#MollyStrong event raises $33K for hit-and-run victim

RIB MOUNTAIN — A day-long event to raise money for a young woman critically injured in a hit-and-run crash generated about $33,000 in donations, according to the Rib Mountain Taphouse.

Rib Mountain Taphouse, 2501 N. Mountain Road; and Mountain Edge Restaurant, Bar & Banquets, 2901 Hummingbird Road, co-hosted the Aug. 25 event, which was filled with with music, raffles, a silent auction and more.
