Al was the only one of his cousins not to be sorted into Gryffindor but some of the Wotter cousins were almost placed in different houses.

Molly II, Dominique and Lucy were all almost placed in Ravenclaw. Molly didn’t care too much which house she was in because Audrey was in Ravenclaw and Percy in Gryffindor. Domi just wanted to make her grandparents proud and Lucy believed she was sorted into the wrong house because the poor girl is scared of almost everything.

Louis was almost sorted into Slytherin, but wasn’t, maybe because he was the last Weasley to be sorted of his generation
