MISAMIS ORIENTAL, Dec 17 - OPISYAL na nga gipaila sa publiko ang 20 ka mga kandidata nga misalmot sa Miss Kuyamis 2021 pageant sa lalawigan sa Misamis Oriental alayon sa gitakdang selebrasyon sa Kuyamis Festival.

Ang pagpaila kanila gipahigayon sa Apple Tree Resorts and Hotel sa lungsod sa Opol, Misamis Oriental kon asa sila gipresentar ug nakita pinaagi sa live dungan sa ika-35 nga virtual flagraising ceremony sa Kapitolyo Probinsyal niadtong adlaw nga Lunes, Disyembre 14, ning tuig.

Kauban nila mismo sa Apple Tree Resort ang Provincial Tourism Head Atty Jeffrey Saclot kinsa nagsilbing production head sab sa kompetisyon. Suot ang ilang resorts wear, isa-isa nga mirampa ang mga kandidata alang sa pagpaila sa ilang kaugalingon ug kung asa sila nga munisipyo o syudad mirepresentar.

Kini na ang ikalima nga edisyon sa gikonsidera nga pinakadakong kalinokan sa kompetisyon sa kaanyag sa probinsya sa lalawigan, subay sa gitakdang pagsaulog sa Kuyamis Festival ug kapistahan sa lalawigan.

Matod ni Governor Bambi Emano nga makasiguro ang katawhan labina mga kandidata nga suportado sa iyang administrasyon ang kinsa man nga magdala sa pangalan sa lalawigan sa 'National Stage' kay nasayod kini nga usa kini sa paagi nga mas maila ang lalawigan sa tibuok nasod ug kalibutan.

"Let it be an assurance that it will not end in Miss Kuyamis once crowned, Miss Kuyamis, we will help you go to higher competitions of your pageants. We will support you like what we've done in Miss Universe, Caroline Veronilla, Binibining Pilipinas Cindy, and many others that we supported. Because I believe that when you are on that stage, you are representing Misamis Oriental and allowing people to know where Misamis Oriental is," matod ni Governor Bambi.
