When I Started: This idea crept up on me earlier this year and before I knew it I had 8,000 words comprising a solid beginning and a solid ending, but no idea how to thread my way through the middle. How I Lost My Shit: This stagnated for a time early on, as aside from one direct message thread with @theredheadedcaptain who generously indulges my flights of fancy, I knew it wouldn't have the usual incentive - reader engagement - to bring me to the finishline. The fact that it was shaping up to be another near-novel length story was similarly daunting. I plucked away at the structure of it here and there and wrote the key scenes that caught my attention most, but with life as busy as it currently is, I needed something to really light a fire under me if I was going to actually write the thing in full. How I Finished My Shit: entering the @wipbigbang and having a deadline gave me the push I needed. I made a writing schedule for the first time ever. I used the average word count of my finished chapters to game plan how much time i would need to write the others, then i threw that out the window when five chapters in a row clocked in at over 5K. Writing sprints with writing friends also majorly helped me meet my goal. I had to revise my due date once, and wound up posting the last four on a plane where it was still my posting date where I had started, but borderline not my posting date when I landed. It was a nail biter, but now it is all posted and I couldn't be happier with the journey this story took me on! So shout out to @wipbigbang for providing the deadline-motivation that got me to the finish line.

Je pense qu’il y a chez eux la conviction d’être plus intelligents que « les masses » qu’ils prétendent défendre. J’ai déjà raconté cette anecdote mais quand j’étais en fac, les syndicalistes étaient persuadés que si les « jeunes des quartiers » ne manifestaient pas avec eux c’était parce qu’ils n’étaient pas politisés et qu’ils devaient - en gros - aller leur prêcher la bonne parole. Ils étaient incapable de penser que ces jeunes puissent être politisés mais juste pas intéressés.

Les communistes iraniens étaient persuadés que les islamistes n’avaient pas les outils théoriques pour construire et faire tenir un état moderne. Et que naturellement après la révolution, le pouvoir leur reviendrait. Les gauchistes de chez nous font le même calcul. C’est parfaitement cynique chez les cadres.

Chez les militants il y a beaucoup de naïveté et d’envie profonde de bien faire. Ils sont très culturellement catho dans cette idée là et c’est ce qui a sous-tendu bien des actions associatives.

Summary: A grieving Q has lost his faith in the Q continuum and the universe in the wake of losing his son to the omega continuum. He's outcast from the continuum,his powers constantly monitored.

Meanwhile, in a pocket universe on Sormana, A broken Kathryn Janeway, stolen from her original universe, has lost her dreams of exploring the stars. It's been 10 years since she set foot on a starship. Alone but for her half-Kremin daughter Mollah, she is trying to build a life for herself with the pieces of it she has left.

When Q discovers a universe ending threat, he seeks out Kathryn to help him solve it. But can she face the demons in her past in order to save the universe, and can she still fulfill the role of Captain, so many years after it was stolen from her?

Their adventure will take these three across the universes, to resurrect a holographic Janeway who has little in common with Kathryn, and to see the fate of Chakotay and Voyager in the universe where Kathryn was stolen from.

  « Le mouvement des femmes en Iran sous le régime de la République Islamique ne date pas d’aujourd’hui, mais du lendemain de la révolution de 1979 (que j’ai d’ailleurs couvert photographe à l’agence Sygma).

 Deux semaines après la révolution iranienne, l’Iman Khomeiny rendit le hijab obligatoire sur le lieu de travail, ce qui provoqua une manifestation en date du 8 mars 1979, soutenue par les féministes du monde entier. Celle-ci dura cinq jours….

 Depuis l’instauration du régime de la république islamique, 250 lapidations officielles y ont été pratiquées…

 Depuis les femmes sont sujettes à toutes les répressions, en particulier à l’injustice sociale et judiciaire. Leur droit de divorce, la garde de leurs enfants, leur droit de voyager sans autorisation maritale ont été violés, bafoués !...

 En ôtant leur foulard, nos femmes iraniennes veulent jeter au nez de l’histoire leur dévolu sur la liberté et frapper un grand coup contre le régime des Mollahs »…

Données de la banque mondiale sur les femmes* : « sur 1000 personnes, 504 sont des hommes (50,4 %) et 496, des femmes (49,6 %). Il naît un peu plus de garçons que de filles : 106 garçons pour 100 filles. Mais on enregistre une plus forte mortalité chez les garçons que chez les filles ; c’est vrai dans l’enfance, mais aussi à l’âge adulte. Cette situation existe dans au moins seize pays, selon notre comptage, de la Mauritanie au Yémen en passant par l’Afghanistan et l’Egypte : on n’y reconnaît pas la majorité juridique aux femmes. On trouve le même type de situation en Bolivie, où les femmes doivent obtenir l’autorisation de leur époux pour pouvoir travailler. En Russie, 456 professions sont directement interdites aux femmes, comme les postes de conductrice de camion agricole, aiguilleuse de trains ou plombière.

Sur le plan législatif, plusieurs pays appliquent aussi une version très masculine du divorce : les femmes soit n’ont pas le droit de le réclamer, soit perdent leurs droits si elles le font ou encore doivent simplement demander « la permission » du mari. On retrouve l’Arabie saoudite, le Yémen, l’Iran ou l’Afghanistan parmi les pays qui ne réclament pas de raison ni n’imposent de délai à un divorce dans le cas où c’est le mari qui le demande, quand une femme doit parfois attendre quatre ans après la « défection » de son époux avant de pouvoir déposer une demande, comme c’est le cas au Pakistan.**

Sandrine Rousseau m’a tué 

Sandrine Rousseau veut combattre et abattre Julien Bayou dans la perspective du prochain congrès d’EELV. C’est son droit. Ses méthodes totalitaires inspirées de 1793 et surtout des procès de Moscou mêlant vie publique et ingérence dans la vie privée sont pour le moins contestables.

Elle a été huée par des femmes venues manifester leur soutien aux femmes iraniennes avec un cri du cœur : « Dehors la collabo ». C’est certes violent, mais moins que le « Mangez vos morts » de Madame Danièle Obono députée insoumise NUPES.

Comme Yann Moix l’a très justement fait remarquer, le logiciel de madame Rousseau est plus proche de celui des mollahs iraniens que des femmes iraniennes qu’elle prétend vouloir défendre. Allons plus loin : si dans les années sombres du nazisme il avait été avéré qu’Adolf Hitler n’avait eu aucune parole, aucun acte sexiste, n’avait jamais commis d’agression sexuelle entrant dans le champ des féminicides, qu’importe les camps de concentration !

Madame Rousseau considère qu’un homme sur deux est un agresseur. Elle n’a pas encore été nommée directrice de l’INSEE, mais cela ne saurait tarder. Pas besoin de statistiques pour mener la guerre contre les hommes hétéros blancs sur fond d’intersectionnalité unissant les néo-féministes, les gens de couleur et les islamistes.

Madame Elisabeth Badinter a eu le malheur (en fait l’honneur) de relever que les islamistes ne s’en prenaient jamais aux néo-féministes qui, par leurs réactions, ont montré qu’elle avait visé juste.

Dans l’affaire Julien Bayou, Sandrine Rousseau et sa horde sauvage ont voulu privatiser la Justice en mettant en place un mécanisme de surveillance de la vie privée de Julien Bayou qui n’est pas sans rappeler les heures sombres de la Stasi.

Selon Eric Zemmour, la NUPES, si elle ne disparait pas du fait de ses querelles internes, n’aura bientôt plus que des dirigeantes. Faut-il s’en réjouir ? Sans doute pas, même si madame Rousseau aura fortement contribué à renforcer le mouvement conservateur considéré par la bien-pensance comme ultra-conservateur dans la mesure où il se distingue en s’opposant au conservatisme islamiste.
