Considerations for Picking a Motorcycle Shipping Company
Tumblr media
Let's talk about the three most important things to remember while picking an Urgent motorbike courier service.
Timeframes for collection and delivery are affected by factors such as the size of the package, the location of the pickup and delivery points, and the state of the roads. Talk to your transporter about your desired pickup and delivery times and their actual availability. If you want to receive the greatest price, it's essential to plan and avoid scheduling during holidays or times of extreme weather.
Equipment Shipment:
Enclosed transportation of motorcycles is the norm for door-to-door service. When transporting motorcycles, Beacon Shipping Logistics exclusively employs the services of companies whose trailers are specifically designed for the job, with features such as recessed floor tracks or shoes designed to accommodate the front wheels of the bikes being sent. Soft tie-down straps at the front and back of the bike ensure its safety.
The adage that "you get what you pay for" applies to prices as well as everything else in the world is applicable here. Your motorbike delivery time might be pushed back weeks if you accept a lowball, "teaser" quotation for shipping. Costs associated with transporting a small dirt bike or a large cruiser bike are likely to be comparable.
Motorbike
Moto messenger is stuck in London traffic, Next up on our courier's manual is the motorcycle. If you need to move across London quickly, this is the best option. Also, it works well for sending smaller objects across long distances quickly. They have a limit of 8kg in weight. Even while they can't carry as much as a vehicle can, they can usually make deliveries faster.

Driving Work - Work From Home and Bring in Additional Cash With Driving Positions
If you can drive you will find there are many more job opportunities available to you, either part-time to boost your income or as a full-time job earning a regular income. There are different options available, such as choosing to work for a company as their employee, or driving self-employed. You may decide to use your own car, with work such as taxi driving, or seek work driving an employer's vehicle when you do delivery driving jobs. Whichever type of driving work you choose, if you enjoy driving it can be a good way to earn money.
Driving work ideas
Delivery jobs
Catalogue delivery and directory distribution work is often available. You can do this kind of work when you need the extra income, such as at Christmas, or build up such work to a regular income. Check your local newspaper for ads or try contacting any companies who regularly employ drivers for deliveries.
Sales Agent/ Representative
There are several direct sales companies that will pay you a commission on your sales. You deliver the brochures door to door, return to take the orders and then deliver the items to the customers homes. As well as being able to drive you should enjoy interacting with customers, and you also need to know your products well and enjoy sales.
Courier driving service
This is using your own car, motorbike or bicycle to deliver items in the city. Bikes are often the most popular choice for this type of delivery work, as they can avoid a lot of the traffic queues and hold-ups that block up our city centres at rush hour. You need to be aware of all the dangers on the road and have good local knowledge of the city.
Taxi and mini cab driving
You need to own a modern saloon car if you intend to use your own vehicle as a taxi, and meet any local requirements, such as 'the knowledge' in London. Minibus drivers with 9 -16 passengers may need a PCV licence. Be ready to work mainly during the evening and week-ends, as this is when there is most demand for taxi drivers.
Van and lorry driving
If you own a van you could offer your services doing deliveries, removals or collections. The 'man with a white van' dominates many of our roads, so there should be plenty of work available if you are fit and flexible. You will need extra training if you intend driving a large goods vehicle, in order to obtain your LGV licence. The investment will open up the driving jobs you can do and increase your rate of pay.
Driving jobs can be an excellent way to earn extra cash if you are working from home. Many driving jobs can fit in with your available free hours and require little training. Do check your insurance cover for any vehicle you are planning on driving for work, as a domestic use policy will not generally cover you for business use.

Support from the One Green Bottle Bikers is a ‘Triumph’
We have been overwhelmed by the camaraderie of local motorbike group, One Green Bottle Bikers, who are now helping us to deliver food parcels to vulnerable residents across the Basildon Borough.
Tumblr media
The One Green Bottle Bikers are  a group of friends that share a love for motorbikes and usually meet in Battlesbridge, Essex. However, due to the lockdown they are putting their social circle and bikes to great use by being emergency Coronavirus Crisis Volunteers for Motivated Minds.
Biker friends Mandi and Sean first suggested the idea to fellow riders after reading how the Bike Shed Motorcycle Club in London mobilised their community into a volunteer rider’s group, to provide free courier-style services to support the fight against Covid-19. The Bike Shed partnered up with Team Rubicon UK, the disaster response unit, and Gophr Couriers to recruit hundreds of motorcycle volunteers nationally to get PPE, vital medical equipment, food and much more out to those most in need.
However, with most of the work being based around London these kind-hearted bikers wanted to volunteer locally and help the community they care so very much about.
Mandi explained “We wanted to share our passion and help the community and this is a great way to do that.”
Tumblr media
She added “We get to go out on our bikes, doing what we love, but helping out at the same time!”
Carla Andrews, Managing Director at Motivated Minds said “this kind of support means the world to us and those we are supporting. What a wonderful way to have emergency supplies delivered, I can only imagine the smiles on people’s faces as their shopping and medication turns up at the hands of such iconic community characters.”
She added “this fantastic biker movement helps those feeling lonely and isolated during the lockdown to know they are not alone. We’re all in it together, and our biker volunteers are helping us stay connected with those most at risk, and safeguard some of the most vulnerable people in our community too.”
If you would like to join the fight against Covid-19, you can make a donation to help here, or to get in touch with Carla call 07846 209846 or email [email protected].
