Eckersley argued that some Security Council members' efforts to downplay the severity of the violations or draw "false equivalence" with defensive military drills have backfired, emboldening the regime.   "They have blocked meaningful action to address the DPRK's activity and it has simply got worse," he said. "Their support for DPRK has not secured compliance with this Council's resolutions. It has led to more instability in the region and more disruption to the proliferation rules that keep us all safe."   The UK diplomat voiced particular concern over reports that Russian technicians may be assisting the DPRK's space and missile programs, and that Russia may be deploying North Korean missiles in its war in Ukraine. "Deliberately undermining the global non-proliferation regime and this Council's authority is a risk to all of us," Eckersley warned.   Humanitarian Worries In addition to the security threats, Eckersley highlighted the UK's deep concern for the welfare of the North Korean people, who continue to suffer deprivation as the regime pours massive state resources into its illicit weapons programs. HEAR ME OUT while launcher IS used to mean a thing that shoots rockets, it also very well just means 'a thing that launches' . cats surely know what the word launch means, because they throw and hurl and whatnot, right? not to mention 'runner' and 'watcher' are already suffixes that are entirely 'verb-er'. suffixes that honor an action a cat does exists in canon mistlelauncher could be a warrior who is incredibly renowned for their ability to hurl opponents off of them in battle. ... and missilelauncher could very easily be the name of an ex-kittypet or daylight warrior :) kittypet name missile, warrior suffix launcher
