Dr. McCafferty has her head under an examination lamp, all of her focus pointed at the dissection on her table. It's small for an animal on Pandora, but still big enough to not fit in both of Spencer's hands. The orange lizard-like animal is splayed out, oddly colored and shaped organs scattered neatly around it. The doctors hand carefully pulls away from her subject to fish her voice recorder out of her pocket.

"Dissection notes," she speaks after bringing the device closer to her mouth. "The 'Fan Lizard' has abnormally large lungs for its size. Could be a sign of disease or simply normal for the species. More samples required to confirm." She pokes and prods at the lizards pulled apart torso with her free hand, moving the skin to get a better look at what could be considered a chest cavity.

As Brianne enters and offers her services, Spencer bangs her head on the lighting above her in an attempt to quickly greet the intruder. A pained hiss is followed by a quiet swear, then an angry doctor turns to the woman. She straightens at the sight of the director, shoving her recorder back into her pocket and smoothing her wrinkled coat over her abdomen.

"Oh- Miss Landry! We weren't expecting you for-" She checks her watch, then furrows her brow and shakes her head. Watches don't have dates. "It doesn't matter, uh-Hello! Sorry, what did you say?" Spencer rubs at the forming welt on the top of her head.
